Listen to the negative reviews. This office billed me $415 to have one of my son's ears cleaned out. The billing invoice charged $90 to clean out the ear and an additional $325 for "microscope add-on". I was in the room when my son was treated and there was no additional microscope added. In addition to the gross overcharge that my insurance obviously did not pay, I have spoken withe their billing company who promised to get back to me with a reason for the gross overcharge without a return call. The last time I phoned, the billing company recommended I phone the doctor's office directly and speak with the office manager, Megan because the office was not getting back to them in order for them to get back to me. I've left two messages for Megan without a return call. Dr. Vasquez is cold, abrupt and does not care what his patients think. He's there to give his advise and we as patients can "take it or leave it" as he said. So, overall I do not recommend this office or doctor. Really disappointed in the overcharge and lack of communication from a professional medical office. EDIT*** After the owners response below it's very clear my single star is warranted. My son is 15 years old, though under the age of 18 he's far from pediatric needs. He was diagnosed with a standard "swimmers ear" ear infection. There was never any question of him needing an emergency room or an operation to remedy swimmers ear. A simple dose of antibiotic drops is what was prescribed as standard issue. This office visit didn't "save me" from anything but a hassle dealing with an $325 over charge for a microscope that was not used. Any other ENT will do an ear clean out for about $45 so why was I charged $90 for the ear clean out AND $325 for an "add on microscope"? Notice there is no mention of my concern about the charge. The lack of return call to address my concerns with the office manager or billing company they contract out to or any staff member willing to discuss my concern is unprofessional at best. They simply do not offer adequate care or service. An overcharge like this is simply taking advantage of patients in a time we need to trust our doctors are looking out for our best interests.

Would give a 0 review if I could. Dr Vazquez (if you can even call him a doctor) is very belittling/condescending and has zero bedside manner. He spent 10 minutes with me to tell me that nothing was wrong with me but he would call in 3 prescriptions for me....what? What do I need a prescription for if "nothing is wrong." He informed me that his audiologist was out of the office that day, but if he were there, they could do a hearing test. I then received a notice from my insurance company showing an outstanding balance for Vazquez and a full amount due for Dr Lawrence, who is the audiologist, who I never even met with. I called the billing dept and they said they can't do anything to help me because they show I saw both doctors and that I have to call the office directly, which I have a few times and cannot get any answers out of anyone! I think this practice needs to count their losses, close their doors and Dr Vazquez needs to pursue another line of work! This was literally my worst experience with a medical office in my entire life (and I am in my 50's)!!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PRACTICE. THEY ARE NOT AN HONEST ETHICAL BUSINESS!

My first visit Dr Vazquez left me feeling hopeful that he could help treat my MCAS. I did the allergy test where I had reactions also got the blood test. I got the same blood test done for my primary care as well the same day. My follow up I felt Dr Vazquez did not care. He said my levels were fine and I didn’t have allergies. And wanted to do a treatment in my nose when I had no issue with my nose. My primary blood work showed high levels for my allergies so I called and asked again if he could help recheck that my levels were high so there must be a mistake. He said again I had no allergies and that was a flat out lie. Refused to even listen to me. For the beginning of the appointment I thought he was talking about a different patient I was so confused. Traveled from flagstaff to see him and was broken hearted by his treatment and actions. If he didn’t want to help he could just say instead of trying to put me through something pointless. I do not recommend.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I didn't even made it back to see the doctor for my issue. I started a new job and my printed insurance card hasn't made it to me and unfortunately my online app was down for today. If any of these doctors are reading this, please tell your staff this. First off, do not lie to your patients saying it is "law" to have an insurance card before being seen. There a very big difference between "policy" and "law". Second, you have ALL of my insurance information (Member ID and Group ID) from my online paperwork - you even collected the correct copay amount. Lastly, WORK WITH PATIENTS. I would never let anyone walk out my door not satisfied with their experience. Anyone reading this, if you started a new job and don't have your insurance card as of yet, don't bother going. To all the others that do, be cautious, the staff apparently has no problem lying to you.

