Best store in Montreal. 1. They don't introduce credit cards, loyalty cards, which bind you to the store, but make your shopping experience more complicated. 2. For items worth $1, they are not priced at $0.99, $0.97. Sometimes the .99 price can mislead consumers into thinking the item is cheap. But dollarama doesn't use these tricks. 3. They don't have promotions, which means their prices are always the lowest, and you don't have to worry about your purchases dropping in price a few days later. I saw an item in another store that was on sale for $5 (original price $8) and they put a very attractive sale sign to entice you to buy it. But at dollarama, the same item is marked with the usual price of $5. dollarama doesn't make a fake, higher price tag to trick you into thinking the item is on sale. dollarama is stupid but i love its stipid

Spacious Store, Slow Checkout Experience I recently visited a really big Dollarama store, and while the store itself was impressive in terms of size and variety, the checkout experience left much to be desired. Despite a line of about 10 people, there was only one cashier available. The cashier did her best to handle the situation and called for assistance, but unfortunately, help didn't arrive until she had to call again after a frustrating wait of around 10 minutes. This delay resulted in a prolonged checkout process, causing inconvenience for customers. Although the store's spaciousness and wide selection of products were noteworthy, the understaffing issue at the checkout counter significantly impacted the overall shopping experience. Improved staffing and prompt assistance when needed would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.

I purposely bought a candy bar so i could ask for change, the cashier did my transaction without focusing and then i told him "where's the change that i asked for?" He said " oh i already closed the cash now, sorry". Had to go to pharmaprix nearby just to buy a 10 cents plastic bag so i could get the change that I've been wanting! Second , third and fourth time , i had different cashiers, all calling security as soon as my turn comes in to pay. Wondering if security comes only when im here or is security here all the time with all customers?

The sticker labels on the items I purchased all said $1.75 but when the cashier rang them up it came out as $2. I disputed and he got the manager to come out and verify. The manager's response was simply that "all the prices have gone up in the store, this is old stock but the price is the new one." He claimed there was nothing he could do to match the sticker price when proof was right in front of him. Terrible customer service and store policies.

If I could give zero stars, I 'd do that. Most employees don't understand English or don't want to speak English. Crazy: only one escalator to go up, but no escalator to to go back down to street level & exit. I didn't notice any elevator for customer use. Cashier: impolite, he neither thanked me nor bid me farewell. My shopping experience was absolutely a stinking disaster. TRUST ME. ... I shall go to another Dollarama nearby !!!

Bad management, slow service. There are 2-3 employees just "stocking up items" that are clearly not a priority. And leaving a whole line of customers at the cash register to one old lady. The poor woman, they did not care one bit even with the line of customers backup really far.

Accessible by escalator going up from the Ste Catherine entrance, and down through Marche Newon. I have an invisible physical disability, and when I asked staff where the elevator is, one woman actually walked me across the mall to show me where it is! They have my loyalty.

Amazing place. Lots of good stuff with cheap prices. You can find gardening, kitchen, bathroom tools. You can find also some books and magazines. Toys and party stuff can be found. They keep adding new items regularly. You can find lots of branches in lots of locations.

I am in the USA someone stole my credit card and spent over $200 at store 68. Can someone please reply or contact me directly so we can investigate these fraudulent charges? I have never been outside of USA or authorized these charges to your establishment.

It is amazing how cheap the products are, But there aren't many staff you could ask if you needed something, and the workers there are not bilingual. The staff here always have sad face and are not nice when they talk to you.

Oh how I've missed Dollarama so when I spotted this during a recent trip to Canada, I instantly switched into hoard mode! It's the same reaction my Canadian friends have when they visit the States and see a Trader Joe's.

As well-known company around the country, bags(plastic or non plastic) should be available to customers who don’t have ones and the staff should be more respectful and thrive for customer satisfaction!

things are so well organized here. They have made the entire space packed with a lot of stuff and yet it feels spacious.. some of the electronic stuff may not work and they have no return policy...

This particular Dollarama is a favourite of students of Concordia University, so expect stationary supplies to low at the start of semesters. Great place for cheap junk food during study breaks!

I like it. Clean, spacious, an Asian cashier was really kind. It’s in the second floor. There’s an elevator but dirty, old, small, and a little bit scary.

I arrived at 08:57PM, I just need one item and I can finish it in 30 seconds. However, the staff rudely refused me. I would never come here again!!!
