My family and I have been registered with this medical centre for 10 years now. It is such a shame that the goggle review is so low... We have never had an issue booking appointments, even though we are aware that there are hundreds of patients under their care. All the doctors are attentive, take their time to listen to any concerns and prescribe medication as necessary. They do run to the appointment time most of the time and only slightly run late when they do. I have given 5 Stars as I am happy with the team and would not hesitate to recommend every time. They do a fantastic job!

I am not sure if this rule is for this surgery or all the clinics in UK. The Doctors dont want address two issues at the same Told me to make another appointment really ? I believe this way the doctors contribute to screw the NHS. So you make another appointment and the doctors are billing the NHS again where all can be looked in to the same time.

One of the worst GP practice to go ,it's such a huge disappointment every time. Whenever you call the line is directly cut off because the phone is always busy from 8-9. It's such a shame that they blatantly ignore it and the reception staff do not help the situation either. Please change your surgery and save yourself time and headache.

WORSE SURGERY IN THE AREA, You BUSTARDSSSS when you don't have appointments How comes you texted every day for flue vaccinations ITS ALL ABOUT EXTRA MONEY THE DOCTORS GET HE HAS APPOINTMENTS FOR FLUE VACINATION BUT NOT FOR OTHER ISSUES AND PRIVETE HIRE DRIVERS FORM AS HE CHARGE £110 CASH FOR IT WHICH I BELIVE NO TAX IS PAID ON IT

Excellent practice Excellent staff always willing to go the extra Mile to look after their patients all the drs are very caring especially Drs Mr and Mrs shah have had to see the Dr on a few occasions very caring and understanding very pleased with the service from reception drs practice nurse all five star rated

Got to ring this place 100times just to get an appointment then they will say there’s no appointments available. You have to wait for weeks to get one. What’s the point.. useless. Wasting tax payers money for this GP …

Such a bad service. Very difficult to get emergency appointment. Staff does not answer phone and they hang up once answerd without even saying hello Not impressed at all with the service provided.

I have been this surgery from 7 years its very good they always listen very nicely always give good suggestion dr is very nice much better then othe surgery

Really bad customer service and all the time as soon they pick the phone they well put u on hold for so long without knowing why someone called.

On the whole a good practice a bit awkward to get appointment s but doctors very good
