The team at East Ivanhoe Pharmacy are friendly, efficient and dedicated. They will help you with any problem and they have the best communication skills. I am a regular customer here and I highly recommend this pharmacy to locals. You can't expect small businesses to keep up with the prices of large companies such as Chemist Warehouse. If you pay a slight increase you can support your local businesses and have a friendly relationship with your pharmacist.

The staff were arrogant , rude and spoke badly about other pharmacies. Also would not issue pbs prices but increased prices claiming they pay their staff properly "not like other pharmacy ". The lady pharmacist also mocked me saying dont you read the news. I will never take anyone or reccommend this pharmacy to anyone. Would rather walk 5km to another chemist then get ripped off by price gouging pharmacies.

This pharmacy has outstanding customer service and the pharmacist completely solved my problem with a thorough well spoken explanation, completely disagree with the review below how could a local pharmacy compete with prices from a huge business like chemist warehouse nevertheless I was more than happy to pay a slight price increase for the service they provided me.

Best pharmacy for personalised service! Staff demonstrating a warm rapport with their local customers and in depth knowledge of their individual medical needs. Having recently returned from living in the United States I'd forgotten what personalized service from a local pharmacy felt like. The service at East Ivanhoe Pharmacy is great, the pharmacist was very helpful in recommending me something to treat my hayfever. Will be back.

Visited there this morning, and what a refreshing experience! As well as being knowledgeable the staff at East Ivanhoe Pharmacy were warm, welcoming and attentive. They seemed to have a great rapport with their regular customers as well as each other.

Absolutely disgusting the way this pharmacy jacks up the prices of vital medication. They tried to charge me a full four times what I usually pay for my much needed daily medication, which I couldn't afford and had to go without. Unethical scum.

Incredible 300% mark up over what other pharmacy’s in the area charge. No real justification. This was found to be the same for three other common non prescription meds too. Will not be coming back here.
