Just had pizza delivered from your store in the last 10mins. The young gentleman who delivered it ran through the rain to my front door, arrives with the most polite demeanour and still a big smile on his face. What a legend! Thanks mate for running through the rain to deliver dinner, it is appreciated! Pizzas were hot and fresh, plenty of topping, and delivery was lightning quick! 6 stars!!

I ordered a pick up Pizza and specifically asked for a plant based Pizza with Vegan Cheese. I pick up the pizza and I get home and there is Dairy cheese on the pizza which I’m allergic to. Now I have no dinner and can’t even get a replacement because the shop is closed and too late for get anything else.

the place is good for takeaway but not for sitting. they have not much sitting arrangement and the live order screen is hard to find. it was just behind the entrance. although the quality and presentation is good and impressive. It's good facility for the local suburb population. they also delivered to nearby areas that also bonus for the people living in banyo.

Have been very disappointed a few times now. I only order thin and crispy, but received oily, sloppy pizza tonight. i have returned sloppy pizza before and didn't have time to do so tonight. They don't get your orders right either, was missing most of the ingredients on another occasion. Need to up your game otherwise we won't be returning!!

Train your works properly before they get on the phone and stuff the same order on three different occasions. Then have to argue to get some sort of compensation, told yes free pizza on the computer next time you ring.ring two days late and nothing. And they know nothing about it. Half a star because they know how to turn ovens on.

Ordered a pizza for Delivery at 1130 today. At 1150 I call asking about status. Advised it was left on chair Outside 5 mins ago. No knock at the door To advise arrival - pizza stone cold!!! Left longer than 5 minutes. Next time knock on the garage door please. Poor service!!!

We ordered a pizza last week and the bases we very soft and wet. This has happened twice to us now and is really putting us off coming back. Also the toppings seems to be thrown on. I can understand when busy but it was so quiet this night.

There was a stuff up with a order and rang to sort it out, between Georgia (store manager i believe) and tyrell i couldn't condem their customer service enough! Brilliant, polite and professional this store is lucky to have kind, helpful

Their "Gluten free" is never actually "Gluten Free". I've had a reaction every time I've had a pizza. I've also watched them prepare the pizza without washing their hands after making a gluten pizza. DO NOT BUY if you're coeliac.

First time user of Uber Eats, placed my order only to realise it was the wrong street number, called the Banyo store and spoke to a lovely staffmember, she changed this easily and 25mins later my pizza arrived, thank you.

Great atmosphere lovely workers but when you order something e.g Pepperoni pizza. You would sometimes get a aioli pizza or all the cheese in the pizza is melted into the middle other than that I would easily rate 5 stars

Ordered and paid for triple times pineapple and instead got this. More sauce than pineapple or pizza. Only looked once I got home. Extremely dissatisfied and absolutely furious about my money being wasted on this trash.

I saw that the guy who was just holding a dustpan and brush in a min was packing my order. He was not touching the food with his hands. And I can't say he hadn't washed his hands in between. But still was a bit yucky

TERRIBLE we buy two pizzas $ 30. And give us 2 small pizzas like the $5.ones . And their also poor pizzas. With that much money We could have 3HUGE Kebabs at,Banyo or two huge Burger's. Not fear NERVE AGAIN.

Disappointing tonight. Ordered twice including the requirement to remove fresh tomato from our pizza. This did not happen and they also forgot our drinks. Couldn’t really eat the pizza in the end!

Love this Domino's in Banyo. I don't need to pay such an expensive food in Banyo retail centre area anymore, if I feel like to have a relaxing night and is close to the Banyo train station

badly made pizzas. classic barbecue sausage and onion and BBQ pork...... half of the pizzas were bare of any onions or meat. My mistake. next time better open in front of them.. and check.

My order was more than 20 minutes late, after ordering it 45 minutes before the requested pick up time, and when I got home one of the two pizzas was a different one to what I had ordered.

We order from Banyo Dominoes weekly and they are always so tasty, fresh and delivered really fast! Some of the drivers do drive a little too fast around the streets though

Second time we've received sloppy greasy pizza, quality has deteriorated to a substandard level. Same poor quality as Virginia store and will not be back.disgusting

Living at Banyo now this my closest Domino,never had a issue with my orders, actually at my workplace we ordered pizza every friday here for lunch and always happy.

Raw pizza delivered with topping sitting in the box not on the pizza. Base was stuck to the box due to it being raw. A waste of money.

A few booths if you want you eat-in. And the usual extensive Dominos menu. No complaints. Don't think there's a toilet though?!

It's a dominos, pizza is usually good although we get an occasional error.
