I had it at this store, and the experience was terrible. A PACHECO-level company leaves customers without comfort and employees in a precarious state. Store without air conditioning, queue at the counter, queue at the cash register, manager on his cell phone. Never again Pacheco Drugstore. At least I won't go back to Rocinha.

I really like the service at this store. They always have the products I'm looking for. I can buy through the app and pick it up when I get home from my routine. Always very well served by the staff. Full mark!
