Love their designs and have ordered from before but I ordered over a month ago and never got my stuff. I spoke with someone, presumably the owner, over a week ago who assured my order would ship last week but never did. If orders are going to be that delayed I would have appreciated a heads up and the option to keep waiting vs refund. The shipping time frame states 5-7 days on their site and it’s been 5 weeks with no updates. Tried reaching out via phone again this am with no response as of yet so just filed a claim with my credit card company. Such a disappointing experience with a company I was proud to support prior to this.

I literally only wear diversity’s clothes! The material of the shirts are SUPER soft and rich in quality! I am not gentle with clothes and they usually last me 6-10 months. Ive been rocking Diverscity since they first came out as vendors which was about 3 or 4 years?!?? My clothes still look like new (no rips and holes from washing and drying) That’s a huge shocker! The owner is very friendly and informative to whatever questions you have! Every Houstonian and everyone who comes to visit should definitely visit the store!

Update 7-9-21 6:50 pm still never received my shirts that I ordered. He said he would ship them “again” but never received the order nor a refund. I ordered on 4/20/21. So disappointed with everything this company basically took my money. Don’t order from here! I ordered a tank and a t-shirt over 2 months ago and never received my order. I emailed, called and text numerous times and still nothing. No shirts no refund no answers. $57.37 was the total and the time I lost reaching out to get nothing.

Placed an order on May 4th 2022 and have not received my items. the site says shipping was delayed so I figured it would be about a month or so to get my items. I have tried to email and call the business but have not received a response from anyone to this day. I'm currently having trouble filing a claim for a refund with my cc due to me taking so long to report it. If you buy from this business and don't receive your items in a timely fashion don't hesitate like I did.

I have waited a Month and a half for my order and never received it. I reached out twice via email in June and never received a reply. Two weeks ago I reached out on Facebook and was told it would be shipped a week ago and I would get an update. I have reached out twice again and still nothing If you catch the products/company out at a pop up/booth, get them there, because based on my experience and the other Google reviews, you'll never get your online orders.

The guy owes me ( a super small business ) over $1,300 in t-shirt sales. Literally took my stock, sold if, and never paid me. Loves giving out free shirts to hot woman, so if you’re hot, you’re in the green. Also, his design was literally bought online. So cheap he still waste valuable time buying his own shirts before printing yet can save enough money to pay me back. 1 STAR. #mrexcuse

I ordered a photo on June 28, it is July 20 and nothing. I emailed on July 8 two days later for a reply saying oh we got swamped with orders about the Apollo anniversary sorry but we will express ship the order this week. Still nothing. I have emailed again with zero response. It’s not rocket science, it’s being mailed less than 25 miles away. $60 for nothing, time to contact the bank.

I placed my order for a gift on May 28, 2021. The estimated delivery date was June 9-14. The occasion for this gift has come and gone. I still have not received my order or an update. EDIT: the owner reached out. They were super apologetic and I could tell from the start that they value their customers and want to do the best they can. Updating from 1 star to 4...

I absolutely love, love, love this brand! The t-shirt designs are unique. I’m in love with the Houston city skyline, Astronaut baseball shirt and Houston speaks tank. My favorite part about these shirts is the quality. They’re super soft and do well with multiple washes. I have multiple shirts and will continue purchasing new designs for myself and as gifts.

I ordered a shirt from their booth at the rodeo. The young man working the booth really didn't seem well trained but via phone he was able to assure me my order went through and they ship quickly. That was 3/8/23 and now every attempt to make contact to check on it is either unavailable or ignored. Think twice before ordering from here.

I purchased a dress on Dec 25 through Instagram that I never received. I contacted the seller, made a claim with Instagram, and even after my messages were acknowledged and read on ig, the seller has done nothing except take my $$. The clothes look cute, but Buying online BEWARE OF SCAM!!

I have always had the best luck with Diverscity Clothing Co. I have multiple pieces from them: leggings, a tank dress, baseball cap and multiple tank tops and shirts. They've been timely, pleasant and the apparel is great quality! My favorite shirts to wear by far, at great prices.

One of my favorite places to my H-town units. Always has what I want in stock, and in the size I want. And if they don't, they'll usually have it available within days.... Sometimes THE SAME DAY!!! Great products, Great customer service, Great Prices …

Love this local brand!!! I own so many of their great designs and always get compliments when I wear them out. Top quality fabrics that feel great on the skin and the designs definitely hold up to repeated washing - highly recommend!

There was a printing issue with the product I ordered and I was not updated. The owner has told me he will inform me when the order ships and is attempting to make it up to me. I will update again after the order has been received.

I ordered a sweatshirt and it is amazing! It’s my favorite sweatshirt now by far. The inside material is extremely comfortable. And every time i wear It, MULTIPLE people compliment and ask where i got It. No exaggeration! 5 stars!
