Wow wow wow!! What a special place with amazing staff, I could not have felt more at home. I was visiting Florence from the US For a friends wedding, and the bride recommended this place personally. I was nervous at first because I don’t speak much Italian, but even booking my appointment was seamless as I was able to message the staff directly via WhatsApp. Once I arrived, I was warmly greeted at the door by Eleonora and Roberto who were very welcoming and made me feel like royalty! Eleonora herself washed my hair and I swear I will never be the same. She described every product she was using, while making recommendations on hair/scalp care and kindly asking about myself and my trip. She massaged my scalp with expertise while the chair also massaged my back! It was simply splendid and I had no idea how luxurious the experience would be. Even Roberto asked if I liked the music and if I preferred something else to listen to – so sweet!! Afterward, Eleonora and Nataliya blow-dried my hair (simultaneously!) and Eleonora crafted an amazing updo style for my shoulder-length hair. She is truly talented while also attentive to her clients, ensuring I was liking the process as it went. More specifically, she would pause often and hold up a mirror for me to see how the backside of my hair was looking to make sure I was loving it. I was also offered an espresso and water during the experience. Overall, the experience was well worth the price and I wish I lived in Florence so I could come back to this fantastic spot. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this place for anybody looking for not only for amazing hair care and styling, but also a experience of true luxury and tranquility.

I've been having my hair professionally highlighted for 25 years -- and I can honestly say this is my favorite salon! It is incredibly upscale and luxurious without feeling pretentious. From the moment you walk through the door, Eleonora and Roberto are there to greet you and provide you with warm hospitality. You don't feel judged or just like "another customer" -- you feel welcomed and comfortable. From there, be ready to have your mind blown! There were times I questioned whether I was having my hair done or I was at the spa. It turns out -- both! From the lighting to the aromatherapy of the products (all natural!), to the state-of-the-art massage chair (and table) that gently soothes you while you receive your toner, nourishing treatments, and rinse. Everything is top notch -- the amenities are plentiful (drinks of choice, a blanket if you're cold, etc.) the decor was beautifully selected, and, above all, they genuinely want you to be happy walking out the door. Eleonora saved my hair from a sloppy highlight and she transformed the texture from straw to silk. I can count on one hand the number of times I've walked out of a salon feeling beautiful (my hair can be tricky for stylists) -- but Eleonora highlighted, toned, and styled it perfectly -- and I received three compliments from strangers on my short walk home! The salon Eleonora has created is genius if you ask me. But more importantly, it's incredibly special and so are the people who work there. I wouldn't hesitate to book another appointment -- and I will personally plan my highlights around my future visits to Florence.

I am from DC and was traveling in Europe. I was overdue for getting my hair done and decided to take a chance to get it colored and cut before a wedding. I am hesitant to try new places, especially with blonde coloring. But my hair was a mess - extremely dry and brassy from the sun. The outstanding reviews and the professionalism of Roberto put me at ease immediately that I was in very competent hands. However, the experience at the salon surpassed even these high expectations. I had the best experience I have ever had at a hair salon (the experience blew my routine luxury salons in DC and New York out of the water)! From booking to finish, Eleanora and Roberto were professional, kind, and exceeded all expectations to create a luxury experience. I left feeling so calm and relaxed in their attentive hands: Eleanora is a wealth of knowledge and I appreciated the time she took to carefully assess my hair, skin tone, and make a plan, while anticipating my every need. She also uses the finest tools and products. The chairs are designed for optimum comfort. The hair coloring product is natural (and smells amazing!) - and made me wonder why I accepted bleach in my US salon that burns my eyes and scalp for many years as normal. My hair looks fantastic and I will make trips to Firenze in the future to see Eleanora.

