"This practice is running some sort of a scam where they force a translator (who barely speaks english) on you when english is not your first language and if you refuse to have one present during your appointment they won't see you"
"Never have I ever witnessed such unprofessional staff at this hospital"
Went to have a blood test done and the phlebotomy department decided to pack away their equipment before the end of their shift. I’m a nurse and a they really thought they can fob me off with nonsense. I’ve recent had surgery. It’s a big fat 0. I will be making a formal complaint.
Had a visit today at 4.10. And have to say sadly I didn’t get the name of the lady doctor in clinic 1. Such a lovely calming person who I felt cared and gave me some advice. Was a pleasure. Then even better the ladies on the front desk let
Visiting Eltham Community Hospital today for a blood test has been an absolute pleasure for me, and it has been a pleasure to be there. I found Madelene to be an excellent nurse and a highly skilled professional in the field of nursing. My

Never have I ever witnessed such unprofessional staff at this hospital. My wife had an appointment to see a phlebotomist here and the whole place is in disarray. Numerous times the receptionist would scream down the hallway at patients to
EVERY SINGLE Time I go to get blood drawn they are belittling and disrespectful. I have needle Phobia and get panicked quickly and use Emla Creme which they make fun poke my arm and say of it doesn’t work and call me baby I quote : oh do
Don’t even deserve any stars, booked an appointment for my mum who was referred by our GP. At first we thought why were the appointments all after 9:00 pm, but we thought it might be a different department so went ahead with it. Only to
I went for a blood test today had a appointment for 11.25 anyway I was waiting to go in two young girls came in after me the receptionist told them to go in I said I’ve been waiting my appointment is 11.25 she shouted out well it’s only
An excellent hospital with great staff. I went there 2 times one for blood test and x-ray but I couldn't get the x-ray the 1st time because I needed the gp form. Then I went today ( 3rd June 2021 ) and for my surprise, my gp had nothing
Doctor was lovely, the receptionist was so rude to my niece. She has neurological difficulties, she's trying to be more independent so she wanted to check herself in at the doctors. Receptionist asked " what's your name" my niece said "
My first visit here today for a blood test. Just want to say a big thankyou to Nurse Tamilka who did my blood test. She was very professional and welcoming. She works very hard. She also works at queen elizabeth hospital. I’m a nervous
was referred there by my gp.....total disaster! arrived at 2pm,for a 2.20 appointment, was finally seen at 3.30, others waited even longer, reception staff blamed the computer, and the doctors, one of which just walked out! and took a
We went there with our 3 years old son who has 39 degrees fever for 3 days. The place was completely empty. We were late for ten minutes to our appointment for the reason of nr 286bus doors had broken and waited on the way. But doctor
The nurses at Phebotomy Clinic are aggressive, rude, careless (causing unnecessary pain to patients) and should be either retrained or replaced with nursing professionals with a compassionate disposition better suited to nursing!
Spoke to Dr Fisher as part of Greenwich Hub service who was so wonderful, professional and kind. Great diagnostician, she really listened and joined up lots of dots and gave great advice. I wish I could have her as my regular GP!
I would like to thank the medical receptionists Lesley and Sharon for the warm, friendly and welcoming environment they provided the minute I stepped in and thank you nurse Tracey for being so lovely throughout my consultation.
I've been in here 3 weeks, and the staff are mostly lovely. I came here to learn to walk again after Queen Elizabeth Hospital messed me up and I lost the feeling in my left leg below the knee. I AM now learning to walk again.
Attended a LARC appointment in February 2022 and had a very pleasant and seamless experience. Really attentive service and the healthcare professionals made me feel very well looked after. Thank you.
Wish that they could put the proper opening times on here for certain departments. States on here that its open until 8pm. I have been trying to get through for 90mins.. and nothing..
No one seems to answer the phone. I had to make a referral and rang constantly for 40 minutes and got no where. Sent an email and managed to book my appointment.
First time visit. Receptionists were very kind and friendly, they made sure I was where I should be. Clinicians were considerate and very caring.
I had a great experience here, came in for a blood test and was seen to promptly. Fantastic welcoming staff, very efficient in all respects.
Went in for a blood test. Well signposted and really nice friendly staff. In and out 10 mins. An unpleasant smell on the first floor
Great experience - was seen on time by a lovely doctor and nurse who explained everything clearly and were kind and gentle.
It's a rude medical center, they didn't do an ultrasound for 9 minutes late I advise against it to everyone... …
would be nice if someone picked up the phone, wasted over an hour trying to call to rebook an appointment. useless.
Friendly personal. Easy to navigate once inside Best to park on street or via sainsbury parking
This is a great place to help people and get good items. The staff are really great
It’s 0 star The Phlebotomist (T.O) lacked empathy or an iota of kindness.
