Order 3 pizzas and 3 slides for 6:30pm on tuesday 15th august. When i went to go pick up my food, the manager was so rude to all the staff and the place looked disgusting. When i saw my food was ready in the hot box i went up to the counter and said order for sophie. The guy said it’s still cooking, WHEN IT WAS LITERALLY RIGHT IN THE HOT BOX IN FRONT OF ME. I then proceeded to wait an extra 10 minutes even thou i stood at the counter waiting for my already cooked food. Disgusting service, appalled and disappointed.

Best Dominoes we have ever had. We got the fully loaded supreme. Nice surprise as we normally don't get pizza here but the fish and chips were all closed, every one of them in our area! Nice and fast making, this was a Monday night and we were starving after a day of Renos.

Have ordered from here multiple times as it is the only place that delivers pizza to my area and I feel like they abuse that fact. As multiple times the pizza has taken over 40 minutes to arrived. Called tonight at the 40 minute mark with no sign of our delivery, the lady who answer the phone was extremely rude and had no regard for customer service. Was advised my pizza was still 20 minutes away from even being delivered. When told I was unhappy with the service she didn't care at all.

We are regular customers and have generally had a good experience with this Domino's, fast delivery and good quality pizzas. Yet the last 2 orders we have had were poor quality, much less toppings than usual, ingredients not as fresh and thrown together very hastily. Most pizza bases were not even and had large amounts of uneven dough around the edges with no toppings. It's just not the quality it used to be, we will be looking at what else is available in the area.

Every time I order a pepperoni I ask for extra extra chilli flake (or x2 online), and when I order via the phone or in person I am sure to stress this as they never do it. I can count maybe 10 chilli flakes on this pizza and even checked under the cheese. I even spoke to the bloke on the till about it this time and had a laugh about it to be sure that there’d be some this time. I honestly don't understand how one shake is considered times two chilli flake.

The service at this Domino's was great and it was enjoyable to see the team working like a well oiled machine. It was a rainy night when I was there and delivery bikes were in and out of the store like trains at the Ferny Grove station. I arrived early, tried my luck hoping my pizzas were ready early, but no luck, then to have them brought out to me while waiting under cover outside. Great work to the team.

I love pizza but have been very disappointed with the quality from this store. The first time I asked for fully loaded on both pizzas and the topping was so thin that it should have been half the price. The last time a couple of weeks ago will be the last as I specifically asked for lots of topping and paid for extra but still got two light on budget type pizzas. Very disappointing

These kids are getting absolutely smashed on a Thursday night! The rating is for the owner - who would rather turn a profit than hire more people to take the pressure off the staff. The customer service, meal presentation and wait time would all benefit from this. Couldn't give a rats if my meal was good...your employees deserve better!

Damn, learn how to cut a pizza and add toppings. Most chaotic pizza i have had, absolutely cooked cutting and pieces that were just sauce. Like a drunk person made it

Not very impressed, used to be much better. Service used to be very friendly and professional, now it's just average. Pizzas aren't too bad though they could use a little more care in presentation. Managers don't seem too supportive/ treat staff members very well which is sad to see

Ordered 3 pizza’s last night. One had the wrong sauce, one had not added the extra toppings and the ham and cheese didn’t have ham on 3 slices, very disappointed. When we went to pick it up the two staff members were talking to each other for about 2 mins before acknowledging us...

I was amazed by how nice Seb (Sebastian) greeted me as I entered the store, and the pizza was the best I ever had and personally me being lactose intolerant and gluten free dominoes had a perfect variety for me to individually choose from as I decided what to eat. Thanks seb

Review update : Second time around there was a marked improvement from our first order. Keeping it 3 stars in case the quality goes down and the crispy pizza isn't crispy, or the dough tastes too salty and like brown bread as it was the first order.

I can only get pizza delivered from Fernygrove. Their Pizza is such I prefer to drive to Arana Hills to pick up a Pizza because it is so much better. Has more topping and is more tasty. Why I don't know but given up getting Pizza from Ferny Grove.

Paid top dollar (2 x $18 plus surcharge for Sunday) for 2 pizza's with no topping, it was very very bare! Very disapointed as i had already got home, too far to go back to show them. Pizzas used to be very good but i wouldnt go back again!

Staff were very polite and friendly. Highly recommend the Ferny Grove store. One of best quality pizzas I have bought from this franchise.

Only been there once. Don't buy pizza very often. I ordered on line and by the time I got there the pizza was just coming out of the oven. The $5 vegie pizza was nice, fresh and hot. Service good. Really easy process.

I think this has to be the best dominoes in Australia. Delivered pizzas in less than 10 minutes and the quality has been great every time. Staff are very polite and respectful. Highly recommend
