Bad experience today! I order from here often. I realize that it was Halloween, but bad communication and poor customer service makes for an angry customer. I ordered my 3 medium sized pizzas online at 5:17pm on the way home from my wife's work. Got to the Domino's store on Cimarron at around 5:35, checked in at the kiosk and paid for my pizzas with the debit card machine. Lots of people waiting. Delivery drivers I. And out the door. Constant customers. Phones ringing. This place was busy! At 6 o'clock, a couple who had ordered their pizzas at 5pm walked up to the counter and canceled their order. I followed them, but I stead of canceling, I asked to change my order to delivery. The order taker switched my pick up to delivery and told me there were twenty orders in front of mine, so it would take at least twenty minutes before they started my order. I told him it was fine and we were just across the street. At 7 o'clock I checked the pizza tracker and it said my pizzas were ready at 6:33pm. I immediately called the store and took me over 5 minutes before I physically talked to someone on the phone. The first person couldn't find my order so he gave the phone to someone else. The next person that came on the phone seemed to be the person that changed my order from pickup to delivery. I told him I didn't want cold pizzas and he reassured me that they had been sitting under the warmers the whole time and "You live across the street, right?" Yes, and he assured me he was going to send it right out and he guaranteed they would be hot! The pizzas never came, so at 8:17pm, I called the store back. After waiting for at least 5 minutes, someone answered the phone. I told him I ordered my pizzas 3 hours ago and wanted to cancel. Once again, he couldn't find my order. I gave my address. My phone number. My name. And finally my phone number again. He found it, and said, "Ok. That's it!" So I replied, "That's it? I have been waiting for three hours for my pizza and all you can say is, That's it. No sorry for your inconvenience? Nothing?" And then the guy hung up on me! So I call back, get someone who sounded lime the same guy that hung up on me on the phone and ask to speak to the manager. He put me on hold and after being on hold for 9 minutes and 15 seconds, I hang up! I didn't get to talk to anyone because I have been waiting for three hours for my pizzas, and nothing! I waited for over 9 minutes to talk to the manager, and nothing! So me, as a regular customer, am: 1. Angry 2. Hungry 3. Still didn't get to voice my displeasure to anyone! Sorry for the long rant, but I will NEVER order from this establishment again! It is closer to my house and there are plenty of other pizza options around. Hot and Ready's at Little Caesers would take less than 3 hours. Pan pizzas at Pizza Hit will take less than 3 hours. My whole dining experience at the nice sit down Rosati's will takes than 3 hours. Heck, Hungry Howie's Pizza delivery will take less than 3 hours. I can put in and order from a Domino's pizza in St George and it will probably get here in less than 3 hours!

To spare the details: don't order pizza from this location and expect much besides disappointment. The long version is as follows. I've ordered from this location twice in the last couple weeks. The first time I spent money here was because I wanted the convenience of having my food delivered, and the second was because I had a free pizza offered to me because of the first being such a disaster. Spoilers: both times were disasters and I won't be ordering here again. My first time I ordered a pizza with two toppings, buffalo wings, and cheesy bread. The pizza had no toppings and the wings had no sauce. Surprisingly enough the cheesy bread was just fine and driver did their contactless delivery in good time. I called the store and I was comped a free pizza and given a refund. Annoying, but not the worst outcome. The second time was just today and is beyond the "benefit of the doubt" threshold. Ordered similarly, but it took over an hour to arrive(I live 8 minutes away) because my driver had "gotten lost". The driver also ignored the contactless part of the delivery, and then mentioned their tip no less than 3 times before I even got my food saying that the tip "didn't go through" in the app. Would've tipped them in person, but I was not going to for the slow service and the fact that they were asking for it to my face. The food was lukewarm, the bread was a significantly smaller portion than what it normally is, and the wings had a spritz of Buffalo sauce on them. The pizza had all of its toppings this time luckily. I was still unimpressed with nearly everything else. This location has obviously been going downhill for years now, but this is the last time I order from this location. I can't waste any more time and money for an establishment that is run so poorly. It's probably for the best: this stuff isn't good for you anyway. 2 stars for being edible

