Regular customer with good experiences. I Was there 25 June 2022 and made a purchase at 3.08am. (Prescription) After payment I walked to the end of the aisle ( near counter) and looked at the finger tip pulse monitors. Maged told me I had to leave the store because another customer rang the bell. He explained this was store policy late at night and it seemed fair to me. I waited in my car. I returned when the other customer left and an extremely rude Maged opened the door and said “do you know what time it is?” This question struck me as bizarre. I walked in and towards the product I was going to buy and he said “you said you weren’t going to buy it.” This was also strange as I don’t recall saying it and a person can change their mind. I stopped walking to the product and back towards him. His demeanour was pretty much saying “get out of the store.” He once again said I told him I originally didn’t intend to buy the product. This was not true and he was basically calling me a liar. He was playing with his phone and indicating that I leave. I left. I’ve worked in retail for 18 years and this was the first time I’ve been disgusted with the attitude of a person in a professional role. Worst customer service experience ever. I would give it a “zero star” rating if it was possible. Brendon.

Worst experience ever. Friday i cut my finger with the knife at home and rushed to this place to get something to stop from bleeding. I asked the guy there if he could help me to find something thats stops bleeding.. and nicely he said there is still a nurse she can help me with this.. so i checked the nurse room and i said could you plz help me to stop from bleeding…? And i couldn’t believe what she said probably worst thing ever anyone could say… she said she only got 5 minutes and couldn’t finish dressing and bandaid… I checked my phone i was 9:55 pm.. I assumed she knocks off at 10… but just want to say to that lady u should be ashamed of urself and should not be in healthcare sector at least. I hope ur loved one never gets sick, never experiences emergency if ever that happens i wish u never encounter unethical and unprofessional people….

They have no idea how to run a business. I had so many issues during my time with them, and they would refuse to respond to questions and serious issues raised in the emails I sent. Their billing ‘system’ was so terrible, that at least 4 times I was accused of not paying my bill when I had, once I’d paid 3weeks earlier. I finally left after asking for clarification of an incorrect bill, and was initially just ignored for months, then told that they would NOT be answering any of my questions, then threatened with debt collection. They lack basic business skills, and refuse to respond to customer’s legitimate queries. Do not trust their quiet face to face demeanour. When there was an issue to address, they ignored me over and over again. They should not be in business.

Avoid like the plague. Have had horrible experience here, one time I was told I couldn't buy paracetamol without a script (she was confused with codeine) another time the actual Pharmacist told me a cough medication on the shelf was fine to use. I explained that I was a rail worker and we get randomly tested for drugs and some over the counter medications can make you test positive, ie: codeine will make your urine positive for opiates She scoffed at me and said it wouldn't be on the shelves if it could do that. I took the recommended cough medication and it cost me my job when I got tested at an interview. If a pharmacist can get something as basic as that completely wrong, i shudder to think of the implications of getting granny's medication here.

I was desperately looking for tamiflu medicine. Rang all pharmacies in reservoir and this was my last option. Of all my attempts the pharmacist here was the only one who didnt tell me to continue to call around but instead gave me a solution, call a compounding pharmacy with examples or go to rch for the prescription. Something so simple for him was advice which was precious for a worrying mum with a very sick child with the flu. Today i'm grateful. Note the female pharmicist in priceline reservoir on edwardes st was the least helpful. She didnt even attempt to check with their suppliers or other franchises. Not worth my patronage.

I had a script for a booster vaccine from my doctor and called to see if they had it in stock / could I have it administered if I purchased from there (my doc advised me some pharmacists do and some don’t). I was assured it was in stock and a nurse could administer . Arrived and paid for the vaccine only to be told (rudely I might add) that I could not have the vaccine administered, I would have to go to my treating doctor and shouldn’t have been told that via the phone. There was no attempt made to right the wrong doing of another staff member .. ridiculous.

