"Now I'm talking about the DJ on the weekends"
"I admire this spot! They provide splendid meals, their menu is rich, The chef in that place is an expert, I enjoy very much trying all their food"
"This Restaurant has the worst food that I have ever had"
"The waitress Denise has a horrible attitude and only care about your table if you’re a regular"
"I love the variety of food- shrimp cocktail, potato salad, fruits, carving station, desserts-and all delicious! My only complaint would be the fact that it's posted that they are open for brunch @ 9:30 but don't have the hot food out till 10"
Now I'm talking about the DJ on the weekends. I don't go to this establishment during the weekday I just go during the weekend because my friend DJ is there and he plays good mixes. The drinks are a expensive but oh well.. they get one star because the place inside is trashy. And it stinks. And the owner is not too friendly... More
I admire this spot! They provide splendid meals, their menu is rich, The chef in that place is an expert, I enjoy very much trying all their food. The dishes are consistently good, the service towards the visitors is good. I frequently visit this place and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend this place.
This Restaurant has the worst food that I have ever had. I had the Teriyaki Chicken, it was so dry that myself and 5 others that was sitting at the table with me, didn’t eat the Chicken. We traveled from another city and it was NOT worth the trip. The service was horrible as well. Not a friendly environment.
The waitress Denise has a horrible attitude and only care about your table if you’re a regular. She didn’t wear a mask at all while serving us and she held my wine glass with her fingers touching the rim. She is awful. The food is okay. Prime rib deal is awesome. But she is the reason I won’t go back.
I love the variety of food- shrimp cocktail, potato salad, fruits, carving station, desserts-and all delicious! My only complaint would be the fact that it's posted that they are open for brunch @ 9:30 but don't have the hot food out till 10. Wish they told me that when I made reservations for 9:30.
Great place to enjoy high energy and freestyle music. I came with some girlfriends and we enjoyed our time here dancing all night. The DJ was nice enough to take song requests. I had a good experience for my first time and everyone there that night was friendly. Overall, cool hangout spot.
We have been here several times before and service was always great. Never had the server we had tonight and now I doubt we will be returning. Our server was rude, short and made us feel like us being there was a bother to her. Such a shame because we have always enjoyed it before. More
The most rude staff I've ever had to deal with in a non aggressive themed "restaurant," and I'm using "restaurant" very lightly for this place. I gave this place 3 chances to not be the worst, but... turns out the food is just as dry as the service! Avoid this place!! More
Went when It wasn't to busy just before St Patricks day. Loved the environment at this place and I have to say the service was spot on! The Calamari and the Potato Skins were amazing along with the Minestrone Soup! I will definitely come back here!
This is my fiance and I "go to place" I live in Southern California. And I'm in the Bay area ever 2-3 weeks. We always have dinner there everytime we are in town. Calamari is the best. Great food but a little pricey. But you get what you pay for.
We were hoping for a good local place with a unique spin and we found it! Everything was just delicious!! The salad and lid of bread was fresh and the steak with the fancy garlic topping was out of this world. Thanks for a yummy date night! More
Went here for a family occasion/funeral reception, first time coming. The name threw me off from what I was expecting inside, but it is a cozy and nice venue compared to how it appears outside. One side of the interior is a wider, open area
"I recently had the most delightful dining experience at the Drying Shed, and I can't wait to share my thoughts! The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the Chicago cut of prime rib - tender, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The
We paid to see a local band perform on Valentine's weekend 2020. We had to seat ourselves, no one greeted us to seat us. Took a while before any staff asked us if we'd like to order food. Seems they were understaffed having only one server,
Tonight the band, a touch of brass was headlining, and so we went. The band was fantastic. The service was not great. We had a hard time getting our waitress to take our order. We did not have our food in front of us until two hours, after
Dined there for their special $65 Prime Rib Tuesday dinner for two people. That includes sides, bread, & salad. Service was excellent & the food was brought out in relatively quick fashion & prepared as ordered. The dining room consists of
I am so disgusted with the woman who claimed to be "the owner" and stated to us "what she says goes." I was the only Caucasian with our party and she directed her conversations to me. Totally, bringing rude, argumentative and inconsiderate
We wanted to have a really nice dinner to close out the 2020 year so we decided to order meals to take home. We hadn't been to the Drying Shed in several years and we were very impressed. I had the Roast Prime Rib which was amazing and my
This was a nice little stop in for a nice steak dinner. We went on a Friday evening and didn't see too many people there, and for me the ambiance was lacking a little bit. The food though was very good and we enjoyed our time! The portion
Went for mother's day. They lost our reservation, but it didn't matter. You could sit right down. It was a makeshift setup with portable tables and folding chairs. Too few workers for the event. Food was similat to what you would do for a
