A few days ago I returned from Dubrovnik, Lapad area, after a fantastic two weeks on this beautiful coastline. We stayed in our new apartment we bought through Dream Estate Croatia, earlier this year. The apartment was exactly what we wanted and what we stipulated to the Dream Estate Croatia team when we engage them to look for a property for us. We felt incredibly happy and lucky to acquire this property. Special thanks to Vedrana and Natasha who guided us, foreign citizens, through all legal and financial procedures with patience and professionalism. Without them, this process would be much more complicated and we certainly would not attempt the acquisition.

I bought a beautiful apartment in Cavtat. The process was very difficult largely because of the unprofessionalism that I saw from Dream Estates. They accused me of lying and fraud when they could not locate the money I had wired. Natasa Elakovic represented the seller. Otherwise I would have never worked with her. She was rude and condescending to me. She did not return messages. And finally she gave us documents for another property in error. This left us totally confused. I would never work with them in the future.

My boyfriend and I had a very smooth, pleasant and professional experience buying an apartment through this agency.
