I’ve been on my phone off and on trying to get my card situation straightened out because dominos took $59 dollars for an only $29.96 order but I’ve never received an order number or no food I’ve spoken with the manager at 3175 Roswell Road NE he told me it was nothing for him to do because I’ve didn’t have an order in his system or an order number to give him he was rude an didn’t try to father investigate my problem now I’ve have no more money no food I’ve called 3 different stores just to check to see if it was send there the lady at Howell location was very helpful an listen to my concern I had even kept apologizing to me for him I’m on the phone right now at this point while doing this complaint no one has picked up yet every time I call in it says that I’ve recently placed an order an they’re working on it but couldn’t find my order in there system please please don’t order from this location or don’t order at night go to another location unless you’re picking up now I don’t have no money plus my bank charged me an extra fee for an over charge I’ve been holding on for over 20 minutes no answer this is the worst customer service I’m hungry no money or food another night going to bed hungry plus I’ve have no car good lord have mercy they will get their because what goes around comes around I need my money free delivery an free food for the next month

Horrible Horrible service. Ordered a pizza and pasta. Quoted delivery 35-45 minutes. Tracker says the order was completed in less than 15 minutes (Great!). Ordered stayed in "Quality Check" for 48 more minutes. Then order went to Delivery mode. In 2 minutes the order was marked Complete and Delivered! Never heard from the driver - no text - no email. Driver never showed. 20 minutes later I get an email that the delivery was not as expected and offered a discount if I ordered in the next 7 days! Unaccepatable, as they already charged me! I wanted a refund if I didn't get the pizza. I called six times that night, anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes of recordings and never got a person. Called the toll free number - that is only for ordering I was told - they transferred me to the store - recordings again but no human. I tried again the next day three more times - no human. I disputed the charge with my bank. I tried to order again this week (stupid me), this time saying cash on delivery - I'm not giving them more money with food. Sorry, but they require advance payment on anything over $35. I guess they've lost my business forever!

ABSOLUTELY the worst service ever. Store #5702 3175 Roswell Rd Ste B Atlanta GA 30326 Visited Atlanta and placed my online order at 11:40, the tracker said my pizza was completed and "being inspected for ""perfection"" at 12:06" and stayed that way until I called at 12:53 to check on my order. The associate that answered my phone call told me to ignore the tracker, it's not accurate because sometimes its Western time, and sometimes in Pacific time, and sometimes it's PAAAAARTY TIME. then hung up. I'm extremely unsure how Domino's decides to train their employees and what they consider acceptable customer service, BUT I am NOT pleased with waiting this long for my food only to be hung up after a complaint and joke. Sorry Dominos, I am NOT a joke and do not appreciate to be made fun of or laughed at when I inquire about something I am paying for. I'm extremely frustrated and saddened to be treated this way after battling my family when it comes to Pizza Hut. Hope you guys get your stuff together; otherwise, look forward to losing even more customers. Thank you!

Ordered pizzas in advance for a birthday party. 20 minutes before they were supposed to arrive I got a call saying they can’t deliver?! Sure would have been nice to know 2 hours earlier when I placed the order. Left the party only to be ‘greeted’ by the rudest customer service person I’ve met in a long time. Didn’t give me the full order. When I asked for a discount due to the problems, and I was doing my best to be kind, he started with arrogance and insults. And walked away. I then asked for the rest of my order - he said I had it. I told him to look at the order. Again arrogance and when he realized he was wrong, basically threw the pizzas at me and walked away. I still kept my cool yet informed him he probably should seek a job that doesn’t deal with customers. Sent a complaint to Dominos directly but was told ghosted. Gave them a chance before posting here. So if you want a party to be messed up, the treated like garbage, go here. Else go to Papa John’s.

Really disappointed because I typically love the dominos app. Called the store after over an hour of not receiving our pizza to ask for a refund. The employee who answered handed the phone to our supposed delivery guy, who then tried to accuse us of swearing at him and continued to insist that we were lying and that he had called our gate and spoken with a lady. This was unbelievable (if he has spoken with someone then why wasn’t he able to deliver the pizza?) so we hung up and called back to speak with the manager. The manager offered a quick apology and said he would “punish the driver accordingly” and refund our order. That was it. Nothing sincere, no apology from the rude driver, and no offer to bring us our pizza even though they’re still open for a couple of hours. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had and has turned me away for good.

BUYER BEWARE. SCAM. This place is a scam. Idk how they’re still in business. We ordered our pizzas around 10:00pm, at 11:30pm the app said delivered, but we had no pizza and the front desk hasn’t seen any one with pizza. We call the store and after 20 minutes on hold the driver answered and said he’s down stairs walking in now. We waited another 30 minutes and still no pizza. We called the store back and boom another 20 minutes on hold and the store picked up this time around 12:30 AM and he said the driver is walking out of the store with my order now. We never got the pizza. This place is obviously a scam. They stole my money and my pizza. I tried to call back to get a refund at 1:30 AM but of course no one would answer. I would not recommend dealing with these people. Oh and to make matters worse, we were only 0.5 miles away.

