He quickly found that my bike had a simple problem of a loosely connecting wire when I was assuming the fault could be worse in the controller / motor / battery. After visiting, several supposedly competent e-bike builders on Facebook and being disappointed with the outcome and monetary outlay, I took my son’s e-bike to be rebuilt and I am astounded with Clemens! he is a perfectionist, and above all, a pleasure to deal with, and very good communicator. Kit worth the money really strong rim which supported my 2.8 tire owner put on for a cheap price compared to other places made a custum part so my bike would even fit definitely a good buy
