I have been a patient at this surgery for many years now. I rarely write reviews but in this instance I believe something definitely needs to be done to address the service issues at this surgery. Thankfully I am in good overall health, however in the last one month I have had to see the Dr twice (bear in mind) never been to the surgery in the last 5 years before this. On both occasions I have waited over an hour in the telephone que to get to speak to a receptionist. On the last instance after holding 42 minutes, according to the computer generated voice I was told I was first in line to be attended, I had to wait another 36 minutes before another voice came on to the phone saying that due to the que being too long my call was being disconnected. I then rang up again and was put on hold for 54 minutes before being connected to a very rude receptionist who said she could not get me to see a doctor for at least the next three weeks and that I should go to A&E and when I asked her name, she put down the phone. Make of that what you want, it's scandalous behaviour.

This practice needs improvement and will not recommend any one at this stage

DO NOT SIGN UP HERE. New to the area and chose this as my GP as they were close, they are indescribably terrible, poor customer service, I asked for an appointment to talk about medication and was sent to a 3rd party out of hours service to which the out of hours doctor told me I should be speaking to my GP. I have only lived in the area for a few months and this GP has already failed me enough times that I'm switching my GP service.

There is no way I will try and call again to be put on hold for this long just to speak to someone. Awful first experience with this particular GP. Anyone will be lucky to get through.

I have been a patient at this practice for more than 30 years but the service is now so poor that it is virtually impossible to get an appointment with a doctor in anything like a timely fashion let alone get through on the telephone to the surgery!

Awful experience I had on the 24th October,22 The receptionist was totally unhelpful and had an awful attitude. No empathy or care. So looking for another surgery. Would also advise others to do the same.

Can not get an appointment !!!! The worst experience I had in my life. DO NOT COME to this GP I developed blood clots because of them, ruined my life at 20 years old.