A few weeks (last week in August) ago I ordered a pizza and when I opened the pizza box all of my toppings were stuck to the box. I ordered pizza and wings last night, and I called after ordering and requested that the wings be baked twice. The wings appear to be more 'crispier' with this method. They did that (THANK YOU), but I'm guessing the paper burnt in the process. So, they put the burnt paper and wings in the box. So, now I have charred paper on my wings. Fun!! Then I open the pizza and it is burnt...the edges and cheese. I lifted a slice and the bottom crust was burnt too. Not even edible. I threw away that entire pizza. I'm just disappointed with these last two orders, completely. I wish I have a complete refund, because if they offer points I probably won't use.

I visit Atlanta on business roughly every-other week, and usually during my trip I'll order from this Dominos once, maybe twice. I won't be anymore. My last two orders from this location have been cancelled because they don't have a driver. That alone isn't all that upsetting as I understand that sometimes business are short staffed. However when they call me to let me know, they have already cancelled the order which both times I would have driven over to just do a carry out, but before I can even offer it they hang up on me. I used to work in that industry years ago and I understand how stressful it can get, but this is downright rude. I won't be bothering them anymore seeing that they can't handle what business they do have left. Thanks.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! It's not enough to wait more than 2 hours, pay a delivery fee and tips, now you have to CHASE DOWN the delivery guy who was trying to steal your pizza before having it. Pizza was done in 10 minutes but stayed more than an hour in "quality control". Then it took 50 minutes to have the delivery guy around my apt (one mile away from the store), only to have him "miss" my street and "deliver" the pizza somewhere else. I had to chase down the pizza guy at a light at almost 1am because he had marked my pizza as delivered and still had it in his car. My assumption is he just wanted to have free dinner that night as he didn't think I'd intercept him at a light. Needless to say the pizza was cold and stiff.

This is by far the worse Domino’s pizza store ever! For the past three times I made online orders and it took me over 2.5 hours to receive my order... (Needless to mention that I live within 8 minutes distance from the store) Last time I placed my order and called them after 45 mins, over 26 times as they simply rejected my calls!!! Eventually they picked up and said “the driver has left the store already and I’ll receive my pizza within minutes.” Which was simply a LIE! I eventually received my order over two hours and 35 min later that call ... on 10:15 Pm!! I would NEVER EVER again do bossiness with them. Save your time and DO NOT order pizza here!

Do not place a delivery order at this store. I had placed about 3-4 delivery orders from here in the past and never had issues but my last two orders have been very disappointing. Placed an order and waited for 70 mins. Then called the store and they said they still didn't bake it. I cancelled the order immediately. This was after my last order was never delivered to me. Really disappointed. Will not be ordering any more from this store. Looking at the Google reviews it all makes sense since this store has a history of messing up. Wish dominos did something about this.. Really sad.. Only plus side is they refunded both my orders that they messed up

I've never been so disappointed with a food experience in my life. I placed an order for a medium pepperoni pizza with an estimated 37 minute wait time. 2 hours later....I never received the pizza! I provided strict delivery instructions to ensure there was no confusion with the driver. Regardless, I tried to call the main line and the manager with NO ANSWER. There was no representative to handle the issue at any moment during the delivery. I sat on hold for an hour! I can't even believe customer service can be this bad in such a transparent world. I just hope no one has to ever deal with the same staff at 3175 Roswell Rd. Absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible terrible service! They don’t even deserve one star. I Ordered a pizza late one night & called to see if it was ready & Time they answered They immediately hung up . I called back & every time they told me that it had been picked up and was over talking me to the point i couldn’t even get what i was trying to say our & from my understanding you need a phone number or a name in Oder to get the pizza so how could someone know that information? Then then i ask who can i talk to or what should i do to get a refund? & they still immediately hung up AGAIN. The manager name is William he need to be fired for Poor customer service.

I ordered a pizza from this location at 5:10p.m. This particular location is literally ONE street over…a 7 minute walk or a 1 minute drive. I had a estimated delivery time of 5:49. At 6:00 I received a text message saying that “Kalik” was arriving with my order. It’s is now 6:48 and Kalik nor my pizza has yet to arrive. I called the location and spoke with the manager who couldn’t answer any of my questions as to where the driver is, or if my pizza was mis-delivered. He was also VERY rude and had an attitude. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I’m not sure if they are low on staff but this is ridiculous I placed my order at 4:40-4:50 and I got a notification saying my driver is leaving with my order at 5:56. I live approximately 3 mins away . I watched this driver go to another location that is just about the same distance and time as I am. Instead of him coming to drop my food off he is driving all around buckhead and delivering to locations that is more than 3 mins away my food was suppose to arrive at 6:28 and it’s almost 7. I understand if the staff is short but work smart. This order should be free now!