I too was there for a funeral reception and they can not handle a large party. They’re not friendly which is a must on any restaurant. Food was awful and felt cheap. What looked the most appetizing was their salad and bread which was gone
There probably isn't anything new to add to a Drying Shed review that hasn't already been said. I was there for 2 separate events recently: dinner and dancing, and a funeral reception. So what I ate was from their buffet service. Yes, the
Omgoodness worse service ever! We tried to give this place a second chance but both times was a bad experience. The first time my husband and I dropped in for a beverage at the bar, the place was dam near empty and the bartender took for
My husband and I visited recently on our weekly date and the prime rib was amazing. The place is quaint. We seemed to be the only one but the booths were cozy ans we didn't mind. The place reminds me of a fancy restaurant in a historical
I show for my random steak dinner experience usually the elderly gentleman seats me in nice booth so I enjoy the steak house experience but for first time another person is working ignores me standing at the podium then directs me to the
Worst first time experience there! Our server clearly got our order wrong not once, not twice but three times!! She was rude to us and didn't apologize to me that it was her mistake for not giving my order correctly and ignored us. Never
I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE ONE STAR BUT YOU HAVE TO, TO POST REVIEW This place is a joke! Management charged 220 for chairs. Amount of chairs were less of what was paid for...mentioned to management and she was very rude...buffet food was
BEWARE: Went there for a funeral reception and the experience could not have been any worse. We had an extremely large party (close to 200). Mostly elderly so it was an extremely relaxed group. You would think that spending that kind of
We had my Birthday/Easter Lunch here, Absolutely Delicious food, including a mini-loaf of soft fresh baked bread, the salads were giant with delicious dressings. The Entree portions were so large we needed doggy bags ! The Desserts were
Went for a friends baby shower. Whoever the lady in charge was , was very rude. They didn't inform my friend of the food cut off time, and seemingly tried to spring a surprise charge for some confetti. Food was substandard, ambiance was
We had our wedding reception here. It was an amazing night. The family-run Drying Shed restaurant made our special night go off without a hitch. They made us feel like we were part of their family. Every detail was executed exactly how
We chose to spend Thanksgiving 2017 here and I will tell you that I would not recommend this restaurant to ANYONE! We arrived at noon and was greeted (if that's what you want to call it) by owner she was rude, unwelcoming and needs to
I haven't tried their dinner menu, but their prices for a top-shelf martini and manhattan were quite reasonable and the drinks were well-made. On the other hand, the interior design is quite dated overall and rather run down in spots.
I reserved this place for a 1 yr memorial lunch for my husband for 150 ppl. Salmon was an addition to the original entree menu (beef, chicken). The chicken and beef was like cut into pans of hot water with no taste. I was only seeing
It's like a dive bar under active construction that is attempting Michelin star prices, but with pre-made buffet food. Fun and spunky bartender, but the place is a total disaster, with some horrifying, nauseating raw sewage smell
Nothing to rave about. Inflexible on prime rib Tuesday. Customer does not come first. Prime rib is basic. Forgot to take pictures. Too hungry. One waitress. One bus person. Not very busy. Fries not crispy. Dinner rolls basic.
While staying for a week or so, dined alone for a standard Prime Rib. Every Entree includes (as far as I know) salad, sides and bread. I visited there Sunday evening. Though guests were so few that time, I love the
Went for a catered party. The food provided was nothing spectacular. Tasty, but not anything outstanding. The prices on the menu reflect a very high end restaurant. I don't think so. Oh, the food service was late.
Went to visit a friend and do lunch..went to an old fav in our hometown and we had the best steak in I don't remember how long!! Fried shrimp appetizer that was hot and crunchy, perfect!! Salad was fresh and
Food is great. Service was slow but friendly Atmosphere was kind of terrible. They sat us in the bar with noisy TVs on. I would go back but I would want to dine in the dining room instead. More
What a Thanksgiving Dinner we had at the Drying shed.everything a Thanksgiving Dinner should be. Will be going there for Christmas Dinnere. Don’ t miss there Tuesday Dinner special. More
I had the best french dip I’ve ever had. So yummy. The fresh bread loaf straight from the oven is out of this world. The fried zucchini was delicious. Definitely coming back. More
The flavors are exceptional, with a beautiful presentation. I enjoyed the delightful chocolate dessert too. The waitstaff are friendly and attentive. More
Our server wasn't too intentative to us we kept trying to call him and he would just ignore us or pass by he made our table feel very uncomfortable More
The customer service is ok. The manager, Ed, is very responsive. I was reluctant to have my father’s 1 year memorial celebration here, but with
Are you my mortal enemy? Then please, eat here! I really, really wanted to like this restaurant; it's local, old, and has character.
Great place to dine, have parties or hit the bar. Food is tasty and plentiful. The bartender is very pleasant and attentive. More
Happier host n servers would be nice. Even if food mediocre a smile n friendliness goes a long way. Upgrade lavoratories. More
