Shocking! From start to finish shocking service. I was late by 5 mins but had no problem with having a shorter massage. Told to put head in the hole in the table but it was covered with a towel told repeatedly I couldn’t breathe. Had to go and get music which then kept getting cut off with messages coming through. The stop/ start of the massage was very stressful. I did inform the masseuse.Indian head massage very strange, not the usual technique. Not relaxing in any way. Final straw, there was a knock at the door and she left and I was left in the room told not to move however no one came back. They were with another client. I walked out which I have never done. Manager said she would call to discuss which she has not. I would not recommend.

I received a voucher for a back, neck and shoulder massage for my birthday. I wanted to use it today (my birthday) I found the website and used the watsapp service to see if the day was available and to see if the bed was accessible for a short/larger women. The lady who replied confirmed I would be fine and she was there to help if I needed it. I had a lovely relaxing experience today, the lady made me feel comfortable, she asked me what I do for work and what areas I suffer with so she could tailor my massage. so thank you once again!

I visited Dua Beauty after recommendation from a chance acquaintance at a cafe. She was raving about how refreshed she felt after visiting Dua Beauty. I made an appointment soon after, and I was really well looked after by Nargis. She was very meticulous and went that extra mile to ensure that I got what I really wanted. Would highly recommend this parlor, which is a refreshing change from the more commercial and impersonal chains around.
