Receptionist are rude and unhelpful. 97 missed appointments last month but yet won't try and accommodate the health and wellbeing of their patients!!! Will be looking for a new doctors! Been the only Doctors Surgery I've ever belonged to. Always have a good experience with reception and the Doctors. Lot of bad reviews, however it is not the receptionists fault if everyone wants an appointment in the next 30 seconds and can't get it. Too many entitled people registered I would guess.