I reported and incident that occurred tonight Jan. 31 around 6:30. At the Dominoes located on 7591 N Cimarron Rd Ste 110, Las Vegas, NV 89131. I was parked in front of the restaurant getting gas. As I was gassing up I was watching traffic and noticed a red car weaving in an out of traffic. The car then proceeded to change in the middle of the intersection of Cimarron and Farm. I also noticed the car had a dominoes sign on the roof. I wondered if it belonged to this location. I decided to walk into the store and let the manager know what I witnessed. I asked the manager if they had a driver that drove a red car. He asked what the car looked like and I told him I wasn't sure, but that it was red and had a Dominoes sign on it. He said yes it was his driver. I let him know about how he was driving. The manger asked if anyone was hurt. I replied know. He said then from his perspective his driver did nothing wrong. I said he did, he is driving recklessly. He said unless someone was hurt that he couldn't speak to his driver. I again asked him, " you mean to tell me someone has to get hurt first? You wont even talk to him? He said, No. I can't believe you have two representatives of you business acting this way, one driving recklessly and the manager not accepting the issue or being willing to manage his team.

Huge thank you to staff at Cimmaron location in Las Vegas! The food is amazing, & You always do a great job, but tonight you were exceptional! You made my 7 year old sons night! He begged me to ask if you could draw picture on the box for him after he heard about it from a friend! I didn't know if you would/could, but you did! I wish you could've seen his reaction! You put the biggest smile on his face & made his night! It meant so much more to me though! It may seem so simple, but It was so much more than that & meant so much to me! I've been going thru a really, really hard time lately, dealing with a lot bad medical issues, extreme pain, stress, & im also 4 months pregnant & going through a tough pregnancy as well. I came home tonight depressed, in absolute agony, & literally burst into tears, but after getting ur simple doodle & seeing the smile & pure joy on my son's face, it made everything better & warmed my heart! You made both our nights, but especially mine! It may seem simple, but I can't tell u how much it meant to me! You brought me joy during a rough time & made my son's night so happy! It was amazing, meant the world to me, & was so greatly appreciated! It will never be forgotten! You guys are the best & I can't thank you enough for your simple kindness!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! I just had delivered what I thought was chicken Alfredo and a philly cheese steak sandwich. I opened the pasta which was nearly empty, over cooked and tini bits of chicken. The sandwich was was soggy, greasy and I cannot describe what it tasted like. Definitly not a philly cheese sandwich! I immediately called, Dasia answered.Said she asked manager Jesse. Claims Jesse said he made my meal and it was correct , and would not do anything for me. I said I'd love to send a pic. She continued to argue. She said she could make a new one with no guarantees as to when it could be delivered. I asked for the top manager . She would not divulge the name. I insisted in at least a credit in the pasta due to the lack thereof and disgrace. I have ordered this plenty from another location, I knew what to expect. Shame on these 2 for the lack of customer service and zero skills!

Ordered pizza online for in store pick up for at 6:15p.m. pick up...... ordered the pizza at 5:45p.m. got to the store at 6:15p.m. went to the counter to pay for order...... paid for it Employee told me "it would be ready in a few minutes just coming out" ask for my receipt told me sorry it ran out of paper it will be out shortly was waiting for my pizza for like 20 minutes ask Employee about my order she ask the cook about my order over heard him say well if he didn't change his order may be in would be done.......15 minutes later they called out my name Adrian!!!!!!!!........yeah your order is done rude as hell. I'm a paying customer and I get service like this plus the pizza wasn't that good never ordering there again......plus another person in the household didn't won't a Certant kind so I change it that guy making the pizza was rude telling my friends not to order pizza there

I ordered from this location pretty frequently and it's very frustrating when you're waiting for your order and it finally shows up about 25 minutes later than the expected delivery time and your $8 garlic and cheese dip order is basically burnt to a crisp on the bottom of the pan it comes in. Called the store they didn't seem to give two s**** about it and offered me a credit which I will most likely never use because I never call in my orders. The manager of this location should be embarrassed that food is going out the door looking like that and made incorrectly. Will be forwarding this photo and others to Domino's corporate as I'm sure they would be interested in knowing how their business is being represented.

