Had to go here as it was the nearest branch after Bermondsey closed. Such a terrible experience. A huge lack of empathy and very disorganised. It seems we were made to pay for taking out a basic plan with an awful service. We got told we could have services included in the funeral, then told we couldn't have it because we should have taken out a better plan, even when we asked to have them added and we would pay we were told we couldn't have anything we wanted. If it wasn't for my mum going up there five days prior to the service we would have missed the service as we weren't told the funeral was going from the directors and not the home. Its been a shambles from the start. Maybe something should have been explained when my dad took the plan out six years ago but nothing was said. It's been hard enough for us to deal with the passing of a dear loved one but having to deal with this also is horrible. The service in in two days and we are wondering what else could go wrong. MAY I ADD. NEVER TAKE OUT A BASIC PLAN, IT'LL END UP IN TEARS.

Went into this funeral home today to discuss and enquire about the process of burying my father who died 5 days ago, never have I been so enraged about the service I got, they had no empathy and presumed I could not afford his funeral, I went across the road and a lot more empathy

Very pleasant staff well looked after when went into arrange funeral explained everything as never had experienced arranging a funeral
