Amazing service. What should have been a straight forward sale and purchase could have easily turned into a nightmare when the purchasers of my house announced on date of closing that they were refused mortgage. This left me unable to close on my purchase. Peter worked with the lawyers on both sides, obtaining an extension for me while pushing for my buyers to get an approved mortgage. Three long and stressful weeks late but we managed to close on both ends. Peter kept me informed and as calm as I could be in the circumstances. Any and all expenses incurred due to the delay were charged to the purchasers. I highly recommend Peter.
