Absolutely discussed in the customer service and quality of pizza we received from the the Mt Ommaney store. I pre order $194 worth of pizza for my son party on the 16 September and received them to find that they were not cut. We had to cut them with a knife. I called up and spoke to Randy who accused me of lying and he said he did cut the pizza. I then told him I would call him after my sons party and he kept calling me a liar and saying he had cut the pizza. He then rudely told me to send him the pictures to a email account which wasn't even active. We went in on the 17th of September to discuss this issue with them and show proof of photos that the pizza wasn't cut. He once again was very rude and said he would have to speak to the franchise but could we please leave out bank detail for the refund?? He also got our name and number and said he would call us back today (18th September) so it's 5.30 and still have not heard anything. Once again drove back to the mount Ommaney store which is not our local pizza shop to be standing in the store a good 10 min before being served. ( I was the only one in the store and three staff I could see ) listening to another manager Nathan on his phone demanding he needing 400 pizza boxes now. Once I was served I explained my situation and he said he new nothing about it and would have to call Randy. He came back and said the owner said you aren't getting a refund... I am sorry but that is not the way you speak to a customer and I don't believe Nathan even called the owner or Randy. I am a bit confused how two managers of a MASSIVE COMPANY can be so rude. I have not just brought a $5.00 pizza we spent $194 and we expect good quality pizzas. I will not be returning to that store to come to a agreement with the pizza I was not satisfied with and definitely will not be treated like that infront of my children who are only 5 and 6.

Messed up our order without fail, every single time. Not once have the team here got it right. If you need to take anything off your pizza or want to add anything, just save your time and money and don't. Apparently dietary requirements will not be taken into consideration, and they will actually add new items onto your order that are not advertised. Each time they have attempted to remake the order they still get it wrong. Their hospitality is extremely poor, and unprofessional, so keep that in mind when trying to communicate an issue you have. Triple check every single order before taking it home or accepting off a delivery driver. I suggest that dominos to bring back photo evidence on the app before delivering to a customer to avoid future issues like we have experienced here.

Pros: Great Portions, Clean Store, Fast and Fresh, Great Customer service. Good Value using the app. The pepperoni New Yorker was amazing just needed a little longer on the base. Cons: bases needed more cooking were very soft not crispy at all. A big chunk of my supreme was missing toppings and there wasn't enough pizza sauce very dry On our mega meat lover they used tandoori chicken instead of bbq and way to much of the smokey bbq over the top. Was a little odd and very over powering.

Pizza is average at best but you're lucky if you get it! We've had multiple pizzas stolen by their drivers. The shop tells us that the delivery has been made and they offer no apologies or compensation. If it was a one time occurrence I could say it was just a bad egg, but more than once it's obvious that they are employing dodgy drivers. Our orders were direct to the store, not a delivery app and we have CCTV footage to prove their drivers have come up our street (which is a cul-de-sac) and have just driven off. This store needs to lose their franchise endorsement!

Placed a big order and paid for delivery PLUS tip. Left a note on the order also to say thank you in advance. Only for the delivery driver to scratch my brand new car and when I rang the store to let them know what had happened, they told me they’d let me know the drivers details so I can get my car repaired and I’ve not heard back. Very disappointed and will never recommend dominoes. Didn’t even get a sorry, just that they don’t train their drivers on how to drive.

We are the customer’s of Domingo’s since long time, the Mount Ommaney store always make people wait, we get cold food or burnt food still cold, no response mostly, just because of the Rude Store Manager, I recommend Domino’s should replace the store manager (afternoon shift May be) if they want customers to come back, anyways we are not going back to that store. Richlands store staff all are pretty good, customer service is great.

The second time I've received exemplary service at this store. Last week I came in and got 4 pizzas and they accidentally forgot to put one on deep pan. They ran out and have me two free garlic breads which they really didn't need to do. It wasn't a big issue. Today, one of the pizzas came out with a lot of bubbles and they gave me another one for free. Mind you, I didn't complain. The store took initiative and did whatever they could to make sure I was happy. What a good store. Absolutely a pleasure dealing with these guys every time I come in.

Possibly some of the most disgusting food I have ever had, the displeasure of tasting, creme garlic pizza with garlic crust, the crust was cooked poorly the salt on the pizza was disgusting, inedible. Guess when you pay your employees nothing and place nothing in the quality of product while charging out the nose, you get a revolting product that I wouldn't feed to flies.

My pizza was delivered in an hour & 10 mins. Store is 3kms away from delivery location The person taking order on the phone sounded like a 10yr old kid. None of the information provided for delivery was passed on to the driver. Pizza was cold & had to reheat. An absolute terrible service. Would never ever order from this store

So I usually get my pizzas from this store but today I got two spicy paneer and that hardly come with 2 pieces of paneer and I order Xtra large crust but we got unbaked very thick base that's totally disappointed we gonna have it for dinner but now I think we can't have so that's just wastage of money and time .

Super unhappy with my order today. Garlic bread & definitely the pizza could be cooked for longer. The cheesy pizza was so thick, doughy and not pleasant to eat. When I spend $41 (for food & delivery) I expect to at least have a 5/10 experience, but this was definitely a 2 or a 3 at most. Super disappointed with how this store has lowered its quality. Use to enjoy pizzas from here.

Online ordering is very easy, plus I can track my driver so I know exactly when my pizza will arrive! And ordering in advance for a specific time for that evening is also super easy (and a great feature!).
