The guy who was in the shop counter was really rude. There was the long queue everyone was maintaining social distance but that guy asked me to stand outside I thought it's OK and I stood outside but he came and start saying he is mean to say more outside and start bluffing. Before me and when I was coming back people were standing in same way like me and he didn't say anything to them. However the man who served me in the post office counter was really helpful.

Poor level of customer services from the older guy. Argumentative and rude. Young guy is fine. Warning they do NOT accept ParcelForce packages even though it says on the Royal Website as a drop off point. They said it is a mistake apparently. Better report to Royal mail about this. Post office should do an audit and also send mystery shopper to check the level of service as sometimes they issue receipt and sometimes they don't.

AVOID!! Moody staff and bad service. No care and no conversation compared to other various post offices I’ve been too. Staff seemed fed up to the point they printed the stickers and told me to put it on my package for then ask me to hand the box over in the end. Seemed bizzare - I felt like I worked there! Never going back there. Waste of time.

Very unhappy, they lost a parcel with tracking in there. Very unhelpful staff and unprofessional it wouldn't surprise me if somebody working in there stole it. I have made a complaint but I doubt nothing will become of it. Don't use this post office.

Always very helpful staff. There is an off-licence shop inside the post office convenient for anyone who wants to buy something while waiting at post office. It has 2 counters and there always a kind lady ready to serve you with smile and politeness.

Rude staff!! Avoid! Slow and grumpy. No customer service whatsoever. Its like you’re inconveniencing them by going there. Never again…. You’d think at a time when parcelshops are everywhere they’d want to retain customers- apparently not

I respect that this particular post office never closed down during the pandemic. They serve the customers quickly and in a friendly manner.