I recently visited this luxury hair salon in Firenze, and I loved every moment of it! From the exquisite decor and extra touches they offer like keeping the lights off when you come out to being the only person being serviced so you feel special, this place is a true gem! The salon's ambiance is incredibly elegant, and I particularly adored the luxurious seating and the relaxing hair spa experience. It's a perfect blend of style and comfort. The weighted pillow added an extra touch! Eleonora is a true artist, she transformed my hair beautifully, using top-quality products. My hair has never looked or felt better. Her co-owner and husband Roberto is also very kind and accomodating, I enjoyed our conversations. What makes this salon even more special is the exceptional customer service. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that you feel pampered from start to finish. I too work in this Industry, so i certainly do have very high expectations as I treat my own clients very well, so it was so nice for me to have felt like this service was more than what I expected. At 22 years old I have only had 2 people cut my hair in my life. I have gone to the same lady in the US since I first started getting my haircut. On the single occasion I got a haircut from someone else in an emergency case it was so horrible I told myself I would never get my haircut by another person ever. Being in Florence for study abroad I just needed to get my haircut and after some research I found this place. Although they spoke some English there m was a bit of a language barrier and I was a little worried. Especially being a guy at what seemed like a woman’s spa. I could not of been happier with my choice in the end. The two employees were extremely kind and welcoming. The saloon is a beautiful, well put together place that really have a luxury experience. The haircut came out far beyond expectations and was the best cut I have gotten in my life. From the highest quality soap to the finest Japanese scissors haircut was a luxurious experience from start to finish. I can not recommend this place enough and I’m never one to write many reviews. If you’re in Florence this is the place to go for an outstanding haircut.

I found this gem of a salon walking through the neighborhood and I’m so grateful I took a chance. I made an appointment for color touch up. When I arrived to this elegant, lovely business, Eleanora and Roberto were exceedingly kind as I had been in an accident and have substantial scars on my face that are still healing. Eleanora did everything she could to make me comfortable, relaxed and happy. She is a wonderfully kind person, not to mention a sheer genius regarding hair color. She trimmed my hair to camouflage the scar on my forehead and put her fabulous products on my face and hair. I left there feeling more normal, and excited, than anytime since my accident. If you have a chance to use ANY of their services, please use this as a resounding recommendation. Eleonora and Roberto were absolutely fabulous!! I’d been traveling for a week and a half and my poor hair needed some care and attention! I’m so glad I found the Eleonora Gentile Luxury Hair Salon. Eleonora took such wonderful care of me… the hair spa treatment was divine! The treatment room had peaceful music with the sound of running water in the background. The hair station is set up so that you lie on a heated massaging table, while your hair is washed and your head is massaged. Amazingly relaxing! I could have stayed for hours. After the cleaning, conditioning and hair treatment, we moved on to a fabulous blow-out. I was so delighted to have my hair styled and smoothed! Eleonora did a fantastic job. If you are in town and want to treat yourself to a luxury hair service, I highly recommend this place! A hidden gem!

Absolutely wonderful!!! Can’t recommend Eleonora enough! Roberto and Eleonora could not have made me feel more relaxed and welcomed. I went in for a fairly drastic hair cut, which I was nervous about being in a different country on my honeymoon. It was without a doubt the best hair cut and hair treatment I have ever had. Her attention to detail, expertise and wonderful customer care are top notch and the products she used were incredible - wonderful fragrance and results! It was truly a pampering experience a my hair was and still is glowing since I left! Such a great haircut and treatment my husband ended up getting his hair done as well and I can definitely say neither of us have ever left a hair salon as happy as we both did at Eleonora’s!! I have been traveling for a few months and needed to get my hair colored. I had it done in Rome and it was a mess. Frizzy, dry, and the wrong color for me. I found Eleonora’s place through a google search and going there was the best decision. Eleonora and Roberto are the kindest most welcoming couple. Eleonora’s knowledge of hair and her professionalism are top notch. She colored my hair (to a color that’s better for me) and gave me the most nourishing hair treatment. My hair is healthy again. The salon is immaculate, calming, and private. Even if you aren’t in need of a color I would 100% recommend going for a hair treatment and blow out. Thanks Eleonora and Roberto!!

