I would like to share my experience with DKC in order to help other "pet's parents" in the process of relocation, often very stressful for us, full of fears. So, if I could give 10 stars in this review to DKC, I would do so. I can't highlight enough how happy I am that I found this agency to do all paperwork on my behalf at Abu Dhabi airport, how helpful Amy was in this process of relocation of two dogs of mine from Belgrade to Abu Dhabi. Amy is super professional, calm, initiative, full of understanding and patient, she never ignored any of my e mails, and I am sure we exchanged more than 150 e mails in 3 weeks. She had answer on all my questions providing me with all necessary informations and tips for this relocation. The thing I appreciate a lot is the fact that she was responding on my e mails in literally couple of minutes. In case she was not able to respond or absent, there was always some other staff from DKC who took a minute and responded. The process itself at the airport was in the end very fast and smooth, John took care of everything and used every spare minute to explain and introduce to me the next step of the process. He was very kind and took initiative and asked one of the staff at the Abu Dhabi airport if I could check on my pets very quickly and make sure they are fine while we were still waiting for the import process to be done. I am very grateful for this since I am aware that pets can be visited after final completion of the process and veterinary inspection, but John did extra effort here in order to make me feel calm and he understood my concerns. I recommend DKC for your pet's relocation, absolutely convinced they are the best, all you need in that stressful,difficult process of pet relocation, and I am sure that all pet's owners will understand what I am talking about. DKC: keep it up,you are amazing!

This is Simon, he arrived here in the UAE, all the way from Canada last December thanks to DKC. from A to Z the entire process was without a single hiccup or issue, none, DKC are absolute experts know world wide. Simon was initially supposed to travel from Brazil, then from Colombia and then finally from Canada, at each place they knew ho I had to contact and each of these companies knew them, everything else, documentation, clearance here in Dubai, tracking, communications, EVERYTHING was superb, how ever that only speaks about their expertise and professionalism. Their service, however, is at an entire different league, there are no word to explain how much the DKC team cares about what they do, from their website all the way to the last thank you there is nothing but good vibes, they were the first company I researched and after checking their website, I never looked for any other. Its written by people that love animals and love the job they do. My dog traveled in December 2021 but I contacted and bothered DKC non-stop since May, they answered not only every single email I sent but also every single question. I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever for using them, quite the opposite, I have nothing but gratitude. I dealt mostly with Pushkal but everyone else involved was just as professional and happy to be doing their job. Next step will be to bring Simon over for a stay at DKC.

I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT AT DKC VET IN MOTOR CITY WITH DR GOKCEN LAST WEDNESDAY - 9TH NOVEMBER, 2022. ME AND MY DOG CAME ON TIME AND THE DR HAVE PHYSICALLY CHECKED MY DOG AND ASK SOME QUESTIONS. MY DOG IS IN PAIN SOMEWHERE IN HIS JAW AND NECK AREA. HE SUGGESTED TO SEDATE MY DOG RIGHT AWAY TO CHECK ON MY DOGS CONDITION. I HAVE ASKED HIM IF WE CAN JUST DO SOME MEDICATIONS FIRST AS AN OPTION AND HE AGREED. HE GAVE 2 INJECTIONS FOR MY DOG. WHEN THE DR GAVE THE FIRST INJECTION MY DOG CRIES AND FELT THE PAIN, AND THEN WHEN I SAW HIM THAT HES READY TO GIVE THE SECOND INJECTION I HAVE ASKED HIM IF HE CAN DO IT AFTER A FEW SECONDS BECAUSE MY DOG IS STILL IN PAIN, AS TO MY SURPRISE HE SAID "I CANT AS I HAVE CUSTOMER WAITING FOR ME, IF YOU WANT YOU CAN GO OUTSIDE FIRST AND COME BACK". SO I JUST SAID TO HIM, OKAY FINE DO IT. HE ALSO SAID IT TO ME AT FIRST WHEN IM HAVING A HARD TIME TO DECIDE WEATHER ILL AGREE TO SEDATE MY DOG OR DO THE MEDICATIONS FIRST. DR. GOKCEN NEVER SMILES OR GAVE SOME AFFECTION TO US WHEN WE CAME INSIDE HIS CLINIC. NEVER FELT COMFORTABLE WITH HIM AT ALL. THE WAY HE PUSH ME TO SEDATE MY DOG LITERALLY I FELT LIKE HE IS BASICALLY VERY GREEDY AND ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY. I WILL NEVER TRUST THIS DR AGAIN NOR WILL RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO MY FRIENDS EVER!!!