I am absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service I recieved from the North Cimarron Location!!! The gentleman who took my order, Pete, was very kind, accurate, and fast. He made sure that my order was PERFECT, as I often ask for specific cooking intructions. The driver who delivered my order, Jeffery, made sure that I recieved my food in a timely fashion and was extremely kind. I am the MOST SATISFIED I have ever been, than with any other competitor. Thank you Pete and Jeffery, for this I will dedicate my business solely to this location. I would also like to recommend this location to everyone who is interested in amazing customer service and delicious food that has obviously been made with care.

Ordered med pizza and small pasta and cookie at 5pm. We are a block away. I called at 5:40pm spoke with Justin told him our order has been in quality inspection 20 min. He said there short drivers. Well courtesy would be to let us know. We were a block away. Then I called back and spoke with janessa she claims she just clocked in and is the mgr. She said will be here in 5 min. It's been 10 since she said that. Pizza was luke warm the cheese had sat you could tell a long time, not fresh and not hot makes it not worth eating. Money wasted. POOR SERVICE NEVER AGAIN

Three times now I have placed an order online only to have them call and say they have too many orders that haven't gone out yet and the driver won't make it back before closing. THREE TIMES. Once I ordered a pasta bowl with extra Alfredo & they forgot to add ANY Alfredo at all. I'm done with this place. I get that there is a closing time but if I place an order 25-15 min before and it's accepted; then don't call me saying you can't do it. If you stop making food before your closing time than maybe you should advertise when it's the latest time to order.

I’ve been ordering from this Domino’s for years, the pizza is usually spot on, hot, and fast. But the last few times we’ve ordered from them the quality hasn’t been as good. I was hoping it was a fluke, but tonight I ordered two pizzas, I’m a vegetarian so I got thin crust, olives, peppers and onions. There was almost no sauce, the crust was burnt on the edges, and the worst part was there was a few pieces of sausage on it and accidentally ate one. Guess it’s time to start looking for our next go to pizza place.

Dominoes has really come up over the years! Philly cheese steak pizza and cali chicken bacon ranch pizza are so good. Their chicken is also really awesome. The only thing I don't like is I JUST found out they used whole Italian sausage which is my fave right before the switched to basic ground sausage and called it new and improved (definitely not improved, it's a downgrade). Bring back the sliced Italian sausage!!! Other than that they are great and always fast delivery.

Seriously though! All Bullcrap to the side I haven't ordered domino's since back in the day when the domino pizza killrz were doing their Thang lol. So I went out of the box and I'll be darned if I didn't jump head first back in that mug. Cuz this pizza was frighin horrendous . Disgusting garbage . I ordered pizza here and they’re usually great. I placed an order for chicken wings well done. There were undercooked and soak in hot sauce. The pizza barely has sauce and toppings. I called the store to voice my concerns to get credit for my order or remanded. The manager Justin was rude. He told me he felt the pizza was just fine and then he will only give me credit for wings. Very unhappy with the service I will not be returning.

Dominos pizza is great, but this location can’t ever seem to get it right. Today is the third or fourth time that the delivery driver has forgotten something from our order and doesn’t return with it or refund the money. Once, we even went to place our order in store so we could check ourselves we had everything we needed, and the staff was yelling at someone on the phone who was angry they forgot something. Awful customer service.

This Domino's wait times are getting out of control. Manager on site is making excuses, but I think it boils down to staffing problems. Wish the Manager had just owned up to it and apologized instead of blaming things like "oh its because the chicken wings took extra time" sry, but wings don't take 55min to cook, while the pizza sits on the shelf getting cold. Disappointed in how the situation was handled by management.