Una scoperta bellissima! Ho trovato questo posto su internet, quasi per caso. In principio prenotai per una semplice piega, ma una volta arrivata sono rimasta incantata e molto colpita dalla varietà dei trattamenti che offrono, soprattutto per i capelli che erano la mia priorità. Devo dire che i prodotti che hanno usato sono favolosi, sono uscita con dei capelli bellissimi, morbidi e setosi, ma al di là dell’acconciatura (impeccabile) della quale sono rimasta molto più che soddisfatta, mi sono proprio rilassata. Sicuramente ci ritornerò, quando i soldi sono spesi bene è una soddisfazione enorme! Lo consiglio sinceramente a tutti!

I had the privilege to get my hair done at this beautiful salon for my wedding rehearsal dinner! I was able to book from home back in the states so easily and when I came to the salon I was greeted so kindly and warmly by Roberto!!! It was such a relaxing amazing experience and I was so happy with the end result. Eleonora was absolutely incredible and she did an extra special job of making me feel so relaxed and happy before my big day. What a lovely beautiful place to spend some relaxing time !!! I wish I had more time to experience the amenities they offer! Can’t wait to spend more time at my next visit !!! Highly recommend!!!

I normally rarely write reviews but this one was so amazing I had to say something. Eleonora is amazing, she knows how to do color and highlights. I was there for 2 hours and every minute was sheer luxury. They have an amazing massage chair while you are having your hair washed (like 3 different times). It really is a special place, they know how to spoil you. Honestly, if you are in Florence, make sure to make an appointment and treat yourself to the most amazing luxurious hair experience! Oh, and you can also have Harry's Bar deliver you lunch while you are there! Can't wait to go back!!

I got a haircut here along with highlights and a blow dry after seeing the great reviews of this place. I had a fantastic experience and felt like a movie star! Eleonora treats her clients extremely well and the service is top notch. Roberto is kind, welcoming, and made sure I was always comfortable. They even welcomed my little dog and offered him biscuits! Right after I got my haircut, i recommended my husband get his done too. I know he felt pampered and trust his haircut was perfection. I would gladly come and relax at this spa again and highly recommend it. I can’t wait to return.

Roberto, the owner, was friendly and you could tell he took pride in his establishment. Eleonora, the stylist, has magical hands. The neck and head massage were relaxing and helped relieve travel stress. The massage bed where my hair was washed was an amazing experience. I’ve never had someone wash my hair while I was on a bed. I felt like a model when I left the salon.

This is the best salon experience I have ever had! Eleonora is a gifted and talented stylist and gives great attention to detail. My hair has NEVER looked this good!!!! When you go, you will receive the most wonderful and personal treatment from not only Eleonora but also her husband Roberto. Ciao everyone! I must say this is the best hair salon I've ever been to. My sister and I are visiting Florence and we wanted to get a nice haircut while we are in the city. The service was beyond spectacular, they made sure that we were comfortable and even offered coffee! She is definitely a talented hairstylist and I love that she has a passion for it. Habe kurzfristig Freitag für Montag einen Termin bekommen. Eleonora hat mich sehr herzlich begrüßt und der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Sie hat sich ausführlich Zeit genommen (1:1 Beratung, keine anderen Kunden im Salon) und mich wunderbar beraten. Die Farbkorrektur meiner Haare war schwierig, aber das Ergebnis viel besser als erwartet!! Außerdem war die ganze Behandlung sehr angenehm und wie in einem Spa. Komme gerne wieder, wenn ich wieder in Florenz bin.

This salon / spa is a must for any woman wanting some luxurious pampering. When I walked out I felt like a million dollars. The hair color came out natural and fabulous, My hair feels silky smooth and healthy. The experience was deeply relaxing and enjoyable. Eleaonora and Roberto are very attentive and super friendly. Il salone è molto bello e la spa è una di quelle cose da provare almeno una volta nella vita. Consigliato e tornerò prestissimo.

星期一很多理发店不开门，搜了半天终于发现这家比较高档的沙龙，体验了在佛罗伦萨最舒服的洗发服务。老板非常专业，按摩头皮、洗发护发都很细致，吹造型也很棒，65欧比一般的店要贵一些，但是物有所值，下次来 时间充裕的情况下一定要体验她家更全套的洗护项目。
