Polite behaviour to pet parents. Extremely cautious with pets while taking samples. Rates are almost the same as vet labs but maybe a little cheaper. But I had a very good experience with staff specially - Vimlesh. Reports published in 4 hrs! . Great experience. Do not offer home blood sample collection so a poor dog who is unable to move will be needed to carried to the lab. Whereas, vetlab charges 500rs home sample collection for upto 4 kms.

Doctors and staff of Dr. Vet diagnostic is very experienced and accommodating. They are responsive to call /queries. I have been taking my pet to this diagnostic centre for blood test x - ray and other specific now and feel comfortable with their diagnosis results and suggestions whenever needed. Doesn't have basic facility. I enquired about ultrasound, got a very bad response from the teller that machine is packed and we're not doing services. What's the use of machine if you're not doing anything with that.
