Horrible front desk staff. Doctor is very nice and treats well. However the receptionist and the staff are not polite and behaves rudely. I waited for more than an hour for a follow-up checkup with the doctor. The receptionist should inform in prior regarding the patients who have taken appointment on call and who have come in person and waiting. She didn't even bother to inform when the other patients who have come late and been allowed to consult the doctor before us. It was us who went on to ask what's really happening. And the way she responded and the way she reacted was not required at all. She has to first understand what we are asking before responding to any of our queries. Customer relation play a very huge part. This is not the way people wants them to be treated. Have informed the doctor regarding the same. Hopefully action will be taken by checking the cctv footage. Will again put a review on what has been changed.

Idiotic people's, they don't know how to treat costumers, when known people comes, they will make others wait for Hours... and very bad experience, and when I informed Doctor regarding this he was careless that I will talk to my staff.. I have seen one more person also said same things in review, they don't even change I guess, I suggest you people should have some ethics, and learn how to treat costumers.

Consulted Dr. Harsha at Ziva center for my skin and hair issues. He very patiently gave an ear to all my issues. Amazing place. Doctor Harsha is so patient, doesn’t give medicines unnecessarily and really cares about what you want. The treatments are also extremely well done and hygienic. I have been consulting Dr. Harsha for my hair fall issues. He's an experienced dermatologist who clearly understands his patient's concerns and treats them extremely well. The staff are also very supportive who respond quickly to a patient's enquiry or request. I highly recommend this skin and hair clinic.

Dr is ok but purly commercial he drage the patients for more time follow-up and charging consaltency every time for every follow up veary bad experience and exploit the patients 300 consultation he wrote for four times in 3 months and charged consultation itself was 1200/- veary expensive dr.

I will recommend Dr.Harsha for Laser treatment.I got it done for my tattoo removal it worked like wonder.Ziva clinic has all the facilities with great ambience. I would say u can go blindly there for any skin issues u will be satisfied.

Doctor is very good...listen to our issues very patiently and diagnoses condition accurately...centre is well equipped with all modern equipments..staff are very helpful and trained..i would recommend Dr Harsha any day for skin issues.
