This BAOU offers distance education studies in vocational as well as traditional studies. Their center is in most of the district places of the state. Post 12th Certificate Courses, Bachelor Courses, Master Courses and also arrange for Ph.D. Overall setup, infrastructure, syllabus is good but student support system needs some improvement. Every thing is good admission process , fees process but the main problem is started when you come last year (BA) they asking you for a subject selection but bydefolt i choose same subject end they even don't informing you about this and then i submited assignment and all and before 1 month of exams i got my books ( parcelForm) . Nd they automatically choose another subject for me Now i dont have any option to chng this subject nd even no one received mentioned contact number . I dont know why ! . 2nd problem is result after appeared in exams they give your result after 4 or 5 months (its about BA ) . And the last but not the list is seting arrangement problem in exam hall .... Most of people are talking in class room . They copied from the cheats easily so how can you imagine that your honesty gives you full marks cz without it so many students depend on cheat and they passout with a good marks ... So plz improve some things its my humble request too you and your management

Just having a good campus is not a good thing.. The staff sitting in the campus should also be good. Like every university while taking admission, good things are good but when it comes to marksheet and help, their 5 star rating also falls back.. i want to share my experience because Other students like me should not go through this situation ... after finished exam in july-2021 today jan-2023 my mark sheet is nowhere after pushing 4-4 times... and the helpline numbers given on the website are just useless There are nodules. I request all students to check all this before coming here and then proceed.. I hope that after posting this message there will be some improvement in the exam department and their policy

First of all The campus is great but the working staff is not well mannered at all and taking so much time for 5-10 mins work, i have to waste my entire day for the degree certificate here.. Don't study here It worst ever experience that i have ever it Once they call to get a degree certificate. Then nobody is at reception even not proper arrangements were done during convocation No staff was provided for the distribution of the certificate. Students have to attend the seminar and program whether they want or not and you have to waste your time just for nothing....

0 star.... Uneducated illiterate staff and service... They don't even know how to change password and there is not even a fan in this university... Nobody understand english and they don't even know how to read... And they are running a course of ENGLISH (B.ED) . They don't even switch on the lights. Worst university. Blacklist this and try avoiding this as much as you can... They are not returning the form fees which they had taken saying we will inform you if information booklet will come... And now they are saying your course is not running in our university...

Very incompetent University. The staff is so unprofessional and have no manners to talk. Specially the lady at the help desk named priyanka in the examination department is so unprofessional and rude. She called us for the transcripts and we have to drive 85 kms to reach there and after reaching there she asked for coming after two days just like that. This university is so pathetic that we had go visit more than 10 times for marksheet and none of them were helpful. I would not recommend anyone to take Admission in this uni until you are okay to ruin your career.

Pathetic student support. Wastage of resources and infrastructure at such a large extent and expense. Meaningless departments of no help to students from far off centres. No coordination among centres and head office, and exam centres and vice versa. The study material is illegible and poor quality. Online information system is utter lethargic and helpless. Nothing like contact number or email response. Missed important job application just because of silly delay from there side.

University with worst management and rude Staff. They arranged a convocation for students in their Auditorium were parents amd their guest took seats and students were sitting in the garden. And when they started the distribution of degrees it was worst than a vegetable Market. Even in 3 years they were not good in communication. For me it was totally a bad experience througout the years.

It's clean educational atmosphere but some clerical staff not answering well. They have high attitude. University not maintain any update information with Students by Email. They have only one thought "why Students not check website everyday." University should understand students have no time to check everyday university website. Very Bad Experience with University. No one can give positive answer. Once you submit the Assignment there is no surety its submitted and you have to wait for at least five years then after you must have to visit the university and they will told you the assignment lost by us please rewrite it and submit again. This process continue for minimum 1 year.

Very poor work of top management & higher politics inside management. People work here under higher pressure of top management & very depressive atmosphere to work. Seriously, Top management needs some lectures / classes / crash course on "How to behave with staff & encourage them to work instead of making them feel guilty everytime."

Not open university but like other university,instead of it u can take addmission in regular university,which are better than it. I took admission over here. I paid fees and even I visited this centre for confirming my admission. After that they told me that i will get my confirmation online. And from that date i still didn’t receive any notification on website and when i call to them the phone is either switched off or else they don’t receive.