Met with the doctor for maybe 90secs and it was an awful experience. He was very dismissive and condescending. I came in to get a bristle removed from my throat as it had been there for two weeks. He had made up his mind before even looking with the camera that goes down your throat and you couldn’t have even called it glance. He said there wasn’t anything there, gave me a script for acid reflux even though I already take something for that and then scurried out of the room. I ended up coughing out the bristle 5 days later. That was 5 days of unnecessary suffering. This was my experience. Avoid this doctor and ask for a different office if you ever have the misfortune of getting referred here. His front office is also incompetent and needed the referral sent 3 separate times

Dr. Vasquez was friendly but I didn’t feel like he cared too much. When he asked why I came in I started to explain my symptoms. Within 10 seconds I was cuff off by him sticking a wooden stick down my throat to have a look. I understand be was checking but I wasn’t able to finish explaining my symptoms and reason for coming in. The solution to my issue was quickly met with the option of surgery, after one glance at my throat. I then explained that the condition I was in was a first time occurrence, he then said “oh well maybe not surgery then”. He would have known that had he let me finish speaking in the first place. I’m sure others have had a great experience with Dr. V but mine was less than satisfactory.

Both of my boys have had ear tubes through Dr. Vazquez. Every visit I have had has been exactly what was needed. Straight forward/direct Q&A. Never felt pressured or rushed. Only complaint would be front office/billing. Call back times are sometimes greater than 72hrs. Kid had an ear infection, was told to call the office (on a Thursday afternoon), did not receive a call back until the following Monday, which we already went to an urgent care and found resolution. Once we got in contact with billing (less than 24hr return call) - everything was resolved. Overall - great experience with Dr. Vazquez - typical medical office issues. I would recommend others here.

I see lots of 1 star reviews here! Dr Vazquez is awful! He is not good in communication! My first appointment was so so fast it was like he was in rush! (I said let's not judge) second appointment He was like so tired! He asked me if I still took his medication and I said they finished he said you didn't get refill? I said no Dr you didn't mentioned (all Dr appointments I had in my entire life, they mentioned if medication need refill) I told him him I still have sore throat and have problem with swallow he didn't even check my throat! I canceled my follow up 3rd appointment with him because I'm not happy and so disappointed with this Dr.

Been to a few ENTs around the Valley and they were so unhelpful. Dr. Vazquez and his medical assistants are so helpful and professional. They are helpful every time I call the medical assistants they answer my questions and concerns promptly. I even had a procedure done and it was very professional. I hate reading the reviews below because I have never waited long in the lobby or been treated poorly. The office manager deserves major props for being so professional as well. Dr. Vazquez is awesome. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and offered alternatives before we decided it was time for some minor surgery. When it came time to do so, he was great. The procedure was done quick and painless, and my hearing has been the best it has been in over 30 years. I can't remember the last time my hearing was so clear and loud. The staff is friendly and cordial. They really do work with you to answer questions, set appointments, and verify your documentation is up to date. Even assist with getting an earlier appointment if one opens up. Really appreciate everyone at Elite ENT, thank you!

Dr. Vasquez was the first among many doctors to give me an accurate diagnosis. This was clear when I experienced relief of symptoms that had been ongoing for almost a year in ONE DAY. The follow-up care and prescription, in addition to reducing my acute symptoms, have also improved chronic issues and pain I've lived with since adolescence. This includes painful sinus pressure, discomfort traveling in elevation, persistent sore throat, persistent loss of voice, chronic undiagnosable ear pain, hard phlegm and overly thick mucous, and undiagnosable shortness of breath. Dr. Vasquez gave me my life back.

I was referred to Elite ENT by my Doctor. They told my I needed a new allergy test, and I have an infection in my nasal passages. My co pay is 75.00 for each test. Limited money and I just had an allergy test done in 2020. So I didn't feel like spending money on allergy test. The CT scan was different. I would have thought to follow up on a test would be free. As they are telling me what they found. Nope they want more money. This office cares more about green backs than the patients. I guess I will go to a walk in clinic. At lest then I can get the test results without being jerked around.

