This is my first time interacting with this office. Tourist visa procurement needs to be streamlined. I have wasted a lot of time. I called and went there 3 times and still I have not received the correct answers to my basic/simple tourist visa questions. Do I need to apply in advance or get it on arrival? To waste time, I have been taken through the long process. I tried the electronic e-visa online and it doesn’t work for everyone or every browser/isp. Case in point, the e-app didn’t accept my home address hence my trip to this office. This has caused a lot of frustration for us. First point of contact there could and “should” be easier and faster to deal with.

Myself and my colleague applied for visa to be part of a team attending a program fully sponsored and organized by a reputable international organization. Having submitted all the relevant documents and our passports and several follow ups we were told the approval had to come from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Egypt for a decision to be made. We waited for 6 weeks but still did not receive any updates regarding our application before the program commenced so we couldn’t make it. Very terrible service with no streamlined process.

Located in a very orderly environment but lack that orderliness. No system at all. Could be the CSR just receives the documents and placed them down. BUT , what do I know?! "Williets world " on youtube.

Terrible. I was in the waiting room with others for over two hours before an older lady came to see us, even that, she seemed very unenthusiastic. The place was blazing hot and super unwelcoming
