Went to get my bob trimmed and thinned out in the back and the lady who did my hair was terrific. She not only did what I asked her to do but she also straightened it when she saw how frizzy my hair can get and further thinned out my hair to my liking. I paid $50 which is pricey but I do have ALOT of hair and she did straighten my hair so that may have added to the cost, I would recommend this place! Pide que me adelgazara el cabello de atrás y que me emparejara el cabello corto que tengo y eso fue precisamente lo que hizo la señora que me atendió. Me gusto que la señora me pregunto si quede satisfecha con lo que elle había adelgazado la primera vez y después que le dije que quería que me lo adelgazara más ella lo hizo. También me gusto que cuando noto lo esponjoso que se me hace el pelo me lo plancho para que viera bien! Me cobraron $50 que es un poco costoso pero tengo mucho cabello y me lo plancho así que de allí salió el precio, yo creo. Venga a Divinas y den les una oportunidad.

Anabel hizo un trabajo excepcional con el permanente de mi hijo y el corte de mi pelo. En el tiempo que estuve allí puede ver el profesionalismo y dedicación de cada una de las trabajadoras. Hicieron cortes a caballeros, jovencitos, peinados. Esmeralda, Sarah, Analy y Anabel todas trabajan con gran dedicación. Les recomiendo el lugar pues son muy amables. Definitivamente volveré y llevaré a toda mi familia. Mi recomendación para elevar más el customer service sería brindar alguna bebida y aguas a los clientes pero respecto al trabajo 100% excellent. Felicitaciones!!!

Esmeralda is an expert!!! I presented her the situation with how much volume I had in my hair n how it was so thick..let me tell u she hooked me up- better than I expected! She exceeding my expectations and for this reason she has gained my business! She definitely was knowledgeable and communicated very pleasantly throughout my visit n asked the right questions n made perfect suggestions! I have been to several salons all over Dallas and all I wanted was a good hairstylist who understood my thick hair. Thank you Emeralda- I genuinely love my haircut!

2nd time here and I thought I had found my new place but nope. Scheduled an appointment with Esmeralda for 12. They said I would be squeezed in between a hair color. An hour later after she took another customer before us on top of her color still not hair cut (kids hair cut). I then ask if another stylist is available, they said yes. Asked I sit my son in the chair. I do so. Waited for about 10 mins no one acknowledged us. Son just sat there. Finally got up and left. Never again. I would have been attended faster if I was a walk in.

I went to cut my hair short bc it was super damaged. It was honestly my 1st time ever going into a salon (I'm 24). I forgot the lady's mane but she wears glasses. She was AMAZING! I will go to her for now on. Very patient and won't try to bribe you into buying more things and products..she did ask but 1 time. I said no and she respected that. Highly recommend. Definitely family friendly.

I was referred by a good friend to come and check this salon out. I usually don't like going to cheating on my hair stylist but I had too however, I had an amazing experience here. Esmeralda gave me exactly what I asked for and was extremely friendly I will definitely recommend this place to others and come back to Esmeralda if i ever need something done to my hair.

Esmeralda is professional and very knowledgeable. I told her I needed a cut and I wanted to fix an issue I had with my hair. She did a good job, I am happy with the results of my hair. Great stylist. Why overpay for a regular cut when you can get it at a great price here. I cheated on my hair stylist but I’m not disappointed with the results.

It’s being 4+ years visiting and highly recommend this place. Esmeralda is the only hairdresser that really nails it with my short hair look. Before becoming “short hair”, she “mastered” it when she styled my “bob” haircut in different colors: first in red/winish-for a short time and then with 2 tones (blonde/chocolate brown.)

There are people who can cut, and then there are people who can *cut.* Esmerelda not only fixed a bad dye job (mostly self-inflicted), but she gave me the best haircut I’ve had since I relocated to Dallas from Denver. She’ll be my person from now on as long as she’ll have me, ha.

I love coming here and taking my children here. They always leave my hair exactly the way I request it. They pay attention to detail and make sure you are a happy customer. I've been going to this place for years now and don't see myself ever going somewhere else.

I paid to get my hair curled for an important event. Well the curls were undone by the time I drove to the event (1hour after). They had no A.C. and it was hot! Also just for the curls it was 40+tip.

I had a great experience here ,staff was friendly. I was one of the last ones out and they took their time and weren't rushing me out. The cut itself was great, most definitely recommend it.

I have been here 3 times and every time I go here I am disappointed angry and annoyed. They charged me $20 for a kids hair up which you messed up. I wouldnt give this place a single star