I called an order in last night for delivery. The person on the phone was incredibly disrespectful. He had a nasally voice with a condescending tone. I was politely trying to place my order and he had an attitude the entire time. I asked him plainly “Is there something upsetting you? I’m just trying to get my pizza.” I figured that should be the end of that. I asked for a quick correction to my payment method and he said “ Oh so now you want to change it huh?” I was fired up “Yes, is that a problem? I’m paying for this food.” Place find this man and get rid of him.

PLEASE READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS IF YOU CONSIDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. I've had the exact same experience as the previous review... Received 2 hours later, unable to contact on phone. Once I got a hold of them, they said they came to my location (which is literally a 2 minute walk) and called me. I told them I had no call or text. Employee starts being rude, said I should check my phone number next time (I've used this same app to order last time, nothing changed). Awful service and awful delivery. Please do not lput yourself through this.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, they are thieves! I've had countless delivery delay issues with this store in the past, but this is the first time that the pizza was just flat not delivered at all despite their tracker saying "order complete" after two hours of the order being placed and being paid in full. So doesn't hat mean the store or driver stole my food?! No one in the store answers the phone to tell me what's going on. I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This store is terrible, do not buy pizza from them.

Ordered two pizzas last night from this location around 5:45pm on the dominos website it said that the driver left at 7:10 DIDNT arrive until 7:40 we live .5 miles away from this location. We tried calling 3 times during 7:10-7:40 because at that point we were just going to go pick it up ourselves, NO ONE answered. When the pizza finally arrived basically two hours after we ordered it, it was practically cold. Very bad service (basically no service because no one answered our call) I do not recommend ordering from this location.

Same as some others here ... 1.5 hrs for a pizza at 2pm on a Thursday. Since they have updates, I knew it was sat around for over an hour -I called to ask about the delay and the pizza sitting around, some daft manager was like “ I have no drivers” well .. er duh ... don’t take the order. Pizza was cold and disgusting on arrival - chucked in the bin, called the manager for a refund. Guess what? No refund ... called a week later, same manager ... wait for the refund? No refund. Just avoid at all costs.

This was the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. Our order was in the “quality check” stage for over an hour and showed up cold and unappetizing. I tried calling this location based on the number listed on Google as well as Domino’s website but received an error message from Verizon that the number is mot in use. We finally received the order and had one of the pizzas missing. The delivery person said they would have the missing pizza delivered and came back about an hour and 45 minutes later

UsuallyDominos has great service, but being that I waited an hr AFTER the quoted time of my delivery only to call twice in twenty minute intervals to be told “your pizza is the next to leave the store” I cancelled and got papa johns 25 minutes later. If you are going to extend times by three times as much give the courtesy of letting someone know or something. Also come up with a better excuse than “your pizza is the next to go” only to tell the customer this twice twenty minutes apart. Pathetic

AFTER PROM PIZZA FAIL! Where do I begin? Ordered pizza, was told it would be 40-50 mins. Waited almost 3 hrs. Called several times and was disconnected each time. The PIZZA was not tasty and it was dry. By far the worst owner management store altogether. Placed an order for 8 large pizzas, I got an email stating that the estimated time of arrival be 35 minutes. Granted, I knew it would be a little bit over but almost 2 hours goes by and I had to send somebody to go get the pizzas. I was charged $194 and the receipt I Had said $155. Called corporate and a message with supposed to go to the owner to get me a call. Ive received nothing back. What an absolute terrible business.

Ordered food at 9:10 never to hear back from anyone at the store. Said they left at 9:50 and I called back at 10:20 only to hear they were close to delivering. Nobody ever called me. Checked the tracker at 10:45 telling me it was delivered. I never received a call or food. Called the store for someone to tell me they called twice with no answer so decided to cancel order. I have never liked Domino's, but my husband insisted we order it. 2 hours later, still no food. We've called 2 times and keep getting told our order is about to leave the store. They're clearly understaffed, but my issue is lying. Don't tell someone an order will arrive in 40-50 min when you know it'll take over 2 hours. We would've just ordered something else. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here!!

I worked at domino’s before the first time I used this domino’s I had a great experience. This time not so much, worker didn’t know the menu, had an attitude when I asked about the discount then when I got the pizza, it was sub domino’s standard, and when you have managed a dominos franchise you know the pizza standard. Probably will not pay a visit to this domino’s if I see that employee in there.

I was very polite but Staff was rude from the start of the conversation. He handed my order. Asked for delivery fee refund, he handed it over very rudely. Worst place and staff. Never going to order from this location.

