THREE YEARS AFTER VISITING THIS PLACE I STILL HAVE ISSUES WITH MY JAW. In August of 2019, I got three fillings done at this office by Dr. Bai. I got a decent amount of local anesthesia, which was supposed to wear off in a few hours and that was meant to be the end of my dental journey for the year. However, when the anesthesia did wear off, I realized I couldn’t open my mouth wide enough to get a fork with food into it. I called as soon as they opened the next morning and they told me to come in right away. The doctor and his assistant tried to literally force my jaw open to no avail, after which I was told I had to go to physiotherapy for lockjaw. The dentist must have been quite worried that I would cause him trouble, because he paid for my first session. But then, I had months of physiotherapy that I paid for out of pocket. I have never had issues with my jaw, but to this day it makes weird noises and even pops sometimes due to this doctor not knowing where to inject anesthesia. I really regret not pursuing further action against Dr. Bai and not leaving this review earlier. I have not had issues with dentists since, but I also have a fear of dental work now, which I have never had before.

I had a pretty bad tooth infection in one of the molar teeth that is right beside the wisdom tooth. The pain was intense and excruciatingly painful. For three days i had to live through hell to survive it, and called it quits after day 3. I went to the hospital and got it numbed. Called Dr Bai’s office right after i got out of the hospital and they took me in to get the infected tooth removed a few hours later. I thought my wisdom tooth was the culprit, but Dr Bai communicated with me in a way i could understand that it was the tooth beside it...and also told me how serious the infection could get if i don’t remove it. The Doc took his time to try to extract it but my extremely long roots was giving him a hard time. I was a little nervous but he quickly had a backup plan and got the job done professionally. It’s now been 24h and i feel amazing. They even called me today and asked how i was doing. The best part was they gave me a discount for paying cash since i started a new job this month and don’t have my benefits. All in all, a great dentist and team....would recommend to anyone!

had the worst appointment today - got in at 4:50 for a 5 pm appointment. there was no one in the waiting room at all, walked right into an exam room. had to wait till 5:25 for the dentist to show up (almost 35 minutes just sitting there) at which point he talked so fast i couldn't get a word in, kept telling me what my options were but didn't listen to me at all - rushed me out of the exam room in less than 5 minutes - at the desk kept telling me 'it's your choice' yet did what HE wanted - to the point I just said "Fine! I'm not arguing with you anymore" last thing he says is "you have great dental coverage, go with the root canal" and then walked away from me NOT WHAT I WANTED well, me and my 'great dental coverage' will never be back again !! ARROGANT !!!!

AVOID this place. They did filling on 4 teeth, they used cheap material for my upper two(looks like silver), and they drilled too much on a bottom one, caused me pain and I went back twice still painful, bothered me 4 months and finally I decided to switch to another dentist, and now I have to do a root canal because of their mistake. They just took a simple x-ray at my first visit, didn’t even notice my wisdom teeth. Compared to almost 10 x-rays and full image scan of all my teeth at my new dentist, I would say this place is very unprofessional, they don’t really care about your teeth, they will just tell you you have xxx sweet teeth, and they drill it, and they take your money.

I've been going to Dr Bai for fillings and cleanings for about 10 years now. I've always been very happy with the service I receive. I just got home though from getting my new upper veneers and I just had to give him a review to say how happy I am with them. They are so natural looking but still perfect and they fit my face so well. Dr Bai is so patient and good natured and he goes beyond the call of duty to make things easy and comfortable for his patients. I would not hesitate to recommend him for both maintenance and cosmetic dental work. His staff is great too. You can tell it's a happy office. Thank you Dr Bai and staff for making me want to smile 24/7.

Absolutely amazing service from Dr Bai and his staff. Everyone always happy and kind! My insurance only covers 80% of my cleaning and they didn’t charge me the difference saying that Dr Bai wants his patience to keep up with regular maintenance and doesn’t want price to deter them- WOW, I’ve never had a Dr do that before. That is SO kind! Also my insurance would not cover my new night guard and the office called me with an in house alternative to save me the $500 until my insurance renews. I am a new patient and am BEYOND impressed with the care here!!

Dr George is literally the best dentist in the entire world. After major surgery, I spent over a year with severe stomach acid and nausea, which ruined my teeth. Dr George and his team saved me, I'll never get over how much they did for me and for such an incredible price. Not to mention he's just a funny awesome guy who makes you feel super comfortable. His whole team is amazing. I'm forever beyond grateful I found his dental clinic. There just isn't a better dental clinic, they are the Best.

I've been getting my teeth cleaned and worked on at this office my whole life and they've always given me nothing but the best. The whole staff works cleanly and efficiently. They are great at working on children and make it an easy experience. My teeth always feel fantastic after coming for a cleaning and fillings that I get are very solid. My only real problem with this office is it's location, if you get booked at the wrong time of the day you'll never find a parking spot.

I came here after my insurance ended, i had really bad second molars and no other dentist would take me as a patient. I came here and they gave me a xray and I got a appointment later on, i had a great experience coming here, they are all very kind, I had two extractions here and dr Bai is very good with patients, he distracted me with conversations when I got nervous and was really sweet.

Definitely a 5+ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I absolutely love this office! I have and will continue to recommend his services. A super experience from start to finish. Everyone is very welcoming. A HUGE THANK YOU to Dr Bai and the wonderful ladies that gave me back a breath taking smile! You guys are so amazing!!! I can’t thank you all enough for all you did for me yesterday!!!

I had let my oral health decline horribly. My mouth was a horror show. I have been very impressed with everyone from Downtown Main Dental. I'm a nervous person, but Dr.Bai has a way with distraction. He likes to talk. Lol. Had 6 tooth extractions yesterday and my experience left nothing to complain about. Best dentist office I've been to since my childhood.

I have been a patient for 15 years. Their work is excellent ... Dr Bai and his staff are amazing, you feel welcome as soon as you step into the office. They go above and beyond to help you. ... I have recommended them so many times that I carry their card with me. I can't thank them enough. Quality work and excellent patient service.

This is an excellent practice, Dr. Bai is an expert in all things dentistry. His assessments are fast and reflect his experience, he jokes around and is pretty positive, but also cares about his patients. Procedures are done fast and masterfully, consults are done patiently and are informative, very positive experience!

Dr bai removed my extremely infected wisdom tooth in less that 30 minutes. He always checked on me and calmed me down through my anxiety attack before the procedure. I'm currently home now and the freezing has worn off and I feel great. Thank you so much dr bai I will reccomend everyone to you

Probably going to be my main dentist place now. All the staff are welcoming and helped me figure out what’s best the best for my student insurance. Dr. Bai managed to locate the issue that all other dentists have missed. Very organized administration/communication process!!!
