The employees of this department are not municipal employees but hired as contractors by a security agency (garda,neptune, etc..) they lack proper training and experience. The vehicles they drive and uniforms they wear have been designed with very close similarity those of the montreal police, though this department is by no means a police department in any capacity. It is inappropriate and can bring confusion to they every day citizen. With the city of DDO being one of the highest taxed the quality of service that comes from this department is not justified as a result. The city should have it disbanded and replaced with a municipal police department with properly trained, equipped and paid officers with police powers. Not security guards masquerading as police officers in black uniforms with hemi chargers.

Vraiment inutile. Acheter un quad électrique pour patrouillé dans un parc (westpark) afin de donner des tickets pour un chien de 8 lbs. Belle depense de fond public. Si au moin il ferait autre chose que de promener leur derriere en auto ou en quad.

They are so useless why do we even have a patrol when they take forever to answer a call when we have complaints. They don't know how to do their job correctly all their good for is writing warnings. So much for a patrol
