This place sucks. Every time I shop here there is a discrepancy with the price of a lot of things that I purchase. Especially items on sale. When you confront the staff at the service counter they dispute it even before they check it on system or the ticket on the shelve. They make out its such an imposition to check and rectify the problem, so you have to wait even longer before you get out of the store. This has happend far too often. They seem to have a lot of staff I guess that's why they are so expense. If you shop here CHECK YOUR receipt. One star only for location.

My husband & I recently ordered platters from Feed Me Drakes online (to be picked up from Aldinga Drakes). We needed special conditions, so I called before making the order online. Jess was incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful and went the extra mile. Everything was so delicious, perfectly prepared, amazing value for money and the process was super smooth, fast & convenient. Thank you to the amazing team at Drakes.

The corporate world is using this pandemic to enjoy massive profits prices have risen hugely over last 12 months, its urgent we consumers start to take back control and boycott supermarkets who increase there prices, email the ceo of the company, talk about it on social media and simply as a community stop using any business that is increasing there prices significantly. We the consumers need to stand up to corporate greed

Found this lovely young man in the fruit and veg department at Aldinga Drakes. Clearly, he had been working hard, shining those apples! The department looks great. So fresh, such vibrant colours and an extensive range! Look out for this guy and say hello! The store, in general is spacious, clean, well stocked and the staff (and other customers) all look happy to be there! Great lolly range too.. Definitely worth a visit!

You have the My Drakes app where upon checking out you play a mini game in the chance you may win a prize. I've used it for 6 MONTHS & not once have I won anything. And every time you go to your cash registers you have the scanners covered up. Why is that? Are other people onto your scam too. I got sick of the embarrassment & constantly losing sound & is the reason why my family now shop at Coles.

Drake's at Aldinga is consistently the best value shopping in the local area. The majority of regular shopping items are cheaper here than in the other supermarket located in the Aldinga shopping centre. Deli items and fresh produce such as chicken breast, bacon, fetta cheese are always better value here. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

So sad to say I have never been served at the checkout by the most unhappy miserable young lady. I work in retail and really felt that this girl could care less about customers. I think she should get more training or not go into work if she is miserable. Not a great experience to feel like I was an inconvenience ☹️

I want thoroughly thank the two staff members at register 1 for re-doing our entire shop for us when the system didn't want to work properly. Thank you for your dedication towards customers (and also I'm very sorry for having to put you through so much effort). I hope you have a great day!

Usually a friendly work force and numerous items for sale. It is nice to see that you can get rolls and wraps made up. The only way i see an improvement is making sure chickens are available to buy at opening hours. Plus a little more cooking needed. Not alot but want no pink bits.

Aldinga Beach has ducks (in ponds) and also Drakes! The new rebadged Drakes with the same old friendly service.The change is more subtle than significant and variations in pricing are similar.These an "even ness" about Drakes ,be it Wallaroo or Aldinga.

Frames Aldinga is towards the western wing of the Aldinga Central Shopping Centre on the corner of Aldinga Beach Rd and Rowley Rd. Drakes is a mid size store with groceries, bakery, deli and butcher sections. Friendly and helpful customer service.

Great place to shop plenty of variety of good, quality a key note. Watch your dockets, you might find you get a duplicate which do not have the 4 cents a litre off petrol. Be ware and check your dockets.

South Australian supermarket, stocks balfours cakes and villis pies. The pocket sized sets of shopping bags are much better than those sets sold by their competitors. Wish we had a Drakes in the ACT.

Drakes is a SA owned chain which is great for our economy. Supermarket it well setup and easy to find products with overhead signs in aisles. Great range of products, on site bakery, good prices.

Excellent service, friendly staff. People who claim that Coles is cheaper are talking out their backsides and obviously don't know the difference between a regular price and a sale price.

Easy to shop and leave. No huge line ups at cashiers as is the case at Coles down the way. Don't know why people keep waiting at the smaller shop, prices and quality equal if not better.

All the food in the fruit and veg department looks so fresh and delicious. Coles on the other hand looks like they have nicked all the expired fruit and veg out of your bins.

Lovely staff and very helpful love all the new xmas food there and love you can get many different types of things there that you cant get in other supermarkets

Gotta love the marked down goods but when they only have one cashier open you'll be waiting a while to get through, maybe check out Coles instead

Prices far too high only shopped there today for convenience,petrol discount voucher and pension discount will be going back to Aldi or Coles.

My local drakes is the most friendliest and the best drakes there is as when i shop I'm treated with real appreciation and understanding

Good price on meat and bread, but I'm not eating cow anymore until someone works out how not to kill the land. Love the bargain trolley.

Keep it local... you have the choice between Foodland or a multinational. Love Foodland and IGA. Remember to take your own bags.

Friendly staff, good value and fresh food that keeps well. Love their raspberry cake slices for only $3 and their choc mousse.
