Receptionist is full Karen, rude as. My wife both had the same experiences. We called, cancelled an appointment 24 hours prior due to suspected covid. There was no Receptionist so left a message. Didnt get back to us until following day. Other practitioners couldn't wait to get out of there due to toxic the environment.
