Ordered online and arrived 5 minutes after it said it was ready on the App. When I went in to collect my pizza the staff said they’ll check and told me to wait. I stood in the corner for a good 15minutes watching the clueless and uncoordinated employees run around without any idea of what’s going on. A different staff member then asked me what I ordered again and was told he would check for me. After, I stood around for 20 minutes. I easily watched at least 30 - 50 people come in and collect their orders while I was waiting. I think they either need to be trained properly or sacked. I will be driving the extra mile to Forest Lake Domino’s from now on. It’ll be quicker than going to the Richlands one just down the road from me.

Well I arrived and normally ordered a meal, Within the first 3 minutes I witnessed an employee(employee A) drop a chicken wing, look at it for a more than 30 seconds, they then leave and get another employee(employee B) and ask what do to. Well that employee(employee B) gets the tool that they were using to get pizzas out of the cooking dish and picks it up (fully scrapping across the floor) and places the wing into the box with the other wings, he then proceeds to use the same tool to take 30 more pizzas out of the oven, and cut garlic bread. Just 30 seconds later the same employee(employee B) drops a box face down, picks it up and places some chicken balls into it.

Something's gone wrong here in the past few months. I've been eating dominos consistently for the last 3 years and though not the best experience, it was never anything to be complaining about. Tonight, not only was my order late, it was a different pizza altogether and when I called to raise this issue, the attendant didn't know what they were doing. The only consistency in Domino's service is that it's always deteriorating. I'd rather order Maccas, KFC or any other pizza shop next time. Not worth the hassle at all. The night has been ruined and I didn't have dinner. Thank you Domino's.

I ordered a peri peri chicken pizza from this store and that pizza came with nothing . It’s only pizza sauce and chilli flakes. Really disappointed with the quality and the customer service. Because they didn’t even want to remake my order. When I called to resolve the problem they didn’t even care. I have to wait more than one hour to resolve this issue. So I asked them to cancel my order because i was tired of explaining them and sending messages. I’ll never order anything from this store again. After the long day of work I had to sleep without having my dinner. Thanks for ruining my night. .

Wow, never been price gauged like this before. Ordered 3 large pizzas delivered, off a flyer offering $15 per delivered pizza, delivery guy shows up asking for $80 (now i understand why the lady was so quick to get rid of me on the phone), 2 basic pizzas were $26 each. OUCH.. Lesson learned.. never get off the phone before checking the final price… Pizza was great though, will give them that.

Waited 35mins for a value range pizza and a shake. The shake was plain chocolate after I clarified twice that it was meant to be choc mint. The whole time I was waiting, my pizza was ready but not called out. Kids (not young adults) running around swearing and carrying on like children with not a lot of work going on at all. The last time I was there, the same staff were on and the same attitude was shown. Time to call in a babysitter to watch them.

Great pizza with dairy free options. The service is amazing. I received an incorrect delivery, and I had a new one delivered in less than 20 minutes. It is often fairly busy, so it's definitely worth ordering online ahead of time. On another occasion, I had a large order, and a staff member helped carry my drinks to the car, so I didn't need to make 2 trips.

Don’t worry about ordering in advance: I rang and ordered a pizza at about 11:50pm (23:50) and told them that I would be there to pick it up at 12:20am (00:20). Got there at 12:25am (00:25). The young fella in the hi-vis that was in urgent need of a meeting with a washing machine, couldn’t find it. They didn’t even make it (yes there were orders waiting to be collected). Had to wait another 15 minutes for it.

Waited for 15 mins for an order only to go back and being told that someone picked up our order already. You’d think they would already have security measures in place for such situations like asking for receipt for confirmation or anything else but no. Thankful to the workers that still came through and redo our order but hopefully they would at least have something in place for this to not happen again.

Pizzas I ordered have different ingredients against to the online description and look different compared to photos. I’ve ordered the same pizzas in the past, they are not the same. And.. Can’t see any chicken.. for chicken pizzas… I told staffs but they keep saying it’s what I’ve ordered. Attitude not being helpful.. Worst domino shops I’ve ever been…

Got the new LOT pizza....VERY disappointed....it was a lot...LESS!!!! Could not count 15 different toppings !! Could not even count 15 items on each pizza....sad sad disappointing, the last owners may not have spoken great English but the pizza was great. This was terrible. The thin and crispy is thin and floppy

Everytime I ask for more bbq sauce, it's always the same , I'm more than happy to pay for extra, they say it's no extra charge. So why not put it on , they offer a free pizza. Have you considered putting lights on bikes for young drivers. Or replacing the broken ones? 9/10 bicycles I see at night I don’t actually see until a few seconds after noticing a shadowy figure on the road and footpath. Safety is paramount and these measures are lacking. Even the vests don’t del to reflect well

Ordered online for delivery, almost been an hour since I’ve ordered and food has not left the store yet. Would have been sitting in the heater for at least 45 minutes now. Tried calling three times and no one has answered. Do better.

The worst pizza experience ever. Paid for a deluxe pepperoni which was meant to have 100 silces, wasn't even 20. Emailed the shop and no reply. Hasn't been the first time from a useless domino's franchise. Big corporations don't care, time to find a local and support them.

Do not order anything dairy based when it comes to sauces. You WILL end up with food poisoning. 3 times consecutively now someone in our house has ended up vomiting after pizza despite picking entirely different pizzas per person. 2 out of 3 had the creme frieshé or whatever its called on it.

Placed my order and 5 minutes later, employees assuring me my order was going to be slightly late, great customer service. Pizza also looked phenomenal and tasted so too. Thanks Dominos

I ordered a $5 pizza with an additional sauce topping ($1) and prawns ($3). My $9 pizza was made very well with generous toppings and service was polite and efficient. However they did forget to add my prawns which was over 30% of the cost hence the 3 stars.

Having ordered online and arrived a little late to collect, i still had to wait. Although not because my food wasn't cooked. But because they seem to only serve 1 person at the counter at a time. Pizzas always cooked well and on time though.

They messed my order up 3 times and even tried handing me the wrong food when they knew it was also wrong, poor service, poor quality, poor everything

I ordered Margherita pizza with deep pan but they just gave me with classic crust and when i complained them they said it is deep pan. Who can say this pizza deep pan !!! …

Great pizzas and friendly team! They even gave me 2 extra cheese and garlic scrolls! You definetly need to try the scrolls!
