So disappointed with the service I received this morning . After spending 5 days in hospital with pneumonia and being prescribed a new anti-biotic which I need to take constantly ( i have an ongoing lung and chest problem ) i wanted to discuss my condition and follow up care with my doctor who i have been with for over a decade. So when he/ she refused to either speak to me or give me a phone appointment i was confused and disappointed especially when the lady who answered the phone said I should discuss it with her ( she did not tell me she was a nurse until after I refused) .Nevertheless its my right to speak to my GP if I have concerns for my health and not be fobbed off as if I do not matter ( covid or no covid ) I only gave 3 stars because the lady was very polite . Sometimes this surgery shocks me with there inconsistencies.

ridiculous practice, I had to speak to a third party to rely on symptoms with apparently a gp practitioner. back and forth with the receptionist. they wanted me to go ER as my Gp took my symptom very seriously but would not talk to me directly or give me an appointment or a blood test as I requested. seems that this practice is only capable of prescribing antibiotics . Gp is in really need of reform. No wonder why the NHS is scrambling ps. I'm still waiting for the complaint form

Horrable doctor! They say to send messages online They don’t even bother to read the full message ! With “doctors” like this we die and have cancer and stiff coz they do not care ! You should be out of practice !
