Customer service does exist! From the moment we walked in, we got a friendly greeting from the young lady at the front of the store. I asked if they had a certain brand of boots. I was there to replace the ones I had bought here just several months prior. I didn't mention that part to her though. The stitching had separated on the ones I was wearing and after looking online at the manufacturer, it was not something they covered in their guarantee. I also figured Elliot's would not cover anything after 30 days. The young lady directed me and my daughter to the back, where she asked the gentleman working there about the brand I was looking for. He greeted us and immediately looked down at my boots and his reaction surprised me. He emphatically asked what happened to them. I recognized him as the man that had actually sold them to me months ago and reminded him of that. He eventually remembered me and that my daughter was with me the last time i was there. I said they didn't even last 6 months and I was looking to get a different brand. The surprising part was, without hesitation, he asked if I would like to trade them in for a new pair. He was offering to swap them out! He directed me to a couple of different options. I chose an upgraded pair that I ended up only having to pay a small price difference for, after receiving a credit for the original pair. He did look up my previous purchase in the system, just to verify the amount I had paid prior. He informed me that Elliot's stands behind what they sell. The gentleman's name is Larry. Absolutely the best customer service I have received in a long time. He's helpful, informative and has a great personality. I highly recommend this place if you're in need of buying some work boots and having confidence in them being guaranteed to last. If nothing else, just getting to meet Larry!

I had only been to Elliott's once before when they were in Antioch but my experience was so good that I decided to try their new location out even though it was a much further drive for me. I'm glad to say the only changes between the old store and the new are good ones. They have a much larger selection now and the same great staff. Gregory was fantastic he helped me get the right boot in the right size, he helped me use their new foot scanning machine (which is awesome by the way it takes a 3d scan of your feet and senses where you are putting the most pressure), and then used that info to find me a great pair of insoles. Even when the recommended ones were a bit too pricey for me he helped me find a cheaper pair that would support my feet in a similar way. I gave the old location 5 stars on here and I'd give the new one 6 if I could.

This review is for the Madison, TN, Store. I found excellent customer service and one of the best selections of work and outdoor boots in Middle Tennessee, especially if you have wide feet. I was looking for a waterproof outdoor boot in a wide size, and they had about ten different boots for me to try on. I purchased the Hytest brand FootRests 2.0 Rebound Waterproof Metatarsal Guard Nano Toe, 6" Hiker boots, in a 3E wide size. They fit well, are waterproof, and are made of high-quality leather with an abrasion-resistant toe and heel. I do a lot of bank fishing and was looking for a shoe to help protect my feet from rocks, briars, and critters that crawl on the ground; they fit my wide feet.

Great place, they made it very easy for me to find a pair of boots that I could weld in! After talking to them about how my feet felt in the boots they tested the soles of my feet to find the best insole for me! Saving my arches while being comfortable. Anyone looking for great customer service, with knowledge on their products, come here! I will be recommending this place to anyone who needs good boots

I am so happy rivergate/Madison got a high quality shoe, boot and apparel shop. I've so far bought Rockies big time tough boots, Hytest oil resistent steel toe leather shoes, Aria cowboy hat and clip leather wallet. Larry Kewley mgr and Samantha seem to be running the show and I like it along with Elliott's hard earned name finally here. No cheap merch made to last.

This is the worst store ever. No greeting when I walked in, just snobby looks. Wanted to purchase new work boots and the ladies and man at the front counter decided they wanted to leave early and turned the overhead music up extremely loud. They were rude, unapologetic and as soon as I walked out they stepped out to smoke.

After years of doing business with Elliot's Boots, I'm yet to be disappointed with the amazing customer service. Sam is an excellent example; she truly embodies what outstanding customer service is all about. My appreciation goes to you and all the staff. Thank you

Stopped in Friday 12-1-23, Larry was great - honest and I enjoyed chatting with him. Store has good selection of work/safety boots, but you wouldn’t know it just from looking at the storefront. Will recommend to others.

I'm very demanding of my shoes. Both work and play. This store doesn't stock garbage through away shoes. Only quality footwear. They also fitted me with some insoles that help a lot. 25k+ steps a day on concrete.

I'm so glad Elliott boots moved to rivergate so much close for me, they have a much bigger location with so much more inventory, men, women, and kids boots heay dudes, saddles, coolers. Go check em out.

Great customer service. Large selection of products not just boots. Prices were fair. No cheap stuff all quality products. Good boots are not cheap but they last many years.

They did not send my boots. A week later I called and they pulled the old we will send you a new pair and you can keep the extra when they arrive. Just fess up don't lie .

I’ve been to at least a dozen stores to find steel toe boots for women. They had what I needed. They carry good shoes for people who care about the health of their feet.