DKC is a 5* relocation service for your pets! I was traveling from Dubai to Madrid with my pet, it’s a ferret, not an usual pet, I know, but that’s why it was very stressful for me. But Pushkal, our agent (I must say our ANGEL!) was so profesional and caring, the service was impecable from the first moment till the last one. It’s not only the technicalities of traveling with an unusual pet, it’s the genuine caring way of doing the job. In DKC they think about every single detail of your pet’s safety and comfort, that is the must important for them, you can see it and feel it, they give you peace of mind during the entire process and that’s priceless! Yes, you might considering their rates a little expensive but trust me is worth it. To Pushkal a big big thank you! Lou is now at home, our family is complete once again and you will be forever in our hearts for being such an amazing person with us and Lou! DKC is the best!!!

Our experience with DKC was absolutely great, thanks to Tim who managed our case. We were relocating to India after spending 18 years in Dubai. Our house cats had never experienced any outdoors other than our garden and vet visits. The very thought of flying them and the overall process made us worry. From our first interaction with Tim, we were impressed and comforted with his experience on this topic and assured us about moving our furry babies safely back to India with outmost care and professionalism. All information on the process, paperworks were managed professionally and efficiently, keeping us informed on all the updates and timelines. Tim was always reachable for any queries. My pets arrived safe and less stressed than what we expected. Warm thank you to Tim. This is a picture of our pet, who looked keen to take another flight :).

I called DKC to fix an appointment for a survey of their setup and a discussion relating to the relocation of my pet, but was totally taken aback at the rude and non cooperative response on the phone by the employee attending to. me. He blatantly refused to give an appointment and asked to activate the relocation first. he never did explain what that meant exactly but refused to cooperate and portrayed a very rude and insensitive disposition. I asked to speak to someone mature in the organisation but it seems there was noone availabile at the time..(1pm Monday.) I was only told he would tell his colleague to call back. Such behavior is unsettling and does little to instill confidence to deal with dkc. It is a matter of our precious pets and we need to be sure they are in safe hands . At this point, DKC does not offer me any comfort.

DKC helped with the relocation of my beloved pet bunny, Fred, in 2017. I couldn't have done it with out them. They were friendly, helpful, organized and efficient. As you can imagine, there was lots of paperwork issues but DKC helped a then newbie navigate the tricky challenges and got everything sorted. DKC liaised with my UK agent to ensure all paperwork was correct before he was collected in London then they picked Fred up from the airport here and dropped him off in super fast time. It was a stressful time simply because of the worry but DKC honestly made the entire experience feel so much lighter, I felt like they were shouldering the worry with me and taking care of him as I would. I have since stuck with them for all vet needs for Fred and his rescue rabbit sister, Louis. Thoroughly recommend DKC for all rabbits needs!

Great place to board your pets whenever you're going out of town or coming into Dubai etc. The staff is extremely cooperative, explaining you all the details regarding bringing your pet and taking your pet out of Dubai. The place is well maintained with sufficient play area for all the pets. A big shout out and thank you to Mr.Neeraj, who gave us a tour of the place and explained how the pets were kept there and also all the procedures and formalities involved in the transportation of the pets. Keep up the good work guys and if you are in Dubai and wish to either bring in your pets from another country to Dubai or take them to another country, or even just need someone to care for your pets while you're out of Dubai, then DKC is the place to go.

These people are fantastic! I just moved to Abu Dhabi from Doha and it was a paper work nightmare. Luckily, my vet in Qatar teamed up DKC and handled everything for me. As happens all too often in the Middle East, there was a problem getting through Customs and what should have taken 2 hours took 15. Sandra and the rest of the DKC staff went the extra mile and stayed with my cat through the entire ordeal. They made sure he had food and water and was comfortable while people on both ends worked through the government red tape. When he was finally cleared at 10 PM on a Thursday night, they were there to take him to their offices and get him settled in! Although Spinney and I will be living about an hour's drive from DKC, they will be his vet!

This is the fourth time we receive the support from DKC for relocating our beloved cat, Sofia. What amazed me once more is the consistency of their service, the accuracy and clarity of their communication, their intent to support and make sure the client feels like all is taken care of, as well as the understanding that us as pet owners may have worries around our pet's movement - and they not only address them, they anticipate them. Shaila and briefly Neeraj were fantastic. THANK YOU so much for all the emails and the answers to my questions, and for keeping me updated all the way on the day of arrival of Sofia, till she was here. And also thank you to Ralph for bringing her home from the airport. Well done! You are an excellence.

