Staff did not acknowledge me. They were too busy gossiping which is very unprofessional in front of customers. They saw me but ignored me. The older woman may be dressed business like but her attitude and customer service was zero. She even laughed at me when I was being served at the counter by another staff. Worst service ever received at a chemist. Your staff need to be trained in customer service as they have zero skills in particular the older woman.

Prices are three times more expensive than the nearby Chemist warehouses at Elizabeth street. I will never buy prescription from this pharmacy again. Policy of non-return is hidden behind the bar. Even you change your mind 5 seconds after you purchase, they will not refund. Staffs are rude but very keen to rip people of money.

I went to that pharmacy on the 18/3/17 around 6:45 and the staff were so unfriendly. They didn't smile at me when i arrived and when i finished paying and i assume that having customers is such a nuisance. The pharmacists working there need to improve their courtesy to the customers.

Waited to be served for 10 mins when not busy. Just left. Watched a man come in and tell the pharmacist he was severely depressed. Zero empathy shown by pharmacist. Horrific experience. Please don’t bother.

The staff at this pharmacy are very knowledgeable and patient. A go to for any advice if I want a friendly experience. Have helped me on multiple occasions and saved me from visiting the doctor.

Handy location for scripts or things you have forgotten before boarding a train. Staff are friendly and accommodating although the prices are steep in comparison to other chain store pharmacies.

Allows you to send back packages to places such as The Iconic and ASOS. Although there's no way to access it unless you use your myki ticket to get into the station itself.

The clemist was super helpful about my health issue and recommended a product that cleared up a problem I'd had for a few weeks - great service !

It is small so does not have as many choices as bigger pharmacies but it is still ok. Quite pricey.
