Ordered atm trailer in January, they told me it would be ready by June, because I had several large events in August that i had had the space rented to use. July no trailer, august no trail the end of sept it shows up. when arrived they forgot to send the generator box with it so had to wait another month for that. Called, several times always an excuse, email the owner several times and still no response to this day. Have been in the ATM business for over 20 years and this is the worst service for enclosures I have ever had, will not be buying anything in the future from them. Asked them for some type of discount or for them to pay for the shipping and the response was "sorry there is nothing we can do"

Spoke with 3 people from this company can't get any headway with their parts department. I've called multiple times and get the polite southern brush off. Don't call us. We'll call yens. The bad thing is I have many thousands of dollars in enclosures and event trailers. Makes me think when I need something I'll be shopping elsewhere. The company has changed its name. I'm not sure if it is a new owner or not. Either way the customer experience is garbage now.

Bought an outdoor ATM enclosure, it just shipped today. Customer service gets 5 stars from me. They were detailed and thorough when it came to my questions. They are also well responsive.
