The absolute rudest chemist I’ve ever met. I tried to get a couple of documents certified as I’ve just had a job offer and she rudely advised she hasn’t got time to do a couple of signatures. Extremely rude and unprofessional. What a joke of a chemist. Some manners during Covid19 would be nice. The pharmacy staff have always been polite but the Chemist was as rude as hell today. Not impressed You didn’t ask politely at all. Even your staff felt uncomfortable with how rude you were. If you had of said politely that you were too busy there would have been no issue. Instead you proceeded to bark at me and carry on. I don’t believe you try to help the community because it would have taken you 5 mins to sign a couple of documents that my new employer required that day. Yes, I found a much more polite pharmacist to sign a couple of documents. I wrote this review because I don’t want another customer to be treated the same way I was (like rubbish). I don’t think it’s too much to ask for you to treat customers with kindness and respect even if you cannot attend to their needs, still remember your manners. You totally forgot them on Thursday.

Outstanding pharmacy. If you are a regular they soon know your name and face (as opposed to treating you as a stranger each time). Always prompt and friendly service. If you have any questions, the pharmacist is thorough with any education needed. It is worth going to this pharmacy even if it is a bit out of your way. Family members of mine have gone there for years and now I know why.

More than a chemist, or a shop. This is a Pharmacy, where you are a valued as a customer, but even more, as a human being. It can get a little busy, but when it’s your turn the staff are wonderful. And over a littler time, they’ll even know your name.

The service from Chau, Rachel, Frank, Taylor, and Tanya, is second-to-none! I get my vaccinations here as well as my prescriptions, and it always smells incredible! Thank you so much!
