"I just loved to find that prayer place"
"Never been inside a Mosque before but had some Muslim work colleagues over so drove them over to have a look and say some prayers"
"Al salam Alaykom warahmat Allah wabarakatoh I studied in Dublin in 1991 and I first stayed with a Muslim family, Mr Faisal, whom was originally from South Africa"
Happy and grateful to find this mosque in a foreign city in the middle of Ramadan where I could pray Taraweeh and Jumma. First time I have been into a mosque that previously was a church. Good to see that the place is still being used to serve the purpose it was built for. Worshipping the Creator, only in it's purer form (no offense to Christian fellas). The first day I visited the mosque, they had just washed the carpets on the second floor. They were still wet and that's where I prayed since the first floor was full. By the end of Taraweeh and 20 minutes walk back to the hotel, both my clothes and I were soaking wet. I could say, it was a soaking experience. At least I got something wet in Dublin.
This community is a wonderful and beautiful community of Muslims who represent Islam as it should be. My brother's wife died and the body had to be transferred to the homeland. Because of corona it was of course difficult and we were in mourning. The community has supported us actively to organize everything and to handle as quickly as possible. They welcomed us Muslims from Germany very well and helped us. We thank you and whenever you are with us, we carry you on hands, truly there we have met true brothers. Your good deeds will not be forgotten and we wish you only the best.
I just loved to find that prayer place. All thanks to Ireland, Irish people their Government who allowed Muslims to have such a prominent Masjid. Its clean, peaceful and spacious. Loved every bit of second spent here. Al khair restaurant is also really good and reasonable.

Never been inside a Mosque before but had some Muslim work colleagues over so drove them over to have a look and say some prayers. The Caretaker very welcoming and friendly and it seemed like a very quiet, calm and tranquil place to pray. Originally a Protestant church from @1860, bought and converted into a Mosque in the early 80's
Al salam Alaykom warahmat Allah wabarakatoh I studied in Dublin in 1991 and I first stayed with a Muslim family, Mr Faisal, whom was originally from South Africa. Can any one help me get is contact please. He was a lovely person and I would like to get in touch with him. An email will do Thank you so much Salam Alaykom
They call themselves Islamic foundation of (Ireland) and yet if you check their website, you will see only 1 halal shop and halal restaurant and that's of their own. Either change your name to (Islamic foundation of South circular road) or list more halal shops and restaurants from around Ireland (specially Dublin) .
Beautiful place! As I have several years of memories attached to this mosque, when I was studying in Dublin. Does anyone can recall the food from Mosque's restaurant that chicken with rice and mild chickpeas curry? What does it called and what is the origin of that food? Also served after Maghrib in Ramadan.
As salamu alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakathu. It's always a pleasure to meet with people from different backgrounds. I always have great time, wherever I meet with sisters ❤️ Shukar Alhamdulliah for lovely day

There is a Pakistani restaurant in this mosque area. I have been to this restaurant since 20 years ago the biryani rice with the chicken is superb and that's the reason why I keep on coming to have my chicken biryani here. I strongly recommend this place and you should give it a try.
Went here for Friday prayer. There's two language for the sermon; Arabic and English. Outside was cold and inside was warm and comfortable enough. There's a small middle-east restaurant inside the area of the mosque. There's also a muslim community building besides the restaurant.
Good immams and clean BUT very very very bad ventilation! You may suffocate inside(in both 1st and 2nd floors!!).. High risk of COVID 19 transfer between the PRAYERS also!!! Not recommended for large number prayers (ie Jumma and Taraweeh) until they fix the ventilation problem.
Jholy divine place which make your mind calm and fill your surrounding with positivr vibes also makes you feel relex. It is place where you will get time to meet your self and get all your answer in form of prayer. You worship god to get all your answer related to your life.
Great community and great place to pray. The most needs an urgent expansion mainly because the growing number of muslims in the dublin city area. The wudu area and toilets aren’t very clean from my experience but that is mainly due to people not respecting the facilities
Very nice,, unfortunately no parking. The roadside parking infront is charged and that also do not available most of the times specially on Fridays

It was nice masjid. Offered Jummah which starts at 1:30 pm. The kutab was all very planned and written down. And more of the kitab reading it. Which is different from other places. Has a small halal restaurant and shop. Easy approach.
It was originally a church converted into mosque. After its main gate their is a halal food restaurant with amazing quality and taste. Must try for people looking for a halal meat. Vegetables pakora and haleem both were fantastic.
I've managed to perform Friday prayers here and the masjid is nice and there is a lot of history of this masjid. There is a small restaurant with many people. Didn't manage to try the food as wasn't feeling hungry at that time.
A very nice mosque, which used to be a church. This mosque was first built as a church but later in 1983 bought by Muslims and was turned into a beautiful mosque. If you are in Dublin, you should definitely visit this mosque.
Dublin mosque is located heart of Dublin Ireland, you should come and pray Friday and all of daily prayers and eid prayers too. Alhumdulillah you will see larger number of Muslims here and they all are very helpful
I am 1st time here in Dublin Mosque, it is really peaceful and relaxing place. I always love to stay maximum time in mosque but in Dublin mosque I was 2 hour and believe I don't want to leave as such lovely gath2-]
Religious prayer place. It has halla for prayer, wash rooms, facilities for men, women and children There is a grocery store and restaurant as well. They also look after pilgrimage bookings to Saudi Arabia.
Great location at Dublin 8 South Circular road....nice neat and clean mosque. All Namaz at earliest time. Near Griffith College. Everything is at waking distance. Tesco Spar Bus stops Cafe Restaurants
I love Dublin Masjid, i had been there couple of times during my bussiness travels and i loved to offer prayers among Muslims of different nations. That was such a lovely experience.
Beautiful Masjid. I prayed Maghrib prayer and the recitation of Imam was very soulful and heart touching. Al Khair restaurant in front of Mosque is so far the best in taste for me.
Not a member but really appreciate and acknowledge how clean, neat and tidy the outside of the Mosque is kept. If only other parts of Dublin 8 had the same respect for their area.
Recently went there for Eid prayer. I must say it was very well organized, with full precautions and standard protocols. Very calm and serene environment, felt very peaceful.
Amazing huge masjid.. one of the firsts in Ireland. Very good khutbah every jumma..

Whenever I’m in this mosque I feel absolutely painless tension less stress less my worries are not entering with me in this masjid that’s why I love this mosque
Very nice mosque, good facilities for men and women. 1-star deducted due to a very rude man at the entrance who didn't understand what a mask exemption was.
Alhamdulillh got the honour to visit this mosque which was converted from church subhanallah... allah is great Muslim people are friendly here ma sha allah
I used to pray and attend Juma'h prayer there when I was studying in Dublin in 1989..I still have unforgetable memories and hope I can visit it again.
Finding parking was a bit of a problem as it was time for Friday prayers, it was all street parking in that neighborhood paid through machines. More
MashaAllah very nice and beautiful mosque, quite place for prayer. Brothers are very helpful and kind. Everybody should visit this beautiful mosque.
Everything was organized, 2 meter distance was maintained and upon entrance bags for your footwear was given along with a prayer mat. Alhamdulillah
Nice mosque. They provide temporary papers to lay infront of you, so that while doing the Sijdah your forehead doesn't touch the floor mat.
Love this place and everything about it, always feel welcomed and nice people