I have used DKC services recently to relocate my beloved cat, Bubbles from Egypt to UAE and the team at DKC, specifically Mr. Adam, have been noting but a great support. The transition went smoothly from the first instant of communication till she was delivered safely to me. DKC helped me to relocate my cat from Toronto to Dubai (import permit only). DKC was the most helpful, friendly and cheerful relocation company in UAE (I've contacted several) from the very beginning. I am very happy that I've chosen their service. Account manager Shannon was answering my never ending questions and always keeping me in the loop in the timely manner (even though there was big time difference). She informed me about upcoming import law changes (even before it was officially announced) so I was able to fast track whole process, without her it wouldn't be possible to relocate my cat. We were there to check the kennel out & had a few enquiries. There was a couple before us broading both a dog & a cat. Funny thing was, there were 2 staff engaged with the couple & 3 or 4 staff walking pass us but nobody seems to be bothered entertaining us. Finally after 15 minutes or so, we were attended to by Linzi. She was extremely thorough with explaining how to transition our pup into the kennel & every details we needed to know when our pup is placed in their care. Hopefully our pup will not change drastically after the experience as it wld be the 1st she will be away from us for so long.

I am not often writing reviews. But this time I want to do it. I am already several years customer of DKC Kennels & Cattery and DKC veterinary clinic. We transferred our beloved dog from and to Dubai and DKC Team did a great job! They do everything and you don't need to worry about anything. Your dog will be well taken care of, emails answered immediately and they explain everything in detail. For those who find services of DKC a bit pricey, trust me, you will not regret the money you spend. Special thanks to Philipa, she was really patient with me and with waterfall of my questions.

DKC Vet gave our dog the best care imaginable over the four years we lived in Dubai. When we needed a place to kennel her AND relocate her to Pakistan, we knew that DKC would be the right call. From our first tour of the kennels with Donna, to the relocation process with Tim, we were consistently pleased with the communication, expertise, and timeliness of all steps. Our very anxious rescue dog had a great experience at "summer camp," and kennel staff kept us up to date with weekly photos and check-ins. We give DKC Vet, Kennels, and Relocations our highest recommnedation.

I would give 100 stars! Loved their clinic (cozy and nice), lovely staff everywhere with genuine smiles on their faces and great doctors (professional, helpful and gentle) and compared to other places even better prices. I am in awe and total gratitude of the service received from Dr. Rhett and Erin at DKC the last few months. Charlie, my almost 14 year old cross breed has been getting older faster and having been introduced to DKC late last year, I can honestly say that I have been amazed with the unexpected level of empathy and humanity that both Charlie and myself have been treated. I would simply like to say a huge thank you to both of them and the support team around them, as I cannot recommend them highly enough if you have difficult decisions to make about your pets.

Got 5-star experience from DKC's relocation services. They responded quickly, thoroughly and nicely to all our questions, even the middle-of-the-night phone calls during the transit. All the things were instructed so clearly that even though importing animals takes multiple steps of bureaucracy, I dropped all my concerns at the same second when I knew our dog landed to Dubai. They also went an extra mile with taking care of our dog when there was hassle on behalf of the airline. Big thanks for Pushkal and his team on this one!

Recently I used DKC pet relocation service to bring my puppy back to Dubai, they have done a great job, Fabio was very professional, fast and clear on every step, also kept me informed all the time making me feel less anxious as it was the first time my baby traveled on cargo, also the delivery guy, I forgot to get his name but he was very friendly and patience with Ludwig(my puppy). Without DKC daycare team, I could not imagine that how much we struggle with 2 cats to settle down this city! After the long relocation from Melbourne to Dubai, cats are loved and cared from lovely staffs(even, one of our cats seems not happy to come back to us first few days...) I’ve entrusted DKC with the relocation of my cats. From the first contact until the delivery of my puppies everything was perfect. Shaila helped at each step of the relocation, managed all the paperwork, and personally checked on our cat as soon as they arrived at their facilities. She is so knowledgeable and experienced in pet relocation that we were really comfortable handing over to her our babies. Most importantly, we felt DKC personnel are all animals lovers. We relocated recently from Jakarta to Dubai and hired Dkc Fr our dog s import. We recd Ollie very much in time the same day , hail and hearty . I wanted to share my experience with the receptionist at th DKC today . So the doctor supposedly forgot to remind us about one of the vaccine tha our cat needed and we simply asked why this happend , and the response i got was beyond unprofessional. She literally stood up and raised her voice at me . Very rude and disrespectful. I am never gonna bring my cat back to this clinic and i hope who ever is going to visit this clinic soon wouldn’t encounter what i just did today .

We moved from Dubai to Kuala Lumpur and had the whole export procedure of our two cats done by DKC. This was an absolutely positive experience from the first friendly and understanding contact with Shaila to the whole organisation of the export permit, boarding of our cats during the time when the movers came, health certificate until the drop off of the cats at the airport. First class service! Thank you Shaila, this was really super!!!