Over charged and terrible customer service. Asked for a simple ear cleaning, and they charged me $350 for a “microscope add-on” (did not request and they did not disclose) in addition to the $90 for wax removal and made me do a hearing test (that I didn’t want). This was 6 months ago, and still do not know how much the hearing test will be. Once I left, they recommended using baby oil. Why wouldn’t they have either used baby oil themselves, or tell me that when I originally booked, and saved me the $350 for the microscope? Update: CVS minute clinic charges $99-$139

Dr. Vasquez and his team here are so amazing!! Everyone was very kind and helpful in assisting me (I've never scheduled my own doctor's appointment before). What made me most happy is that, for the first time, a doctor didn't doubt my health concerns!! Dr. Vasquez came in, checked my symptoms, and told me the types of procedures that could be done to remedy it! Surgery was scheduled in the same visit- not too far from now, and i am beyond excited to FINALLY improve my health after many years of bad tonsils!

Great experience. After 2 rounds of antibiotics (not prescribed by this office) for an ear infection that was getting worse, we decided it was time to see an ENT. My son was scheduled to fly in a little over a week and was in a lot of pain from the ear infection so we wanted to get him in asap. Dr. Vasquez fit him in, diagnosed him right away and started him on a treatment plan. After 2 days, he is already feeling much better. We are super happy with Dr Vasquez and we thought his staff was great too!

Dr Vazquez, it’s true he didn’t listen to anyone, I explained him about my problems but he didn’t want listen to me. I felt rushed to the point where he wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences without trying to predict what I was going to say and he was wrong. He was very rude,I felt like nothing. I have same problem he couldn’t treat. I won’t go back to him again. Every visit they changed me almost $200. Very very bad service never seen like before in my life.

I went to this place for hearing tests. They did one test (compared to 4 thorough tests done at another place). They told me I needed hearing aids so I came in. They sold me aids that were at least $2000 more than the other company so I felt cheated. Also they ignored my calls to the audiologist when I needed to ask about the payment plan which charged interest when I was told there would be no interest. I felt lied to and their service stinks.

Dr Vasquez fixed my deviated septum. The procedure wasn't that invasive. Dr Vasquez went over it before hand explained everything. After the surgery I could already notice a difference., a few days later I could breathe through both nostrils. His work is much appreciated and valued. Dr. Vasquez has a tough exterior shell, but once you get to talking with him, you realize he is a nice guy.

Dr. Vazquez, was amazing! Consider how awkward it is to be visiting with someone and your nose just randomly bleeds…. Embarrassing! And concerning! Living in a dry climate - our veins in our nose start to bleed. I was dealing with this for about a month. In a matter of one hour - Dr Vazquez, Fixed the problem. He is solution minded and was a pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!

Dr. Vazquez is awful. I visited the office in April 2020, and he was so condescending and arrogant. He interrupted me several times during my appointment and refused to listen to my problem. He had a younger, female assistant, and it seemed like he cared more about trying to impress her than listening to the needs of his patients. Absolutely avoid, he's so rude.

Dr Vazquez was amazing! He was knowledgeable, straight forward, and eased all my concerns. He didn’t rush my appointment and answered any questions or concerns I had until I was comfortable. The front staff was also great and easy to schedule an appointment with. Will definitely use them again in the future if needed and highly recommend!

Dr Vasquez and his staff are awesome. Normally I go through the VA but the VA was backed up a few months. I called Elite ENT and they were able to get me in right away and perform surgery the following week. So, they were quick in getting me in AND Dr Vasquez did an awesome job on my tonsils and adenoids. Highly recommended!!!

I'm honestly mortified by my experience here. The Dr is unprofessional and talks over you when you try to ask a question. Paid my dues over the phone and a week later got a letter from collections. Now MONTHS later I got a bill for the same services that have already been paid even though I haven't been back.

Waiting time was unacceptable. Made appointments for the earliest available time. I had to walk out and I made them aware it was unacceptable to booked me for 8am along with ten more people that were waiting in there. My time is just as important as everyone else. Not going back to this office.

We love Dr. Vasquez. He has amazing bedside manor. He is amazing with my young daughter who is a highly anxious and dramatic little girl. He put tubes in her ears and she didnt freak out once through the whole process. My daughter loves him.