I take multiple medications as I suffer from chronic debilitating migraines and the team at pharmacy Best for less at Summerhill shopping Centre at Super Amazing at ensuring my meds are dispensed on time and have the most amazing customer service to the point when I have run out of meds they have ensured they deliver it from their other Pharmacy and I don’t go without any! I am grateful to Rhonda (the pharmacy assistant) who is a blessing in disguise and looks after me every single time! Thanks so much xoxo

Seems that I'm only reviewing pharmacies! My last pharmacy review was in reference to phone contact and delivery. Was impressed with the pharmacist, but not the prices. Pharmacy4Less in Reservoir, however, has it all. Whilst again, only dealing with the pharmacy via phone, they are courteous, friendly, informative and willing to go out of their way to accommodate for same day delivery. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Highly recommend

I had a viral infection and went to these guys for some relief, the pharmacist gave me throat lozenges and chesty cough liquid. After a day on these I tried another pharmacy as my symptoms were worse, I was recommended a day/night formula which was far superior to medication I got from Pharmacy 4 less. Only reason I went here was they are 24 hour ,don't think much of the service and advice I was given.

Just called the pharmacy couple of minutes ago because I accidently had medicine for cold while being pregnant. Its midnight at this time and I asked so many queations to deal with the cold. At this time no one pharmacy is opened. I am so much happy as I got much needed help from the pharmacist( named Louie, hope I wrote right name spellings). Thanks alot for the help.

Price gouging on rapid antigen tests. Staff opening boxes, handling the pieces and distributing them behind the counter into bags. Selling the bags of 5 for $70. In regards to your response, the tests I purchased from you are manufactured by HANGZHOU TESTSEA BIOTECHNOLOGY CO. LTD in China, not made in Australia at all, so that is quite a blatant lie for you to make.

Went to this pharmacy at around 11.30pm requested the pharmacist for some help with medicines. Instead of helping me out she was being so rude. She questioned me ate you a nurse?. I said to her i am just an EN. She spoke to me in a rude manner saying you being a nurse why you asking me for help.. I m not an RN or Doctor to know about all tablets.. ..

Pharmacy4Less in Reservoir is a gem of a pharmacy! Their 24/7 availability is a lifesaver, and the staff is incredibly helpful. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance. Excitingly, they're rebranding to DCO (Direct Chemist Outlet) soon. Highly recommend this pharmacy for top-notch care and convenience!

The staff are lovely always willing to help. I have been going here for years as it's open 24 hours - which is really convenient - and the quality of service is excellent. Such a weak system there is , Anytime i havee to be there it just became a mess , THEIR PERFUME ARE ABSOLUTELY FAKE most of things there are not relevant to where there supposed to , Their reception is sucks, as the person who’s behind the counter 24 hours on the phone , And has a worse attitude i have ever seen.

Yes it’s 24 hours. The biggest plus point. Prices are fair no different then chemist warehouse or any other pharmacies. The chemist can give you advice if you are confused with what you want. Heard the chemist speaking to other people in the shop talking about what they should take.

All staff are trained and knowledgeable and willing to take time to address concerns and provide evidence-based healthcare advice. I would go out of my way to return here even if I had to Uber past a few other closer chemists. Open 247 so go here if you need anything at 2am!

This a great pharmacy. Friendly staff, great pharmacists, and products really well laid out and easy to find. There is even a full time nurse there. Forget Chemist Warehouse. These guys genuinely care. And the prices are good.

Fast service. Open 24/7. The guy is a serious chemist, and always in there! Not sure what days or hours he takes off. Get some rest my man! Dedicated, and always delivers useful advice that the doctor left out.

It is not 24 hours anymore! *It is understandable if the pharmacist is unwell, it would be almost impossible to find someone to fill in. A sign on the door or something would be the courteous thing to do

Its expensive. Which medicine i can easily get for 15$ from chemist warehouse for the same medicine they charge me 28$. I am giving 3 star because its open for 24 hours.

You can buy the same item multiple different times and the price keeps going up and down for the exact same medication and brand. Like theyre just picking random prices.
