I was referred to this clinic following an Achilles Tendon Rupture July 13, 2019, after having discussions with specialist I decided to go with non-surgical recovery, yes some people think I should have taken surgery but after researching your website and looking at the professional services it offered likewise the qualified and experienced team I decided to call and book an appointment. My first visit I was welcomed by 2 highly trained and hospitable individuals Roshana and Erica who made me feel so comfortable. It's 10 weeks now since my injury and my progress has been second to none, all the Physio Therapist who attended to me have kept 100 % in line with protocol relating to this type of injury, I must give special thanks and compliments to Dwijal and Kendra for all the patience and guidance with every phase of my recovery not forgetting Ben who is highly knowledge in almost every topic so there is never a dull moment. Everyone is very knowledgeable, experience, kind and supportive. The clinic is very equipped with all necessary devices and equipment which are all clean and very well organized. I have absolutely no regrets being a patient here and will certainly recommend anyone to visit this clinic if need be. I still have about 2 weeks of physio and look forward very anxiously for this They are like family now, thanks all...

Excellent and professional service from all staff...Reception to service staff are all pleasant...a homey atmosphere...gets the job done...RIGHT...I am very pleased with the services I received. Went in with a fractured left wrist. My physiotherapist is Timothy Persaud, he is doing a fantastic job of massaging my hand and performing a hose of exercises to get my hand back to normal. I was also given exercises to do at home. I am also seeing Heerak Jeong the massage therapist for full body massages and massages related to my left wrist. I really needed his services since I do a lot of walking every morning to keep fit. Heerak has advised me to incorporate stretches into my activities to help eleviate any pain or stiffness I would feel from walking so much. I am very appreciative for Timothy and Heerak and the wonderful services they provide, the kindness, respect and support from all the other staff members of CBI Health. Amazing team all around. Stefano was very knowledgeable and took the time to do a proper assessment and made a game plan with respect to my post surgery recovery plan. My surgeon had indicated a 6 month recovery period. Stefano and I did it in nearly 3 months. And once I mostly had my range of motion back, he indicated he didn’t need to see me with frequency and then not at all. Amir the RMT who I saw several times is also very good. Professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to provide me with muscle relief during the worst times in my recovery without ever risking further injury. All staff were routinely friendly and kept the place clean with a positive vibe and all had a sunny disposition. The clinic also has an online portal where you can make appointments, see previous appointments, invoices and your exercise plan put together by your physiotherapist. Your exercise plan is also downloadable via an app that tracks your daily progress. I would highly recommend this clinic.

My 6 months at CBI Health in Downsview is going to end soon and I can't thank these people enough for providing such an amazing service. I had a dislocated shoulder and a very stiff spine which has troubled me with pain for many years. I did not know which muscles I should focus on and the right ways to stretch those muscles. Working with them has made realize how much a human body can heal by regular efforts. There are so many ways one can stretch their body even for the sweet spots which are often missed at the fitness centers. All their staff weather it is the Physio or massage therapists, front desk, all are friendly and well experienced. Special thanks to Stefano and Patricia for teaching me new things also want to add my thanks to their massage therapist Amir, Cathy at the front who looked after all my appointments. I have had two seperate injuries and both of them have been treated successfully at this clinic. One was a knee injury and the other was a back injury. Every session I had I was confident with whomever was treating me. I got treated by the entire staff starting from Rahul and going through Ben, Daliwal, Kendra, and Dr. Leo for chiropractory. They always asked how I was feeling and listened intently to everything I had to say. Even when I couldn't describe what I was feeling they used examples to understand my situation. I would gladly recommend this clinic. Everyone was very knowledgeable about my case and I never had to repeat myself. I healed 2 weeks ahead of schedule due to their instructions and motivation. Went to play hockey a week after being discharged and I'm right back to form. Multiple thanks to the whole team!!

*Receptionist serves with a smile Erica and Courtney are very pleasant people they even help me regarding with my concerns. *Therapist are Pro Tim,Patricia,Loren and Stefano are the therapist very good in their line of work. *Location is near me is good I have an ankle fracture surgery and this is the physiotherapy Center that my doctor recomends. *Price worthy Yes. Its a little bit pricy for those who dont have any Wsib or Insurance. But the people take their job seriously. Ofcourse its a bit hard if for a patient Recovering from the surgery as long as you do excercise everyday and having a focus on the goals to recover is the main thing. *Facilty and Equipments are well Maintained *Assesments are important for every patients progress. Overall I recommend to anyone who need a Physiotheraphy Center.

Everyone is very pleasant, the receptionist welcome me right away and got seem by my physiotherapist on time, Very professional, relaxing massage with the right amount of pressure, explained all the exercises and provided extra tips to get better faster but safely. Than you Stefano for all your help. I definitely recommend this location since all the staff members treat and continue to treat me with so much compasión about my physical issues. very much recommended.

My overall experience at this Physiotherapy center.... was excellent. Friendly staff and a very clean and comfortable environment put me at ease. My wife had a torn meniscus and was advised to visit this particular clinic. She was treated with compassion and respect throughout the time she was there. Came in June 2019 for my knee and shoulder after having dislocated both. The staff helped with pain, mobilization and strengthening. They have helped me get back to my daily tasks. Place is always clean, easy to book or reschedule appointments. All in all a great experience, staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Tim, Patricia, and Stefano without a doubt have set a standard for my first time at rehab. The facility is cleaned frequently and have a diverse array of equipment. The recovery experience was incredibly positive all the time and every question I had, even the small nuanced ones, were answered fully.

I had such a great experience. All the therapist are amazing. Very nice and welcoming. They all helped me a lot. The exercise were easy that I could do at home. All the therapist answered any questions and were friendly. Thank you so much for helping me get to the point that I am pain free.

Is it all about the money? because I am 65 and on a pension and can not afford $80 every session and the $100 assessment fee. I have to wait forever to get into a OHIP clinic and get subpar treatment. I am hurt now and need treatment. In some cultures they revere their Elders.....Shame

I came to the clinic with terrible back ache, after eight weeks of treatment, exercises I feel amazing. I will continue the exercises at home. The staff are very caring, from the welcoming receptionists to the “healers” physiotherapist. Thank you Guys, much appreciated!
