First day I arrived at the hotel ans slept woke up at 6:00 AM becuase of the drill sound, when it was supposed to begin at 9:00 AM as the staff told me. Also, the same room had water leaking from the toilet. I asked them to change the room for me and they did. But the room’s shower water was not draining, and it went over all the bathroom and reached the room! I called them to come and fix the problem. I have been having hard time since I arrived at this hotel, problem after problem. But there were no compensation from their side, they gave us fruits only to fix the problem. But the fruits were available on all my other family’s room when they arrived at the hotel. So it must have been there from the beginning. At the checkout I asked them to send a trolly to pick my luggage, I waited for more than 40 minutes for the luggage to arrive but no one went to pick it. I went to the reception to remind them, but 10 minutes later no one went, then I went to get my luggage from the room since no one else took it. I came here to relax and have fun, but none of these happend. It was one of the worst experiences I had in a hotel. As a female, I wanted to swim in a pool and relax in a jacuzzi and sauna, but there was nothing of these. I went to the sauna but it was not working. I stayed from Friday till Sunday, but for females the timing starts at 5:00 PM and finishes at 10:00 PM only on Thursday and Sunday, but I had to leave on Sunday before 5 PM because of the checkout. I do not understand why they don’t have a swimming pool and jacuzzi for women only for all days. اليوم الأول الذي وصلت فيه إلى الفندق نمت واستيقظت من النوم في الساعة 6:00 صباحًا بسبب صوت الحفر ، بينما كان من المفترض أن يبدأ في الساعة 9:00 صباحًا كما أخبرني الموظفون. أيضا ، نفس الغرفة كان بها ماء يتسرب من رشاش المرحاض. طلبت منهم تغيير الغرفة من أجلي وفعلوا ذلك. لكن مياه الاستحمام في الغرفة الجديدة لم تكن تنزل وكانت تطفح ، وامتدت إلى كل دورة المياه ووصلت إلى الغرفة! اتصلت بهم ليأتوا ويصلحوا المشكلة. لقد كنت أواجه صعوبة منذ وصولي إلى هذا الفندق ، مشكلة بعد مشكلة. لكن لم يكن هناك أي تعويض من جانبهم ، لقد قدموا لنا ثمارًا فقط لإصلاح المشكلة. بينما الثمار كانت متوفرة في جميع غرف عائلتي الأخرى عندما وصلوا إلى الفندق. لذلك يجب أن تكون في الغرفة منذ البداية. عند الخروج ، طلبت منهم إرسال عربة لنقل أمتعتي ، وانتظرت أكثر من 40 دقيقة حتى تصل الأمتعة ولكن لم يذهب أحد لاستلامها. ذهبت إلى مكتب الاستقبال لتذكيرهم ، ولكن بعد 10 دقائق لم يذهب أحد ، ثم ذهبت لإحضار أمتعتي من الغرفة حيث لم يأخذها أحد. لقد جئت إلى هنا لأسترخي وأستمتع ، لكن لم يحدث شيء من هذا. لقد كانت واحدة من أسوأ التجارب التي مررت بها في اجازتي. كأنثى ، كنت أرغب في السباحة في المسبح والاسترخاء في الجاكوزي والساونا ، لكن لم يكن هناك شيء من هذا القبيل. ذهبت إلى الساونا لكنها لم تكن تعمل. مكثت من الجمعة حتى الأحد ، ولكن بالنسبة للإناث ، يبدأ التوقيت في الساعة 5:00 مساءً وينتهي الساعة 10:00 مساءً فقط يومي الخميس والأحد ، ولكن كان علي المغادرة يوم الأحد قبل الساعة 5 مساءً بسبب الخروج. لا أفهم لماذا ليس لديهم مسبح وجاكوزي للسيدات فقط لكل الأيام.

Customer service 10/10 no complaint at all, however my experience in the one bedroom villa with pool was quite the adventure. Pool was untouched because it was filled with bugs. Room full of mosquitos. I have a dust allergy and I was sneezing the whole time I was there. Right before I went to bed I could a lizard in the room. I called room service to help, they stood there clueless, I had to get the job done myself and catch it. There is a lot of room for improvement. I would suggest you book the villa without a pool it’s a waste of money in my opinion. The back yard lay out doesn’t give you much privacy so I would give it a 2/10 privacy rating. Price was matching nurai resort so I would definitely recommend you book at nurai rather than Erth unfortunately. I would not pay more than 1.5k for this room in particular. Again, customer service was splendid. This package comes with full board as well but still it is over priced and the area still has construction work around.

Amazing room and comfy, very modern hotel rooms , bathroom. Variety of options on the breakfast and supper delicious, plenty of options gym, indoor and outdoor pool , multiple cafes and restaurants, highly recommended especially family.

Visited Erth for first time and won’t be the last. The staff is very attentive, I have to point out few names - Rohan, Gimhani at reception and Mandeep who served us at the pool bar. Pool is incredible, with very nice new sun beds and you can order from wide variety of drinks and snacks. Thank you for a lovely relaxing day, I will be definitely back soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Erth Hotel for 2 nights, and I must say my experience was great. A special mention to Paolo and Aries. Unique and very spacious hotel, though very quite and not many people around. We enjoyed the pool and beach very much. The room and service were also worth the price. Overall, we had no complaint and spent an enjoyable staycation there

The pool was so cold I told them to make it hot and 2 hours later it is still cold and they don’t have garbage cans in the living room and when nobody was with me the person driving the go cart was asking me where do you live and what school do you go and more personal questions.

Very nice pool / beach. They have done an excellent job and the staff is super attentive and nice. Two things in my humble opinion need to be looked at: - they close at 6pm which is way too early. - menu is too restrictive (mainly pizzas/ sandwiches) Almost nothing healthy, not enough salads, need a fresher approach.

The hotel staff were really nice and welcoming! The view and the hotel itself was very nice and relaxing, it was a really nice retreat and getaway from the city ! Would totally recommend this to anyone wanting to get away from the city and to enjoy some quality time. I will definitely be coming back here again

Actually this the perfect hotel ever I visit since while everything was awesome the stuff and service extremely the food was so good and delicious this is will not be the last visiting maybe it will gonna be my favorite hotel

The hotel is very Excellent ⭐️ and amazing staff, rooms, facilities and restaurants. All under great supervision. We had two nights recently. We would like to thank Mr. Adnan, receptionists Ms. Entisam, Mr. Mohamed and Ms. Genaf from Rimal restaurant and her supervisor.
