I feel that the Locom Dr was not given any orientation and knowledge of the local area. Tests were requested by form for a swab, blood test and chest xray. The exray was not able to be done because they needed to called trough first to see availability. It was only my local knowlwledge that I knew if I paid for the xray the Dr will have the information she needs for my appointment the next day. So I went to the other clinic.They bulk billed me anyway. The swab that was requested can only done in Sandy Bay and takes 4 days. In the end I feel like my unwell condition has been prolonged and made even more uncomfortable by getting the runaround and in the end the Dr still won't have the information she wanted. I feel disappointed at such poor service for people (like me) who are already unwell.

A good visit today. The practice makeover (following the flooding) has created a really fresh and welcoming space; quite calming for anxious patients waiting to be seen (although the music could be a little gentler; maybe something without lyrics would be even kinder on the ears of waiting patients). The reception staff were friendly and efficient and I was seen by the GP within 10 minutes of my appointment time. The GP I saw delivered just the right balance of kindness and serious doctoring; one of the most positive and informative appointments I’ve had in some time. I’m glad this is my local practice and its proximity to the pharmacy and pathology services make it convenient too.

Dr Stephen Rogers just prescribes you anti depressants, without listening/taking on board to what your actual issues are and clearly doesn't care what your negative history is with anti depressants seeing as he just prescribed them anyway. Totally ignored the refusal and history of take anti depressants and prescribed them anyway. Do not recommend if you need help quitting smoking!!

We are extremely happy with the care we receive at Eastern Shore Doctors, under Dr Chris Barter, especially with our teenage son. Dr Barter is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough, with a caring bedside manner. He has shown our son genuine care and concern. My consultation was good, Dearne is very professional and thorough, but the music in the waiting room is awful and too loud - a poor choice, especially if you weren't feeling well. It's a Doctors surgery, not a disco.

Consultation covered all aspects of my health including great follow up procedures. Always feel comfortable explaining issues with the GP I book for consultation.
