Came here with my daughter to get her hair done yesterday. Unfortunately the hairdresser has no clue about washing and detangling hair. SHE MAY BE GOOD AT BRAIDING HAIR (I’m not sure) but as for basics, POOR! First and foremost my daughter has 4c curls so her hair is quite thick. The hairdresser began to comb out her hair dry with no product. I asked her what is she doing there’s no point doing that because you are better off combing out her hair whilst there is conditioner in her hair so it is less distressing. ( this also causes breakage ) My daughter was screaming in agony, she replied it will be better this way because when She washes it, it will be worst. But clearly they didn’t understand what I was saying. Eventually I said no we have to stop this my daughter is in agony, they have no clue about hairdressing. Then Evi singing ohh it’s okay she will be fine, offering my daughter milk and cookies, AS IF!! As soon as I walked over to get my daughter out the chair, they hurried her to the washing base. Anyway they proceeded to wash her hair. The woman is now conditioning her hair (I think) doesn’t attempt to de tangle. So then when she going to blow dry my daughter hair, she is in absolute agony screaming. Straight away I said to them forget it we are leaving. Let me pay £10 for the wash. Evi replies no you will have to pay £25 for the wash and blow dry. Its not fair on us and my workers, you have to pay full price. Baring in mind she hasn’t even blow dried my daughter hair. For one her blow drying hair technique is just poor and the BIGGEST NO NO FOR ME. WAS WHEN THE WOMAN WAS TRYING TO STRAIGHTEN MY CHILDS HAIR INSTEAD. WHILST IT WAS DAMP!!!!! I Screamed you going to burn her hair. They try say to me well your daughter not allowing us to blow dry it so to make it easy for her we straighten it. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I was there explaining to them the basics! They are meant to be the professionals. Anyway horrific story cut short Evi agreed I pay just £15 and call it a day. Not out of good will but because she believes the job won’t be worthy because it will take a long time to do my daughters hair if they attempted to be gentle. The cheek she even said to me not many hairdressers take children. No woman. This hairdresser lacks professionalism and any sort of skill. I sent her a video on what’s app of my daughter getting her hair blow dried professionally with ease and no tears!!! I ain’t one to bring down a business but don’t be patronising. Poor poor

Evie is my absolute life savour! I can’t say a bad word about them. I am so embarrassed about my feet as I have a foot fungus and come in every month to have a manicure which not only makes my feet look and feel so much better but makes me feel more confident in myself. She is very calm and if you’re in the mood to chat then that’s fine but you you just want to sit back and relax while your feel are given a lovely massage then that’s ok too. Evie has never been judgemental and has always made me feel comfortable. I also have my hands manicured, I am a nail biter and again there is no judgement, since having them done regularly I don’t bite my nails as much. My daughter who is 17 is now a regular! I’ve been coming here since the salon opened in July ‘22 and am so grateful to Evie. She has literally changed my life! I feel more confident and don’t feel at all self conscious anymore. I have also just started the ‘Endermologie’ treatment and can see a noticeable difference already. You are advised to have about 8 sessions so can have one every week or every month. I am 53 years old and my chin in particular is heading South. This treatment is making a visible difference. These are ‘my monthly treats’ and I look forward to my visits as it’s ‘my time.’ You can also have your hair cut and coloured with a lady called Malih. Thankyou so much Evie!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to this salon for the first time for a full leg and bikini wax. Although the staff were nice I have to say when I got home I was very disappointed. There were large areas on my legs that had not been properly waxed, and my bikini line was half done on one side. I was told the wax had finished before the lady had done the back of my thighs, I had to get dressed and ask for the full leg wax to be completed even then areas where missed. I feel very disappointed as I had to purchase some wax strips and finish the undone areas at home myself. I'm really sorry but I can't in good faith recommend this place for waxing appointments. It has unfortunately put me off and I feel it's important that other customers are aware of this before they finish the appointment and are asked to pay for a job that has not been properly completed.

Made me pay for nails which took almost 3 hours (this was then joked about at the end) . My appointment was at 12 she came at around 1 so I had to wait I don’t mind but she left knowing I had an appointment? She cut my fingers too and half way through she asked if I wanted to leave because I look frustrated. All my nails are different shapes and they’re falling off hasn’t even been a week. I’ll be honest this is one of the worst places I’ve ever experienced for nails. I’ve had so many people comment telling me they look like I’ve done them myself.

I've made a big mistake trusting reviews. It was the worst experience ever! The hair dresser was late 40 minutes. When arrived even didn't apologise for keep me waiting. I asked fir a trim. My hair was below my shoulders. For a second I noticed what she has done when she cut a big chuck of my hair above my ears! A trained hair dresser can't make such a big mistake. I was in tears and left the salon whth one side air below my shoulders and one side above my ears. Don't waste your time. I will get an official complaint as soon as I can

Visited this salon for the first time and I couldn't recommend it enough. Evie from my first point of contact was so lovely/ polite over the phone to meeting an absolutely beautiful lady in person. Salon super clean and very professional. I definitely had such a great experience.Lovely Evie & Rosalind patiently worked through my my tangled hair and and literally brought it back to life. I'm one happy customer and definitely going to become a regular customer- would also recommend to friends/ family

These reviews are not genuine. I used this service to get my nails done and I can tell you it was a total disappointment. When I went to the normal nail shop to fix my nail the guy laughed at the disgusting job which was done and asked me where I got this done. He took off everything and did a new full set. Completely waste of money!! I will never go there for anything

I have been coming to this salon for over two years and I still come. I come for my full hair colour, LPG endermologie treatment, Acrylic nails ( full set), Gel Pedicure, Body waxing, Sun bed etc. It's highly recommended with affordable prices and discount when I do all their services. A well clean and tidy environment with accommodating and friendly staffs.

Evelyn the owner of the salon is a very kind hearted individual who treated me with such care. She took her time with my hair , was very patience and understanding. Such amazing service filled with love, even offered refreshments. I have long curly 3b hair and I trusted her to take care of it and she didn't disappoint me. Thank you so much.

The people were nice but the quality of the service was very poor - I did not get the haircut I asked for, the one I got was done poorly, it was asymmetric, and took way too long (1.5h) - will likely have to travel to my regular hairdresser in central London afterwards to fix it. Would absolutely not recommend coming here for a haircut.

What can I say... Excellent! Eviglam's will be my new place for treatment. Being a man, its always daunting when I need to go somewhere new and have my back waxed but the staff here were totally welcoming and did a better job than anywhere I have been before. Highly recommend and will be sure to use them from now on.

It’s a lovely salon with nice staff but they don’t know what they’re doing. They probably shouldn’t say they make Afro hair cos I asked for feed-in cornrow braids and I could do a better job as DIY. I’ll give it to the young lady that detangled my hair, she was lovely and gentle but that’s about it.

i went there with my hair all matted and damaged. I got a treatment and a good wash and i am in love with how healthy and beautiful my hair looks it’s the softest and smoothest my hair has been in ages. Definitely recommend

An amazing place to be there. The owner is an amicable person with very nice demeanour. The only place to visit for all your skin care, LPG and body treatment in the surrounding area. Highly recommended. Must visit again.

Do not go to this salon for nail…. The lady was lovely but she didn’t know how to do nails. My nail got fungus because of that! She needs to get nails professionals because she even didn’t know how to colour my nails.

I came for LPG treatment full body and it was very good. Have also been coming to have braids and it's been so neat, nice and quick. Highly recommended. Nice staff and a very clean and tidy place.

Although the owner is nice, she completely does not have any idea how to properly do nails. Worst cleaning and gel polish I’ve ever had. The tools she used looked unsanitized and antique.