DKC came highly recommended from the Pilots community at Emirates. And as expected; they were AWESOME! We used DKC staff Shaila’s help to relocate our American Akita to the United States. We opted for the FULL service , which included transportation to the airport and checkin help (see picture) and it was worth every bit. The staff were amazing and made the whole relocation process seamless. Would 100% recommend them.

After being a happy and loyal customer for many years I was denied a simple service (stock a bag of special food per month) offered by them. Staff was unwilling to help us and management supported this. After having spend a couple tenths of thousands with them I was hopping for a bit more understanding. Good place but you are just a number with them no effort to go the extra bit unless is billed signed and stamped.

I moved from Dubai to Cairo 1 December 2021 with a Saluki - Greyhound mix. DKC took excellent care of all aspects of the dog move in Dubai, and put me in touch with a reliable company to handle all arrangements on the arrival end in Cairo. We used DKC to relocate our cat from Dubai to auckland New Zealand. I must say this ,these guys are professionals and they know what they do . They made this difficult complicated journey due to covid and NZ regulations so smooth and easy . One of the best place for pets, the staff are friendly, well trained and knowledgeable. The place is clean, safe. A must and recommended place for your pets if your traveling or staying out. Don’t worry, your pet is safe with them. Make sure to call and inquiry about booking dates before one or two weeks or way before specially if it’s holiday season.

We have just used DKC to relocate Buddy from JFK to Dubai. Adam has been a fantastic support and coping with what I’m sure felt like 100’s of questions. My furr babies; Malibu and Marley were thoroughly checked, the check up wasn’t rushed, the Dr took the time to explain and show me in fine detail what I needed to know and they were well taken care of! a week that im trying to book an appointment for relocation and that they promise me to call back and they don't. I never saw something like this. Its not that its a bad service, its that its a NO service. I left messages too on the relocation voice message, NO reply No call back. Ill find somewhere else. Very frustrating experience.

We had moved to India with our Labrador. DKC was very professional from the outset, and gave us a a clear view of the process and costs involved, as well as referring us to an agent at the other end. I went there to check the place they welcomed me and gave me all the information about cat boarding ,the place is clean simple and like home for pets i saw them taking care for the cats who are boarding there while i was on a tour with the staff you can rest assure that your pet in a safe place.

I have 2 little rescues....one has developed an eye condition that cannit be treated and has meant she has gone blind. Dkc treat them so well and i am so comfortable to leave them here and never worried about their well being. They come home happy and relaxed and so makes me feel happy too !!!

Great kennels and delivery service as well. They handled the importing of our dogs and it was stress free. Dogs have great space to play and always come back healthy and happy! Feel happy leaving my dogs there and the staff always know who my dogs are when I'm asking about them!

Amazing team! Relocated my dog back to California in August couldn’t ask for anything better. The team are professional and always gave me updates on how my dog was doing. It was a long flight but he arrived happy and excited. Definitely recommend DKC especially Janet :)

I used DKC to transport my cats from Dubai to Malawi. I couldn’t have done it without them. They were incredibly organised, so helpful and proactive when dealing with airlines. They also sent photos of my cats when they were in Dubai. DKC is incredible.

Great boarding facility. Lots to offer for pets of any kind. Very caring personnel. Have trusted them 3 times already with moving and boarding my pets. Would do it absolutely again. All goes smooth at the airport, with customs and pets are super happy.

Excellent Profesional staff. A good location for boarding pets of all kind I believe. However, the prices are high compare to other boarding places. Updates about your pet is in a weekly emails with photos. So if you have the budget I recommend it

Our dog loves daycare and overnight boarding here as they have a great outdoor space for the dogs to play plus for overnight the dogs have a little rooms that lets them go inside and outside. The staff and handler are all great and take good care.

Fabio and his team are simply amazing! When I had already given up on taking Mylo as hold luggage on same flight as me he came up with solution. Answered all questions and made everything sound easyforever grateful Laura&Mylo …

I absolutely love this place...professional and always smiling staff and clean kennels and playing areas. My dog loves this place and always happy to be there . A little expensive when it comes to boarding comparing to other places.

Woody had a great stay as always, all staff are extremely friendly and we had a thorough breakdown of his time tgere including who he played with and his eating. We have used DKC for many years and highly recommend!

Friendly and professional. Kept in contact while our dog was there for 24 hours on her way from Melbourne to Manchester. Sent a photo and updated us on when she was eating and that she was safe and well.

Close to the airport to provide easy location accessibility to pets in process of relocation. Very clean. Relatively spacious. However, the individual animal pens were small.

Great service for my cat. Attentive, they gave me a full report at the end of his stay and was treated really well. They groomed him and clipped his nails. Highly recommended
