The employees here are just awful. My grandmother and daughter said the employees were very rude to them after they received the wrong order. They demanded that they pay again to make the correct drink, but they walked out with the drink anyway, not wanting to pay again. I’ve never had to deal with this at any Dunkin or cafe and once i came in and gave them a piece of my mind they gave my daughter the milkshake she wanted. One worker did start talking back and complained about my fourteen year old but he was very rude. I hope this will be fixed. And even after all this the milkshake wasn’t even properly mixed but I gave up. We are never coming back here again.

Best dunkin on the island... You may ask yourself why if they are all the same? I'll tell you why. Customer service! they got it down to a science. My order was messed up I was given a hassle free experience with a brand new fresh order.they nvr gave me that judging look thinking I was tryna get one over on them. plus they said they gave me a donut for free to make up for the mistake when I opened the bag there was 3 donuts now that is what I call above and beyond service. This establishment can have my money any day of the week.

The Staff is Friendly and Helpful. I get the beverage and food requested - properly prepared - the way I asked for it. I've been to an ever-increasing number of Dunkin' Donuts Locations in the New York Area where the employees either aren't proficient enough in English to communicate properly or are just angry people. Otherwise, some will get mad at the customer when there's an issue. Not the case at this Dunkin' Donuts Location. This is one of two Locations that provide Excellent Customer Service - the other is in Queens.

Let's just be honest, Dunkin is what it is, a quick grab and go coffee and snack place- it doesn't pretend to be anything else. This Dunkin serves stuff the same as everywhere else, but if you are dealing with the kids behind the counter you'll get regular service versus an adult- the younger cashiers agent malicious just young. However, if you walk in feeling entitled, they I'm sure they will treat you as such. On the other hand if you act like a polite person you'll get good service and even a smile with a you welcome.

Customer service in here is horrible, i avoid this dunkin at all costs. The employees are hard to understand and dont talk much with the customers. If you order one thing you end up getting something completely different. I ordered an iced coffee with almond milk a while ago and the guy gave me a hot coffee. After telling him 3 times iced coffee he understood hot coffee. And it was made with regular milk. The only other time i went in there was for a bottle of water which was definitely overpriced.

I asked them for hot water (for ramen that i got from shop rite) and a donut because i didnt want to just go in and buy nothing. They charged me for the water for the price of one donut. This is ridiculous. All water should be free. Ive been here numerous times and they always charge extra or the prices are higher than usual. The staff is also very disorganized and do not know how to speak english very well. I suggest not going to this dunkin if you dont want to waste your time and money

Ordered an iced latte, received an iced coffee. Staff insisted it was a latte until I tasted it. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee insisted that it was indeed an iced latte, despite the obvious absence of any milk or creamy texture. Poor customer service and subpar drink quality. Just admit your mistake and fix it how hard could it be? Won't be returning. Now you lose another customer, great job.

I went to your store in the new Hyland Blvd the one in shop Rite. It's was there at 8:45, on a Thursday night. I had asked the guy if they sold donuts and the guy told me I'm sorry we're close. He was sitting behind a rack of food on his cell phone . I guess you getting paid while he was on this cell phone! I was a manager in a fast food place, Busy or not I had to take customers until 9:00. I had to buy ShopRite donuts . Thanks !!! you're truly Karen Perry

Your website says you guys are open 24 hours I just went to your store and Was turned away at 11pm when I use to come to this store at 2 in the morning to get food when and why was this changed and why isn't it updated on your website this is being reported to the BBB this is not how you guys conduct business. People have been coming to this store late at night because you guys were the only ones open after 11 so why the sudden and un announced change?

Service is good. Food seems fresh. The regular crowd is unique. The establishment is used by seniors and mentally challenged individuals as a social get-together location. They take over the dining area and congregate for hours. Especially in the evenings. They don't bother anyone but will stop all conversations and stare at everyone that walks in the door. A little uncomfortable at times but harmless otherwise.

Very nice place, clean and organized staff are very nice and attentive. The day that I went here it was raining and they had a leak coming from the roof. Other than that I would recommend this place.the doughnuts were very fresh and full size unlike other dunkin stores that have been making them smaller. It was better when each store made their own.

Everyone is sleeping at 6:30 am . The girl forgets my change. Coffee cost $4. She didnt give me change from the $20 I gave her, had to ask for my change back. I asked for a caramel latte with almond milk 6:45 still no coffee. I asked the guy making the coffee, then he gives me reg coffee. Maybe they need a cup of coffee them selves.

I don't blame the young associate for overcharging my order. Things like that happen. What is to blame is the lack of remedial actions taken by the other experienced staff who were aware of this. Instead, they minded their business as if to hope I'd accept the overcharge and leave. The surrounding area has better options.

This Dunkin is amazing, staff is pretty nice and work fast. In the mornings there is sometimes a line and all the staff are busy. Most of the times the coffee is what you would expect from a Dunkin, but other times it doesn't taste all too great. Overall a good place to go for coffee and a snack.

I always go to this location when I’m on Staten Island. Although I live in Chicago and visit once a month they always remember me. The manager somehow remembers my order from month to month! The line is three or four at most and moved along fairly quickly. The customer service is excellent!

First time I came to this store, ordered a ice coffee, received my drink and all I was sipping was sugar. Few months later, I decided to give them a second chance, order a ice latte that ended up tasting burnt. Will never come back to this establishment.

Dunkin' Donuts just cannot compete with Tim Hortons. Donuts are stale, flavorless and the rest of the food isnt made with quality or care. Will drive a longer distance to get a delicious donut or even lunch at Tim Hortons. Sorry!

This branch does not care about your order. I order curbside pickup and they left it on the counter. I ordered in person an the guy left it on the counter, no sticker, no saying what it is. Don’t go here if you value speed

Ordered on Uber eats, ordered 6 donuts, out of the 6 donuts only 2 were correct, I was given what I didn’t ask for, very annoying, never again and if I knew this wasn’t the other Dunkin’ I usually go to I wouldn’t bother.

Close to my house and that is the advantage. Quick service. That would be the positives. The negatives are : lack of cleaning, some weird people always sitting around in the shop, usually you have to stand in the line.

Love this Dunkin! I go here everyday before work to get coffee. The employees are the best and the food/coffee is always great!

Definitely need more training on the Baskin Robbins side. Zero ice cream skills, forgot the hot fudge on a hot fudge sundae? My rocky road was not ready for sale, it was soup. No strawberry, what? No peanuts?

Dunkin donuts always has the best breakfast options. Especially the sausage, egg, and cheese on a lightly toasted croissant with a little margerine spread across it and melted. Superb!

Love the Dunkin on Hylan blvd and Burbank....the service is quick and the employees are nice. Also...love the way the coffee tastes here as opposed to the other Dunkins on Hylan

Restroom is always out of order..Usually crowded in the AM. Weird smell during renovation. Coffe is still hot and Donuts are good.
