I attended the Salon today based on a good friend of mines recommendation and also due to the fact that her face always looks immaculate. I wanted to get my chin waxed or threaded, so that I would not look like the Gruffalo anymore!!Il.I also contemplated getting my eyebrows threaded as they had grown out. A young lady- Manisha - convinced me to have a full facial and told me that she would look after me. She was very beautiful and extremely professional. I had NEVER had a full facial before (She could tell due to the amount of hair that came off lol) Monisha paid attention to the finer details of my face and removed all the facial hair; above my lip, below my lip, on my cheeks, eyebrows shaped...She did an amazing job. My skin is silky smooth now, as radiant as the sun, smooth as a baby's bottom! Great job Manisha. See you again in a couple of weeks for my eyelashes!! Thank you for being so welcoming and inviting. Your colleague was also lovely too.Both fantastic at your craft. You MUST try the salon out. Don't think you'd go ANY WHERE ELSE after this 5 star treatment! COME ON DOWN!! God bless you both.

They have an unethical business practice of taking your deposit via Booksy & saying that you can’t change your mind & go for something cheaper, yet they don’t advertise on their Instagram page that the alternative option to booking with them is making a booking directly with them & not via Booksy. I felt trapped as I couldn’t take on another style that I wanted as I changed my mind on the original that I had booked on Booksy. Under consumer law, consumer have a right to change their mind. They force customers to go for a service that the customer no longer wants. They make you pay a deposit that is non-refundable. They yell at the customer for changing their mind & they insist on having their own way. Unethical business practices that infringe upon consumer rights and consumer laws.

All the reviews of this "lovely" lady must have been paid for by this "lovely" lady whom i found anything but "lovely". I had booked an appointment via groupon, and the lady feings that she did not know about the fact that it was a groupon booking (although it was them who sent her the appointment). After making the 1.5 hour journey on train, tube and walk, i was simply refused a hair cut and sent home. Groupon won't cancel either, because they required a 48 hour notice. So no haircut, no money, so much for the "lovely" lady. I urge everyone to visit this "lovely" lady and get a "lovely" hairdo

AMAZING! I got my hair done for the first time today at Dlux. I was very impressed by the kindness I encountered at the salon since the booking. I had some questions before booking and they were extremely kind and patient to explain and guide on the best braids for me. The hairdressers were extremely professional, always checking if I was ok. They were super kind by offering drinks and snacks (honestly I was impressed by their care and attention to details). The braids are gorgeous! Really well done and beautiful. It went above my expectations and I will definitely come back.

LITERALLY THE BEST BRAIDS EVER!! I got goddess braids for the first time and I am obsessed to say the least. The ladies who worked on my hair were so diligent and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. And on top of that they were all so gracious and kind and even gave me food! Definitely will be coming back. Thank you all again!

Absolutely terrible I have hair missing due to the tightness and poor braiding. I can’t express how awful. The customer service is non existent. I was reluctant to review, I decided to, so it doesn’t happen to you.
