The gym is actually a great facility. It has more equipment than a nearby gym that costs $250/mo (essentially 10-20X in cost). The selection of equipment is better than any gym in Central Phoenix including the $250/mo place in Biltmore. So I give the gym itself a 5 star review. The problem with this facility is the staff. I have referred two friends to this EOS location and both gave me the same feedback. Both reported very high pressure to give 5 names and contact information and one guy even went on to guilt my friend by saying that his job performance is based on how many referrals he gets (not the customers' problem). After the membership sales staff, both friends were handed off to personal trainers who, once they figured out that there was no interest in personal training, because rude and dismissive. By the way, both members were joining through their insurance and another 3rd party organization and say they've never had this experience at other gyms available through their insurance). I went to the gym today and asked for a towel (a small additional monthly fee). No towels were available. Maybe EOS Park Central needs to focus more on on meeting what EOS has contractually agreed to supply with some staff education about professionalism. Is this the way they treatment members who just joined? Welcome to EOS. The short answer is that the facility is excellent at at an extremely low price, but the staff is rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Facility - 5 stars Staff - 1 star.

‼️WARNING‼️ BE CAREFUL IN SIGNING UP HERE‼️ When I signed up during their promotion, I was told that the Black tier was for $19.99 which includes the towel service worth $4.00 that I can cancel anytime. Meaning that should bring down my monthly to $15.99. Reason I agreed was because the guy said it is currently being sold as a package and I can just cancel the towel service on the opening day. Come opening day and I am now trying to cancel the towel service that I do not really need but was forced to sign up with, and now they are telling me that my towel service was only for 1cent. That if I cancel it, my monthly would still be $19.98. Totally different from when I signed up. They are now saying that I can cancel my membership now and signup for a lower price $15.99 but it would not be the Black tier. The management and staff are not well coordinated in terms of their promotions. Will definitely not recommend enrolling to this gym‼️‼️‼️

This location had 5 star voters before it even opened. Red flag. Got signed up Sept 5th, was told I wouldn’t be paying any fees. That was a lie so I cancelled literally the same night. Texted back a few days later confirming I wanted to cancel my membership & that it was cancelled by the assistant manager. That was a lie. I got an email October saying that my membership would start soon. (From what I see the location isn’t even open) So I emailed saying I had confirmation I cancelled and that I’d be getting a refund. This was October 12th, it’s Cancelling from the downtown Eos after the pandemic was a nightmare. Thought I’d give this one a try but definitely made a mistake. I’m a huge promoter of good business and had high hopes when Eos was opening a location in an area I’m in a lot. Skip the headache by skipping out on Eos.

This gym is a fairly good space but it ends there. 2 weeks being open, they ran out of towels so when they try to charge you $10 a month for this service skip on it because they don’t do in house laundry so they run out. The locker room is messy and no one maintaining it. Black prints on the floors, the sauna benches are already black from dirty shoes and no cleaning. The gym is way too over crowded during peak hours. I guess this is what you get when you’re a gym that sells memberships that are 9.99. The thing that really blows my mind is that when I went to cancel, they didn’t care at all. Didn’t ask for feedback. I would recommend any other gym in the area. You’ll get a better experience at LA fitness for a similar rate.

Pushy, rude, typical bro-gym salesman tactics from the beginning. Seriously said the number of referrals I gave him (as in my friends and family's personal numbers and email addresses) indicated how well he did to his boss. Then they pass me off to an ever ruder person who, when I finally tell her I'm not interested in a "fitness assessment" gives me crazy attitude and tells me "go workout then, damn." Do these people know every gym does this same routine and we already know the drill? Hard pass.

Been an EōS member for a while now and I originally had my home gym set up for downtown up until I stepped into this new Central location. I loved how welcomed I felt immediately and the new amenities this gym has to offer. Shoutout to Alexis, Jocelyn and the GM Lupe for being so friendly, welcoming and personable when helping me transition to this new gym, as well as upgrading me with the Black membership! I look forward to working out here and being a part of such a great location!

The gym looks amazing and it it’s in a good location in Phoenix but I will have complain about the stairs. Please watch your step walking up into the gym. The steps are really narrow. They’re still fixing up the minor fixes but as construction goes, it’s open and ready to bust your grind unfortunately, there’s no full body mirrors besides on the floor. Won’t be able to flex the gains in private

Great gym. I would give it 5 stars if they didn’t blast the music at full volume. It’s a gym not a nightclub. I shouldn’t have to shout to talk to people next to me if I’m standing under one of the speakers. Look around. Most people are wearing headphones. I can’t hear my music over all the noise. Please turn it down to a reasonable level.

This gym is awesome! So much new equipment and the staff is also helpful and also workout. I’m rating this only four stars due to it not having a 12” box for me to be able to Hip Thrust, help me help you build a stronger beautiful booty by using my comment as a vote for a 12” box so we can all together hip thrust!!!!!

Im getting fat waiting for this gym to open but they have been great and friendly thus far every time I call and or showed up they are respectful and patience with us eager folks trying to get in a few calories before thanksgiving I’m just saying lol

My new favorite spot. It’s so clean, BIG & has a lot of technology to offer. I love the recovery area. I’m hoping that one day EOS can include a red light in the sauna and maybe a cold plunge just a suggestion lol also, the staff is really nice.

Apparently the people giving 2 and 3 star ratings don’t know how construction works. I’d rather have a safe, and fully completed gym than walking in to a hazard. Thank you for this gym eos! It’s so close to home for me and I cannot wait!!!

Waited over 20 minutes attempting to sign up for a membership, got fed up and left. Parking is already a mess with portions of the lots already set to “No EOS Parking”. Already very busy and crowded.

it’s a good gym but you guys should invest in some 28mm and 25mm thick barbells. 29mm is too thick for some people with small hands, especially smaller females who want to do barbell exercises.

Great gym. BUT the property owner changed the initial parking allotment because the adjacent businesses complained. I guess fast food and unhealthy lifestyles win this one.

I really like this place, very spacious, lots of equipment, cant get packed because of the size, the staff are nice, although it gets dirty and doesn't get cleaned often.

I know it upset people when they pushed back the opening date multiple times, however, the construction is still underway, and I appreciate their safety measurements.

I truly enjoy this facility. Sauna works perfectly, it's in a wonderful location and the staff are super friendly and informative. Great nutritional products as well.

Hasn't been too busy in the early mornings yet. Has a nice flow to the equipment. Some great leg machines I didn't have at my last gym. Great place to workout !

New facility is fantastic and obviously the 24-hour portion can't be beat. Because of my job I have a few different gym memberships; this EōS is my favorite!

Great location. Very clean! Huge workout floor with lots of machines and squat racks. I've never had to wait to get on any equipment for my morning workouts.

This new gym is great and looks great. The music is a bit too loud but that don’t matter. Ignore the male/female Karen’s with the unnecessary complaints.

I can’t wait for this location to open, closest one near me. Going downtown is a nightmare and the other locations are kinda far. really excited :)

This EOS us very spacious and is very well thought out. Many of machines that they don't normally have at the other gyms. Great atmosphere