Since we ordered online, we did not get the chance to experience the phone service. The website estimated 45 minutes, so we were very pleasantly surprised when it showed up at 30 minutes. Everything was cooked perfectly and the order was correct. The delivery driver was very friendly as well as professional. It was one of the best pizza ordering experiences that we have ever had in Las Vegas.

I stopped ordering from Domino's for years BUT This location on Cimarron and Farm has improved the quality of their pizza this year by 100%. I have ordered pizza a few times this month and the whole family commented on how good the pizza was. Very flavorful. Very good coupons. I will order again. Hopefully they will stay consistent andbkeep up the good work. Very fast delivery.

Food is always good. Most of the delivery drivers are awesome. We've been ordering delivery from here for years. But, there's one delivery driver who frequently forgets part of our order and has to go get it again. Kind of annoying. However, like I said, we order here all the time. Still do. In fact, we're waiting for an order right now. So there you go.

Ordered my 2 pizza’s, wings, boneless chicken & cinnamon twist dessert. Placed my order at 6pm on a Tuesday night, was told by tracking my order would be ready by 6:18pm headed up that way , waited 10 minutes more for my order.when I got home the boneless chicken had no dipping sauce, my cinnamon dessert had no icing & my pizza’s were cold not happy!!!

Not sure why but the last 3 times I have ordered pizza here - Brooklyn Style, they all had a hole in the middle-ish of the pie with no crust, I even order one UNCUT 14" and again, hole… cheese stuck to the bottom - like someone hand stretched it and was either super, super thin or got a hole and just covered with cheese...

Always reliable, friendly service, reasonably priced. We love the Extravaganzza, which is hand tossed, and typically pick up our order. Good taste, plenty of toppings, and not dripping grease.

This is one of the stingiest pizza conglomerates I’ve experienced. Though they’re items are very affordable. Why doesn’t your drivers carry chille flakes? Oh because you charge for them? Gotta bake it into the COGS. Anyways they’re GMO ingredients are awesome! They really got them down to a science.

The employees are running a scam at the cash register. I was scammed out of a $20 bill last night. Pretty elaborate hoax that they are running, but when I called them out on it and pointed to the camera, they panicked and gave me a free pizza. I'm taking this all the way up to the corporate level.

This has to one of the worst I’ve ever seen. On a number of occasions I have ordered things that come wrong or not even at all. Like today when I asked the delivery guy if the ranch was in the box his response “of course”. Now 50 cents instead a big deal but it’s a constant thing from this store.

Tonight was the worst service I've ever received. While talking to the manager he hung up on me. Food was ok but service was so horrible that I don't believe I'll ever return as a customer. The pizza was also full of bubbles ..I truly believe that 7/11's pizza is currently better than dominos .

Today was the first time I tried the Italian sandwich and I have to say it was one of the best Italian sandwiches I have ever had. The mix of flavors with this sandwich was outstanding and the folks at Dominos need to be commended for creating a sandwich like this one. Thank you Domino's!!!

This location has horrible service! They don't stay open untill the posted time on the website. I posted an order which I paid for that they never delivered and I never received. This is ridiculous! They even called to verify, it's 12:30, Where is my food?! Worst service ever!!!

I ordered the philly cheesesteak for the first time. I was very disappointed at the lack of meat. I would never order a sandwich here again. I called and the manager on duty said it doesn't really come with meat. They need to call it a grilled cheese instead.

10 Years ago our kids loved Domino's and the hubby referred to it as sauce on a piece of cardboard. The kids grew up and so has Domino's! Fresh ingredients, something on the menu for everyone and the customer service at "our Domino"s" is always awesome!

This Dominos is always good. Staff is awesome and very friendly. Especially the GM Morgan. The lobby and bathrooms are always as clean as a hospital. Food comes out hot and delicious. Definitely a 5 star store and manager.

They forgot my soda. They always forget something. It never fails. I tip them almost 4 dollars along with their overpriced delivery fee and they can't remember a 2 liter soda that's almost a foot tall.

Tried their 2 minute carside delivery for the first time. It went exactly as advertised. They brought the pizzas out to my car within 2 minutes of my clicking the "I'm here" button in the email.
