Worst customer service ever. I went yesterday looking at pricing inside and front doors. A woman with short salt and pepper hair approached me. From the start she was ver rude and insolent. First I ask for the prize of 3 white indoor doors. She told me she couldn't give me the price without the measurements and she didnt. Moving to the front door. I asked her again, all of this humbly because I don't know anything about doors, about the price os some fiberglass front doors. I asked her what were the sizes and she said 30,32 and 36. I asked her to tell me the price of 30 inches. Very rudely she said "that is not possible because in California regulations say that it has to be 36 inches ". At that point I left humiliated and shocked at her behavior and how I was treated for just wanting to gather information.

Went to Dixieland Miramar on 10/02/2016 to purchase a bathroom mirror. The mirror was out of stock, the associate suggested to Pay in full and he could order the mirror and it will be available for pick up in 3-4 weeks. 3-4 weeks came & gone. I have been to the special service count 4 times. And the answer I get from associate's is " mirror is not in, and no status on delivery, you have to wait". It is now 11/26/2016 8 weeks and no mirror. I should have gone the Home Depot Mira Mesa. HD contacts you with status updates on items ordered. STILL WAITING FOR MIRROW

I found a particular employee most annoying and unhelpful. I wanted to drill a 1 1/4 inch hole in my granite countertop, and I needed a template that allowed water to be used to keep the blade cool. This individual said that product didn't exist. I had the diamond circular saw that attaches to a drill, and the package said to use water. Even after I told him that he said he'd never heard of it. I put the saw back on the shelf and walked out. I'll spend my money elsewhere. One uninformed, unmotivated employee can kill the reputation of a business. I'm DONE!!!!

When to go get a screen door I was told by the cashier the only person we could talk to was the salesman in that area, He was busy with a couple at the time.after waiting 25 minutes walking around we decided to leave not a very good way to do business We also ask for a price on the screen door that we found and she couldn't give us one she said because the salesman had to give it to us. Very annoying do they adjust prices for different people the way they look or what. The price should be in the computer I would think will not be back.

I grew up in Mira Mesa so always favored Dixieline but recently had issues with them quoting free delivery then saying they made mistake. Escalated to manager who said delivery by noon today. It’s 4pm and no delivery and when I called then they said they had no idea about the scheduled delivery. Talk about incompetence. I will be getting refund and already bought wood cheaper at Home Depot. I will AVOID Dixieline now based on the poor experience, and repeated misinformation on delivery.

I was in need of help to identify the right glass windows and doors for my planned construction project. Simon was very easy to work with and quickly understood my quandry. He showed me a range of styles and prices. Several days later, he sent me a quote for all of my needs including complete specifications of each item. This is exactly the type of help I was looking for and failed to find elsewhere -- never knew it could be so hard to purchase glass.

I have ordered few doors, delivery done with few months delay and even after few month the deliver service 9 which is the worse part) postponed few weeks with no reason, and all I am hearing is sorry with no real change on the customer service. Also I have to deal with missing parts of the doors hardware too. I’m not sure if all dixilines are like this branch, but definitely not recommend this branch to anyone. I’m so upset and frustrated.

Such a awful place! Custom ordered sliding doors, was told in the beginning the doors are going to be here in 7-10 days. Have to call several times to confirm the shipment, every time they delay one day and always no guarantee! Can’t even return the order even though they didn’t do what they promised! Thinking about reporting them to better business bureau.

i want to shout out ALLIE SWANN for being the most patient and sweet customer service rep I've ever talked to. Our interaction was over the phone and she went out of her way calling other locations to make sure i got what i needed . It is definitely a pleasure doing business with DixieLine because they have ALLIE on staff.

Great selection of lumber, decent pricing. As long as you don’t need to speak or deal with any employees you will enjoy your experience. Unhelpful and eager to do anything other than offer customer service. This goes for commercial lumber office, door and window office. 6 different times with the same experience.

Great selection and customer service! The Dixieline team went above and beyond to help us find nice wood for kitchen shelves and select a nice stain. They even milled the wood onsite to the size that we needed. The selection is great and the team is very friendly and helpful! I’m so grateful for their help.

When I want something different than Home Depot or Lowe's I go to Dixieline. I know that their lumber is cut differently and better but there is more available at Dixieline beyond lumber. They have nicer vanities and the assortment of fasteners is better. I am always greeted as I walk into Dixieline

Full service hardware store with better sales people. They seem to know their product line and are very good with helpinng with your project. Found a hard to find item that was not stocked at other placees. Good place to get help on some differcult home project.