Driver was very polite, but if you getting the hot wings, please do not waste your money; the wings were so small once the skin of the wing fell off there was very little meat whatsoever. I ordered the cinnamon type sticks and they were not near as good as they usually are. Having said that, it will be awhile before I ever get any wings from that place, very dissapointing.

Me and my husband ordered delivery from here to our hotel room and the guy who answered the phone was very nice and pleasant and the food was wonderful and hot and also came in a timely fashion(a few minutes earlier than expected) !! Quite literally the worst you could possibly do, pizza or not. Horrible service. Find a trash can outside the St Regis if you’re hungry, it’ll be better and undoubtedly quicker than this cesspool location. Unbelievably unprofessional and careless. Ordered cheese bread and a coke: 40 minutes pass. Nothing. I try calling the store multiple times, nothing. Disgusted.

Ordered pizzas for dinner. 1hr later they said it was on its way. 2hrs later said they tried to contact me (they didn’t, they were just lying again) then phone disconnected and they never picked up the phone again. So my kids starved, time wasted. I will never order from this location again. Someone needs to fire the manager or it will go out of business.

40 minutes after I ordered on the app, my order was canceled by the store with no explanation. I called, and no one would answer. The store was closed, and I was just left on hold. Called back today during business hours, and no one will answer the phone still. You cannot get in touch with a human being for any reason. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pizza is always good, but staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Been several times, because it is close to my place and I love their thin crust pizza, but everytime I go to pick up an online order that is already ready, it takes at least 5-10 minutes. Several staff members will walk by and ignore everyone up front. Very inefficient....

I called the manager at this location explain to her what was going on With the order. The manager hung up the phone on me. Please do not order from this location until the management staff change. -5

This is one of my favorite Domino’s. I live nearby to where I can walk to the store to pick up my pizza, which is also great. They’re usually always short staffed, but these guys are always cooking perfect pizzas and sides. I’m a thin crust and light sauce fan and they nail it every time. These guys deserve a RAISE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I order at 12- only place open then. Waited an hour until they said they were closed - nothing. Pizza was cold, dry and not cut right and didn’t follow my instructions. I tried calling back to get a refund and someone from the Philippines picked up my phone call. They couldn’t do anything about a refund and transferred me to the store but after an hr of being on hold I gave up. Highly DO NOT recommended!

Found something that isn’t edible in one slice of a half cheese half mushroom pizza shown in the photo. BEST ADVICE: DO NOT ORDER HERE EVER. That is gross and unacceptable. However, the delivery driver DShaun followed directions and was polite. That’s the only thing I appreciate with this experience.

It's nice cuz it was closed to where I was working. But the door was locked, and I had to call to have someone to get it open. No one was there I guess to take the orders, had to wait like 10 minutes. I'm assuming there was a short staff. But it's ok. The food was ready and warm

Have ordered online for carryout from here several times since it’s 2 min down the road. Food was prepared quick (and within the estimated time given when ordering). Order correct each time and quality good. Employees friendly. No complaints, I think they do a good job!

Didn’t cut my pizza correctly. Are used to work at dominoes and I noticed he didn’t cut it right while watching him. he cut it like it’s a sandwich and didnt rock from edge to edge. Also didn’t cover his mouth or turn his head when coughing. If he coughed over food.

Exact experience as everyone else, ordered my pizza, 2 hours later still no delivery and no one answers the phone. I finally sent my boyfriend up there to get it & the guy working was horribly rude. Still no refund for the missing food, delivery fee, and tip.

I don't normally leave negative reviews. But this place is a solid disappointment. They got our order mixed up and incorrect. The customer service is nonexistent. They were making pizzas in a dirty environment. Do yourself a favor, don't come here.

Last time I picked up a pizza from this location I waited 15 minutes before anyone spoke to me. After asking them if my order was ready after 15 minutes of not being acknowledged they were rude and snapped at me. Order from elbow room or fellinis

I had to wait for eternity for someone to give out my order. My pizza was ready and got stone cold on a shelf, while the stuff was busy making more pizzas. It turned out, they didn’t even bother to slice my pizza. Thanks, guys, great experience!

Ordered at 10:30, pizza “checked for perfection” at 10:40. It’s 11:35pm and still not delivered!!! I don’t want hour old pizza!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS!!! There are too many other pizza places... get better than sub-par pizza elsewhere.

Don’t bother ordering from here. We ordered a pizza for delivery and it never showed up… our apartment even requires them to be buzzed into the building, so they didn’t even put it at the wrong door. No one would answer the phone when called.

super slow service, I was quoted 26 mins for my pizza and when I arrived the waitress was actually over an hour for 1 large pizza.. 2 guys working and were moving super slow with no sense of urgency and seemed to not care about the wait times

Every time I’ve ordered from here, it will take an hour and a half or longer for someone to deliver my pizza. I believe they are understaffed on drivers and I’m getting really tired of making that excuse for them.
