As a worried pet owner, this was incredibly reassuring. Dona has been unwell and in and out of the hospital this past week, which has been incredibly stressful, leaving me uncertain about her full recovery. However, our visit to Dr. Dario changed that. He conducted a thorough ‘nose to tail’ check-up and delivered the fantastic news that Dona is on the mend. I left the clinic feeling a wave of relief. The professionalism extends beyond the medical care. The front desk staff are exceptionally kind and empathetic, and the examination rooms are notably pristine. It’s a holistic approach to veterinary care that is both rare and invaluable. Coming from experiences with corporate veterinary practices, I braced myself for a hefty bill. However, Dr. Dario’s approach was refreshingly honest - he avoided unnecessary tests and kept the costs reasonable without compromising on the quality of care. After witnessing Dr. Dario’s expertise and genuine concern for our furry family members, I’ve decided to switch to ElizaVet as our primary veterinary practice. Unfortunately our 7 month old French bulldog puppy jumped off the sofa and fractured her elbow. We was stuck trying to find a vet to perform the surgery urgently as it was quite a complicated procedure. We had been recommended to get into contact with Elizavet. I had Molly’s X-ray and history sent over via email and I received a call from Dr Dairo to discuss my options. He was very knowledgeable and really put my mind at ease knowing Molly was in good hands. He booked her in for surgery the following morning. We arrived the morning of her surgery and the clinic is beautiful & pristine. It looks like a 5* hotel. The reception staff was polite and lovely to speak with, and Dairo came out to greet us and Molly. You can see Dairo has a passion for animals, he was spoiling Molly with attention which was amazing to see. We went into a consultation room to discuss the severity of Molly’s fracture and the procedure, Dairo was very informative and explained everything in great detail and to my understanding. Mollys surgery in total was 3/4 hours and Dairo has completely restored our faith in humanity! He is amazing. Mollys surgery went very well and she is expected to make a full recovery within 6 weeks. We have transferred Molly’s future veterinary care from her current vets to Elizavet as the service is just the best! Elizavet is a lot further away but we would much prefer to travel and have our puppy’s best interests at heart which we know she will receive at Elizavet. We can’t wait for Molly to make a full recovery and be back to herself (minus jumping off sofas lol). Everything from start to finish was great and we are so pleased to have been recommended Elizavet. If you are looking for the best vets around town then look no further.

The moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and a genuine passion for animals. The staff at the clinic were incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive to both my furry friend and me. They took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and expertise, putting my mind at ease. The clinic itself was immaculate and well-equipped, a testament to their commitment to providing the best care possible. I felt reassured knowing that my pet was in such capable hands and a safe, clean environment. The veterinarian Dario was exceptional. He displayed an unparalleled level of skill and dedication, diagnosing my pet's issue accurately and recommending the most appropriate treatment plan. His genuine love for animals was evident in every interaction. I cannot recommend this new vet clinic enough! What a phenomenal vet practice! I brought my Cavalier Willow in for what was supposed to be teeth extractions & a chest X-Ray, the x-ray to see if her heart was enlarged.. however, what showed up was that Willow had a 50p coin in her intestines and a small piece of foam.. my head is still spinning from trying to understand how that happened.. So I got a call from Dr Dario explaining what he had found & that he would have to operate to remove the coin, through all of this he explained absolutely everything in detail. What should have cost round about £1000 for her teeth extraction ended up being around £2300 which I had to pay for as I have no insurance.. but through all of this Dario did not once make me feel it was just about the money ~ it was genuine care about what was best for Willow! He is by far the most genuine, the most amazing vet that I & Willow have had the pleasure to meet and for her to be treated by. I will be returning to Elizavet for her teeth extraction once the little muffin has recovered from the “coin” incident.. Dr Dario at Elizavet will be the best care & treatment that your pet could ever receive

Absolutely lifesaver!! I’m such a anxious person and it’s nice having vets that are compassionate and warm. My cat Porsha was very unwell for a while till she was referred to ElizaVet for an emergency appointment, I was kept in the loop of every stage of her staying there and as well as having her surgery, vet tried to avoid surgery route but unfortunately she needed it. My cat took a liking the vet and really liked his energy, Everything was explained thoroughly and was assured she will be okay whilst there for her operation and was less anxious her second time being at the Elizavet. The practice is very clean, and receptionist are helpful and friendly whenever i kept calling to check up on my cat as It was overwhelming not having home. I can’t thank Dr Dario Ambrogio enough for all his help and advice. Thank you and you’re God sent to animals, unfortunately my cat still requires further treatment but I’m very happy she received treatment and care for a wonderful vet. I rarely leave reviews for things but I had leave a in depth. Thank you again Dr Dario

Dario and the whole team are amazing. From the moment that you arrive with your pet (or pet×2 in my case) you feel surrounded with love, passion,respect = TRUST. I have had the privilege of seeing the state of the art surgery/prior/post care that accommodates for very large breeds. I had no hesitation in booking Blue in for a laparoscopy castration. I totally recommend this procedure as it is less invasive, and only a couple of days to recover. I will be booking the laparoscopy for Blue's sister Lara, when the time comes. We love you guys, and we want to thank everyone for the care/attention and love that you gave us.

Cannot recommend the vet practice enough! until today I wasn’t even registered at this clinic but was lucky enough to secure a same day appointment for my poorly Pom Lola. From the reception team to the vet Dario I can honestly say I have never had a more positive experience in a vet clinic ever. Thank you all so much little Lola is already feeling so much better. Would highly recommend this clinic, much better than lots of the corporate vets around and also value for money.

super friendly and helpful staff, I ran down 15 minutes before closing (i live literally next door) to ask them if they could check on my cat as I was leaving on holiday and they no problem at all. ran back to pick up my cat and took her to the clinic and she got anti biotic and anti inflammatory shot and she got better in a day or two after that. huge thanks to the staff they made my day and my holiday really

Great experience taking Samba to see Dr. Dario for her vaccines. Dario was very knowledgeable and explained everything we should know. His love and care for animals was very clear and appreciated. Laika our 2 1/2 Yr old poodle x had her health check, collected her monthly meds and was vaccinated against Kennel Cough today.The whole experience was both friendly, knowledgeable and professional.Eliza is without doubt our new vet. Our Rocky underwent surgery on his hind leg, which was successful. In another clinic they suggested amputation and didn't give us a chance. This is proof that you are worth trusting. A fantastic independent clinic to have opened in the local area - Dario is an incredible vet and the fact he’s able to perform such complex surgeries as well gives me extra reassurance that my pets are in good hands, whatever their needs. The clinic also has been designed really thoughtfully and has a lovely calming feel to it.

Amazing new independent veterinarian practice in NW6! Jasper, my whippet, had an emergency. He was taken to surgery on the same afternoon. Prices are extremely reasonable. Dario, the doctor, and the whole staff, are professional and caring.
