Expensive and useless service. We had the worst experience with Dream Curtains. We went to the Welling shop and booked a vertical blind for our kitchen door with a deposit of £50. Shop owner says someone will call in the next few days and come over to collect the measurement which they did after 10 days. After few weeks they give an installation date and time. Mid way through the installation day they said, the blind is damaged and cancelled the installation. Promised to replace the blinds & installed after in a week. On the installation day, since no one turned up, called the installation guy, who said the material we selected no longer available so can't be deliver the same blind. He put the blame on the shop owner not updating us. Anyway, over the weekend, we visited the shop again (since there was a deposit already paid) and ordered new materiel which is promised to be installed in a week. This time, the installation guy turned up and fitted the blind. This was 7 weeks after the booking. But once he left we could not open the door because the blind headrail track was blocking the door.Again called the installation guy who promised to come over after few days to fix it. But after seeing the issue he started shouting at us in such bad manner saying that we didn't explain him the problem properly. He mentioned since he don't have the correct blind bracket, he won't fix the issue. He also said he can't come again since he is driving from a far place. Never had such a terrible experience in our lifetime and the behaviour of the installation guy was really shocking. We booked through the shop thinking that we will get a professional touch. But after all these weeks and frustratuion, it was such a nightmare and totally fed up with the service. Never recommend Dream Curtain.

Absolutely appalling service with no sense of care or commitment to the customer. I purchased over £350 goods in this store and initially the curtain was measured incorrectly and therefore had to re do this again as well as the bar not being the one we had asked. No apology received but said they will come and fix the right bar and just for me to wait on them to get back to us by phone. I waited no one called, went into the shop and the owner is never there. The assistant(very rude) Gets hold of him over the phone where he said he will call me back and again another lie as he never did. I was at the end of my pregnancy at the time where I was constantly going into the shop and calling them up as I can never get hold of the owner and instead was being sent in circles. It is owners like this which prevent locals buying from local business as this would never have happened if bought a department store. We would have got a refund or atleast an Apology as matter of courtesy!

I'm not happy with the blinds they provided for our two bedrooms. They were quite expensive but still the final product looks like the cheapest one you can get. I have sent them few emails with photos and no one is answering! The guy who measured them , didn't do a good job. And on top of that, those who cut the fabric for the blinds, did absolutely terrible job. They should have cut at least 1cm more on each blind. It's just terrible final product which is shame because we wanted to support a local business rather than some big company.

Murat came and fitted my Curtains today. WOW! They look absolutely amazing, I am so pleased with them. The whole process and experience has been very professional and efficient. Murat dressed the window to perfection and cleaned away any mess that was made. The Curtains have been made to a high standard. The staff are friendly and more than happy to assist. I highly recommend Dream Curtain Designs, you will not be disappointed! I will definitely be using there services again.

I spend around 4000 for shutters for the house. The initial quote they provide would not match nowhere after measurment. Then they ask to pay the money beforehand. I had paid for glossy shutters but in the end I am sure they installed matt and when I asked the lady, she said that glossy shutters will not be as glossy as blinds. Why it is called glossy then? I did not want to argue but surely I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Although it took a while for stock to come in (understandable in the current environment) the service has been brilliant. Measuring up was quick and the fitting was professional. The quality of product was also very good. Thanks Dreams Curtains Welling

Very pleasant shopping experience. Helpful and knowelgeble. I will be returning for all my curtains in the future. Curtain shops seem to be few and far between so if you find a good stick one with it.

Murat came to my house and measured my windows and bay window and gave me some great suggestions. I bought a voile and tracks from him they fit very well and look nice.

Don't have a lot in stock , just the basics . Had to go some where else. They have another shop in Old Kent Road Same problem.
